  • PC: attach a dxdiag to your post
  • Mac
  • Console: Xbox or Playstation and which generation
• Context of the issue: when it happens, is it all the time, etc.
• Whether you use mods or custom content and whether the issue happens without it
• Screenshots of any error messages you get
