По всей видимости Electronic Arts заблокировали полностью поддержку РФ (Россия) Я купил Battlefield V и Battlefield 1 в разгар скидок в Steam. Автоматически при запуске игры запустился мой привязанный старый аккаунт EA. К нему привязанная старая почта к которой у меня уже нет доступа более 5 лет. Ранее я играл на этом аккаунте в Battlefield 4 и никаких проблем с доступом в аккаунт не было. При первом запуске Battlefield V у меня получилось войти в этот аккаунт, я не придавая значению перезапустил ПК. Повторно в аккаунт не входит он требует "в целях безопасности" сменить пароль. ПАРОЛЬ СМЕНИТЬ МОЖНО ТОЛЬКО ЧЕРЕЗ ПОЧТУ (к которой у меня нет доступа уже несколько нет) Самое сладкое начинается при контакте с поддержкой. Я создал более 5 тикетов по восстановлению доступа к аккаунту (смены адреса почты) поддержке я давал абсолютно всю запрашиваемую информацию по подтверждению личности включая следующее: -2 скриншота чеков Steam с полным соответствием требований опираясь на пример -EA ID -Старый адрес почты -Новый адрес почты -SteamID -SteamID64 -Steam логин -3 варианта IPv4, IPv6 адресов (Чистый без VPN, с VPN, с Cloudflare WARP) И все эти данные были перепроверены не раз! По итогу поддержка мне отказала по двум причинам: 1. Наши технические инструменты сломаны, попробуйте позже 2. I'll use my example as an example. I'm not insulting anyone; I'm being constructive in this dialogue. My goal isn't to violate the forum rules, but rather to adhere to them. I came here because EA previously suggested I resolve the issue through the forum if I can't resolve the issue with EA products using the native tools. I've been a user of EA products for over 13 years. An old and loyal friend of EA. One fine day, EA introduced a rule requiring email verification by sending a code. This hadn't happened in 13 years, and I would have been caught off guard. Since I registered over 10 years ago, my email address has naturally changed, and I don't remember the information I provided. EA's CHAT tools ask me to answer 8 questions, which they believe confirm account ownership. But somehow, the chat keeps telling me there are discrepancies, and I don't know the reason for this. But there is other evidence!!! (Block 1) Other evidence includes: 1. Videos and photos from my games, going back 10 years. 2. EA files on my PC going back 10 years. 3. EA games on my Steam account, which includes Steam purchases of EA games. (Block 2) So you understand, the support chat asks me to provide them with the following information: my date of birth, what games I've purchased, when I last logged in, what EA services I've used, and what other shared accounts I have with other companies. I don't understand why Block 1 isn't enough to prove ownership of the disputed account? Why do I post on the forum, get blocked, banned, and write that I'm creating an unfriendly atmosphere. My inquiries about the text they found unfriendly have received no response. I view my ban as a tool of censorship used to punish undesirable and inconvenient users of EA Products. The Issue: My Penalty History is empty ("No violations found"), yet my account is disabled. In the Cases folder, I cannot appeal any of them. My original Case #238638093 was marked as FIXED. Despite this, my permanent ban for a "repeat violation" remained. After I pointed out this contradiction in an EA support chat, Case #238638093 was quietly changed from FIXED to CLOSED without any email or explanation. This is a manual manipulation of case history to hide a systemic error. My dialogue with the EA support team only resulted in the FIXED to CLOSED situation. Advisors (Sahil, Govind, Hudson) admitted the system is glitched, said they would unban my account if they could, and even apologized for "false promises" from previous advisors, but they claim they have no tools to transfer my case to a supervisor or fix the broken UI on help.ea.com. And if you're interested in what I was banned for: it was my old Steam nickname, which the system interpreted as creating inappropriate content (excessive or borderline). I was not properly notified by EA about how dangerous Steam nicknames could be for the community. I also wasn't restricted from playing the game until changing my nickname. The only notification of the official reason for the temporary block that I received was in the EA App widget inside BF6, which stated that I was creating inappropriate content (excessive or borderline). So I stopped using in-game chat after being banned for 7 days. That turned out to be the wrong decision, because later my account was permanently disabled. I opened the help.ea.com website and found out that I was not only accused of creating inappropriate content, but also of: Using cheats in 2024 (I'm not sure how this case is connected to my current situation; however, the case was closed, so I assumed everything was fine). Incitement to hatred. After appealing to the support team, they wrote to me: ("Hello We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your ac...") I was confused and wrote to them again, telling them about the UI issue, but I received the same template response again, which I considered trolling at the time. I wrote a few more times, and then for a separate reason I checked my email. To my surprise, the situation became clearer. I found the exact reason for my ban, which was my Steam nickname, and I also saw that half of their responses were in a complete format there, while on the website they appeared cut or incomplete. After that, I wrote to them again and responded to their arguments, but I only received an automatic response saying that they had already checked everything and would not check again. After a few more letters, I was completely forbidden from appealing the case, and my Violation History became empty. A month later, I decided to write an appeal on the first case, and to my shock it was marked as FIXED. My joy knew no bounds until I realized that my account was still blocked, and I could no longer appeal the secondary case. After that, I almost accidentally discovered the EA Help live chat. This only resulted in wasting two days of my life and the FIXED to CLOSED situation. Also, my 2024 case about cheating lost its title for reasons I don't know, because the advisors ignored the broken UI, the fact that my Violation History was empty, and the fact that I couldn't appeal the case I was permanently banned for. They kept sending me in circles, and eventually I gave up. But five days later, my friend suggested that I post on the EA forums and hopefully get a normal human response from another EA division. I cannot attach screenshots, but any EA employee can check my case history for Case #238638093. I'm sure you will see it was manually changed from FIXED to CLOSED without any resolution email sent to me. P.S. I hope people will see this and show some humanity, because being banned for a nickname is not worth three months of stress and sleepless nights trying to figure out how to unban yourself. Like the title said, I can't link my Steam to my now single EA account. I played the BF6 Beta and completed all challenges, so does that mean screw me until I can finally link my Steam to my EA account or what? Support didn't help me and said EA itself can't do anything about it until the cooling period or whatever is over. Update: My cooling period is over, but it is not letting me connect my Steam to my only EA account. I used my login info for my old account to see if it's still up and is still connected to my Steam account, but it logs me into my active account and I'm assuming that means that 2nd account has been merged. We’re now stuck because of one of two issues — solving either would let us move forward: EA App on Mac shows nothing When logging in via her PlayStation-linked account, the EA App on Mac is completely empty — no games, no store, nothing. Even after temporarily disabling all PlayStation parental controls, the app stays blank. Can’t “promote” her EA account We tried converting her PlayStation-linked EA account into a regular EA login tied to her email (keeping her current User ID, friends, etc.), but when we try to create a child account from my parent account, we get the error: "User ID already in use." All I'm trying to do is change my EA ID from "CT-Sapper" to "[KDM] Sapper". I would be more understanding if this error message was actually explaining the issue to me but come on EA seriously? Why is it so difficult to slightly change my EA ID? I know for a fact that it's been more than 30 days since the last time I've changed my EA ID and I've tried every variation I can think of; adding dashes, spaces, underscores, lowercase, uppercase, adding numbers, removing the brackets, using alternate characters for letters etc. and absolutely nothing works. And when I contact EA Support for help (and finally get through to an actual person) even THEY aren't able change my EA ID??? All of the other threads on this issue are also absolutely useless. EA needs to fix their poor customer service. I am trying to buy a membership to the EA Play and it's telling me my VISA card (here in the US): "Your action cannot be processed We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later." What is wrong with your payment services? I called Wells Fargo and they told me the issue is on EA's end. EA sent over the authorization but they did not send over the actual (whatever it's called). My card info is correct. I am not banned because this is my first time signing up for EA. The issue according to Wells Fargo is on EA's side. This is not a good first impression EA is making on a potential customer. And to boot, there is no phone number to call to get a resolution. And no easy way of making a ticket. I have to resort to wasting my time making a post in a community forum where people here have no way of helping me. Get your act together EA.
