EA Connect Error Code 9.0 & Web Store Account Desync — Ticket #257193596
Hello EA Support Team, I need manual assistance with unlinking my EA Account / EA Connect from my SWGOH game profile. The issue: When I try to open EA Connect in-game, it crashes with Error Code 9.0. Because of this, my in-game profile is not syncing with the EA Web Store, even though I use the exact same email address. My previous ticket (#257193596) was closed with a direction to ask on EA Forums. Account Info: Ally Code: 674-695-145 Player ID: UjgSnyRrRLmU1CWQXEABQA Platform: Android Closed Case ID: #257193596 Please escalation this to a specialist who can manually unlink/reset the EA Connect binding on the server side so I can re-link my account properly. Thank you!
