EA Ban Appeal Bug
I was suspended from Apex Legends a while back. EA provided me a link to appeal the ban, however since then, I have not been able to get back into my account at all. I have verified the password, however, when I click the link to appeal and enter my email, I receive "This email is not eligible for an EA account" If I try to reset the password I receive an "This email or ID is invalid" I have spoken to the 1st level advisors who are unfortunately very unhelpful. They can see the account exists and have sent me one-time codes for the purpose of authentication but I still cannot get into the account at all. I think this is a bug on EA side as presumably the suspension should be lifted by now or they should have suspended for just Apex, and not my entire account? Has anybody else experienced this or received support that actually resolved the issue? I've had multiple cases and promised escalations from advisors that lead to nothing with the last advice of create a forum post - so here I am. Note the account I am using to create this post is NOT the account that is suspended. Figured I'd be clear on that.
Cant play any EA game because my EA account has an incorrect mail
Very frustrating problem i am encountering with one of my friend regarding our EA accounts and the ability to access this company games. We were trying to play Battlefield and the we both have an incorrect mail or a very old one linked to our EA account and if we want to unlink this account and start a new one or link a new account to our psn, we cant, because we need a verification code sent to the mail we dont have access, we have spent a lot of money in lots of EA games, and now we cannot play because of this extra unnecessary step. If i have full access to my PSN account, and i have bought my games inside PS store, How can EA still block us from playing because of these annoying processes which wont help of anything, it is completely disappointing, and the respond time is ridiculous, im a marketing professional, I know EA should hire a new team. Top chiefs only need to see the chaos behind this problem, im not the only one, I expect to regain access to my games soon.
Recently merged 2 EA accounts and I can't link my Steam account until next year.
Like the title said, I can't link my Steam to my now single EA account. I played the BF6 Beta and completed all challenges, so does that mean screw me until I can finally link my Steam to my EA account or what? Support didn't help me and said EA itself can't do anything about it until the cooling period or whatever is over.
Can't access my account and I can't reach support
I can't login to my EA account since I don't have the email account linked to it anymore and whenever I try to contact support using customer care and click 'chat with an advisor', it always tells me this issue is not supported by advisors. The website tells me to contact support despite this not being supported? I've selected the options 'Secure EA Account' and 'Update EA Account' and neither of them are supported.
