Hello, I need help recovering my EA account. I believe my account has been hacked. The hacker changed the email address associated with my account and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), so I no longer have access to either of them. Fortunately, I am still logged into my EA account on my computer. However, I can't change the password, update the email address, or disable 2FA because those actions require verification through the hacker's email or authentication method. I'm afraid to sign out because I may never be able to log back in. I can provide any information necessary to prove that I am the original owner of the account, such as my previous email address, purchase history, game library, payment information, or any other details you need. Hi! I’ve been trying to change my username on EA. Whenever I go to Settings and click on my username to change it, it asks me to verify my identity. It shows the correct email address, the one I use every day. I know it’s the right email because I still receive EA notifications and emails from other forums I’ve commented on. The problem is that I never receive the verification email or code, so I can’t verify my identity. 😭 I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and still nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have issues with EA support. I am an owner of a steam account. The account got hacked in the past and when it was hacked the hacker created an EA account with steam and linked the steam to it... Because of that i cant currently play any EA games due to itself needing verification. EA Support is so broken they just dont understand that i dont have access to the account, i cannot verify myself or anything. I just NEEED my steam to be unlinked from the EA account. I dont need the account i dont care about it.. They just wont let me do it. they want to verify me with some kind of console which i dont have and things around that. Hi EA Community Managers and everyone, I am posting here because I have absolutely no other way to reach EA Support. For the past 8 months, my main account has been completely locked out of the EA Help system (I cannot open live chats or create any support tickets). Here is the background: About 8 months ago, my Apex Legends account was banned. I admit I panicked and submitted multiple appeals and live chat requests in a short period. Thankfully, the ban was a mistake and it was successfully overturned. I can play Apex normally right now. However, it seems my excessive contact at that time triggered a permanent spam filter or a system bug on my account's support privileges. Since then, all contact options on the EA Help website are disabled or simply do not work for my main account. What I have already tried: - Waited for 8 months (cooling-off period did not resolve it). - Tried different browsers, devices, and cleared all cache/cookies. - Contacted support using an alternate account, but the advisors told me they cannot assist with my main account due to strict security policies. I completely understand why the spam filter was triggered 8 months ago, but since my game ban was cleared, I would really appreciate it if my basic support functions could be restored. In the past, I used to receive an email when I broke a rule, but in the last two days, I received a warning once and today a suspension notice. However, I was not notified via email, and the reason for the suspension is not provided.
