How to access origin help cases?
This may sound weird, but I wanted to look at a case I filed when the EA app was still Origin. I typed in the Case ID and the access key but it says can't find the case. Is it possible to still view old help cases on the EA app?

Account email update (EA help not helpful)
Hi, I'm here for 2 matters: 1). first time speaking to EA advisor and met a rude staff. tried to report to EA but no one cares....[image: bad service] 2). tried to contact EA again as I can't change my email address in my own page. the page says that I need to "resume case" but the next page has no comment session for me to continue chatting...[images: case summary 1 & 2]. Anyone knows how? Thank you in advance!!!

how do i unlink an account email without having the email address anymore?
i have an xbox account with an old email and i cant even log in because that email no longer exists and when i got to try and reset it it says its already linked in this lifetime. any help or nah?

Verification code not sending
Hello, I am writing this post because I still have not received the verification code for my main account in my email inbox. I had to create a new account with a different email address to be able to write this post, as my main account (LucidORG) is completely inaccessible because the verification email is not arriving in my inbox. I have checked my spam folder, blocked emails, etc., but there is nothing there. I have requested the code, but the email simply does not arrive, and I cannot use the Authentication App because it is on my old phone, which I no longer have. I have also tried to contact support, but I have not received any response from them. Could someone please help me? I would really like to be able to access my LucidORG account again. Thank you.

No Response from TOS Team
Hi Guys, I recently found out that I was being blocked by Bots automatically without any actual review. My account was banned 2 years back. It had a Suspension 4 years back for 7 days without any reason and 2 years back it was banned for hateful conduct. I was told that I would get a warning. But I was banned without any 2nd warning or suspension. Is it possible for me to connect with someone or somehow get my case to the TOS Team.

How to access the EA account linked to my Xbox profile?
Greetings, Recently, I noticed that an EA account is linked to my Xbox profile through the Xbox app on pc. I wish to access it and change the email associated with it, but most of the guides I found involved using a console. I cannot use the console as it broke down, and I have shifted to pc. I don't have access to the email associated with the EA Account
About 3 years ago I deleted the email that was connected to my EA Account for some reason and I no longer have access to that email account. It sends a code to my deleted email to log in to the account that was connected to the email I deleted, but I cannot see this code because I deleted my email address and I cannot log in to my EA Account. Is there a way to log in with another email or can I never log in to the account? Please Help!

EA Account is missing/deleted
Hello, I am unsure as to when this issue occurred but for several days I have attempted to log into my ea account but it asks me to reset my password. As soon as I input my email to change my password it says my account does not exist and I've redownloaded my ea app and restarting my computer just in case it was on my end. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to go about this, I am not very computer savvy. Side note, I am pretty sure it was deleted, despite not knowing how that happened, as I tried creating a new account using my original email and it was available. Any help is appreciated, my old account had all my sims 4 expansion packs otherwise I wouldn't really care. :,(
