Рейтинговые Ауры
С самого ввода в игру такой вещи как "Аура" появились проблемы Вроде как разработчики вносили инфу мол починили но увы С тех пор как ауры только вышли, что у меня что у друзей - один исход, не калибровка в отображении Многие из моего круга отыграли за сезон более 1к матчей, но аура так и не сдвинулась с мёртвой точки, даже при смене ранга (ап либо деранк) так же остаётся данная проблема
Wrongful Ban: False Positive due to relocation
Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to appeal a ban on my account regarding "account purchase/sale." I believe this is a misunderstanding triggered by my recent relocation and account updates. 1 Regarding the location change: I recently moved from Russia to Kazakhstan to live with my family (my brother) for the holidays and foreseeable future. Since I could not bring my own PC with me, I am currently logging in and playing from my brother’s computer. This explains the sudden change in IP address and Hardware ID. I assure you, I am the original owner playing from a new location. 2 Regarding the account details: I honestly didn't know that my email situation could be flagged as an EA rules violation. The truth is, besides EA, I had other games connected to that email address. Because of the move and some access issues, I had to update my information to secure my account. It was not an act of selling or buying, just necessary maintenance. Please review the logs manually. I have put a lot of effort into this account and would never risk losing it. Как переключить кросплатформу?
Играл в свое время в Апекс на пс4, потом переключился на пк. Тогда еще кроссплатформы не было, прогресс на стиме у меня больше, но сейчас привязывается профиль пс4, отвязка пс4 ни к чему не привела I used to play Apex on PS4, then switched to PC. Back then, cross-platform support didn't exist, so I had more progress on Steam, but now it's linked to my PS4 profile. Unlinking the PS4 didn't help.Повторное выпадение инструментов статистики.
Всем привет, произошла такая ситуация: при открытии набора выпал инструмент статистики на Октейна- "Пройдено под действием стимулятора". Проблема заключается в том, что данные предмет у меня уже есть, т.е. выпал дважды и в главном меню горит красный треугольник о том, что есть новый предмет и данный треугольник не пропадает и бесконечно висит, как можно его убрать и если разработчики тут есть, то прошу помочь мне решить данную проблему!!!
