Problems accessing the forum threads
I’m not sure what’s going on, but for the past two days I’ve been having trouble accessing parts of the forums. When I click on my notifications and the page redirects, it fails to load and instead shows an “access denied” or “page doesn’t exist” error. As far as I know, my account is in good standing, and I haven’t received any violation notices. The issue is inconsistent; sometimes I can access the pages, and other times I get the error. I did clear my cache and cookies a few days ago, and it seems the problem started after that, though I’m not sure why.Verify on recognised device not working
Hello trying to get some help as can’t get through to no one on live chat on my Xbox my ea account I made it a long time ago logging in with email and password but it’s getting me to try and verify on recognised device I load up fc26 which my ea account is linked to and it’s not doing anything any help anyone???
Request to lift Regional ban on syrian players following sanctions removal
As of recent international decisions, the sanctions and restrictive measures previously imposed on the Syrian Arab Republic have been officially lifted. Accordingly, I kindly request that EA review and update its regional restrictions to allow Syrian users full access to EA services, including account creation, online gameplay, and purchases. Currently, many Syrian players are still unable to access EA platforms or use their accounts due to the old sanction-related blocks. Since these measures are no longer legally applicable, I respectfully ask that EA remove the regional ban and restore service availability for users in Syria. I’m currently unable to recover access to my EA account and need assistance. An EA Support agent asked me to complete the account recovery process by launching an EA game on my console and following on‑screen prompts to update my email, password, and phone number. However, these recovery steps do not appear on my console at all. I have tried this with Apex Legends and Jedi: Fallen Order, i do not own any Fifa games or Sports games made by EA so this is very difficult. I have all log-in credentials necessary other than access to my actual Gmail account and phone number where the verification codes are sent. As you can see below, i have access to my PSN account (which is linked to the EA account) and i am logged into Apex Legends without any trouble.
