Delete all files and folders within it. - If some files or folders cannot be deleted, reboot your system and try again. 2. Run "Revo Uninstaller" and uninstall Sims 4. - At the end of the main uninstallation process, Revo will prompt you to select a cleaning method. The game should now work.
