Missing Content: Star Pass Purchase Not Delivered
Hello, I purchased the Star Pass for $9.99 on March 26, 2026, through the App Store, but the content has not been credited to my account. My in-game Star Pass status still shows as "Purchase" (locked). I have attached the official Apple receipt and screenshots of my in-game shop as proof. I have a problem in EA FC 26. I was in the other country and i couldn't open an EA FC 26 on my PC, so i entered my account with Companion app on android. I wanted to see that an End of Era card of Alba in SBC feets my squad. I puted his concept version to my squad and i saw that i have full chemistry(33) with him in squad and i made this SBC. I still saw that i have a full chemistry. And now I opened a game with my PC and I see that I have only 32 chemistry and my Heung Min Son card has only 2 chemistry and not 3. I made this SBC only because I saw in companion app that it gives me a full chemistry. Now i still see in my companion app that I have full chemistry but in reality I open a game on PC and it's not full because he doesn't give enough chemistry to MLS playersПроблема с переносом fc points
Добрый день, купил игру за день до ее выхода и вместе с этим приобрел 2.8к fc points. При заходе в игру предложили перенести поинтсы со старой части на новую, на что я согласился, однако в итоге у меня было 2075 поинтсов. 2000 я так понимаю за покупку ультимейт издания, а 75 я вообще не пойму откуда взялись. После этого я решил проверить лежат ли 2.8к fc points в старой версии и увидел, что да они там. Хотел узнать можно ли как-то по итогу перенести данные поинтсы и как это сделать?Про Предзаказ до 27 августа
Здравствуйте, я купил игру Ea FC26 до 26 августа но когда захожу в игру мне дали 2000 поинтсов, пропуск сезонный премиум но нет этих нахваленных кумиров , иконов на стриме у других пацанов они есть те которые в России, кстати я из Казахстана .Можете помочь мне с этим проблемой перезапускал игру пере заходил выключал и включал всё сделал но их НЕТ!.Помогите пожалуйста EA Sports
