I've been trying to get a case created for 4 hours. I've been on the forums chatting with others about this as well. Many are experiencing this. None of us are getting answers or help. Then I go back to look to see if I have an open case and I do not. Opening cases IS NOT working right now. It doesn't work. The site is either broke or the functionality has been turned off.
