After unlocking all the Battle Pass content (110 out of 110 tiers), I decided to purchase a regular Battle Pass, spending my 1,100 Battlefield Coins (I had 1,400 in total on my account at the time). Exactly 24 hours have passed since I purchased the Battle Pass, and I still haven't received a single paid reward from it. I only have free rewards. Consequently, I haven't received a single Battlefield Coin, and I only have 300 in my account right now, although I should have 1,100, as should all the paid items from the Battle Pass. Problem
I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase. I bought the Battlefield 6 Pro Edition on PlayStation using my Ukrainian PSN account, but the content does not work properly. The problem: - The game still prompts me to purchase the Pro Edition, even though I have already bought it. - None of the Pro Edition content (bonuses, items, etc.) is displayed or available in the game. Could you please look into this issue and help me activate the content I have already paid for? If needed, I can provide proof of purchase, my account details, and any other information required.
