Can’t get in touch with anyone!
Hi all, how do I get in touch with someone from EA? My account password has expired, and I no longer have the email or phone number. I was able to get in touch yesterday but now it keeps saying Advisors don’t support these issues? One of them also sent me an email address I could email only to get an email back saying the address is no longer in use? How can I speak to someone?CPU still needed, still get a hard drive?
Hello everyone, I bought a computer and I was excited to download sims 4 because my other computer seemed to never have any available storage to play despite having absolutely nothing on it. I can easily download sims on this computer, but it gives me a "you are running the 64 bit" and telling me to change it to 32 bit or my game will be unstable. I also found out that the 32 bit was removed. I looked at the requirements for the sims on their page and clicked the link to scan my computer to see if I met the requirements, and I failed for CPU. 3.3 GHz Intel Core i3-3220 (2 cores, 4 threads), AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.1 GHz (4 cores) or better You have: AMD Athlon Silver 7120U with Radeon Graphic Should I still buy an external hard drive for CC and Mods (THAT ARE ALLOWED BY EA), or would it not work still because of my CPU?
Issue adding a phone number to the account! EA
Hello! I’m unable to add a phone number to my EA account. I’ve tried using Incognito mode, a different browser, and a different phone number. Nothing worked! I spoke with EA, but they didn't resolve the issue! I keep getting a "Something went wrong. Try again later" error. EA hasn't provided a solution for this problem! A few months ago I unfortunately got hacked and had to deal with people trying to get into about every account I have. I was able to recover most of it, including my Steam account, but now I've just gone to launch an EA game through my Steam account, and I can't because the email it's linked to is not mine. The problem is account linking is managed by EA and when I tried to link it back to my actual EA account, I was given the message attached that basically said sorry lol. The ho*****@hotmail.com is not mine and I have never had anything to do with it, and now I essentially cannot play any EA games because I have some random hacker attached to my account. Does anyone have any advice on how to unlink this email. Thanks.

I want to delete my EA account. It is said to talk to account to an advisor. I have tried to talk to an advisor from "Contact Us " method but this messeage appears: " This issue isn't supported by advisors Check out our help resources below or visit EA Forums to get help from the community. " What to do?Says account disable but no reason to why.
Got a "Your account has been disable" messages when loading up, so i scan the QR code to see why but when I log in its states there is no penalty. "No History. You have no violations or appeals on your account" So at the next step it says to use the tool to appeal but since there is no ban to appeal, i cannot selecta anything. What do i do?
