I don't know the reason for the suspension!
Hello everyone, I hope you are well 6 days ago, while playing online, a message appeared on the screen WS-116332-6 Temporary or permanent suspension! And until today I can't log in to my Plus account. I created a case and even announced my problem several times in the online chat. I was asked for the emails I had on the console. They checked all of them and said there was no suspension notice on these emails!!! I haven't received any emails I don't know the reason for the suspension and how long it will last! Hello, I recently received the following error when trying to access online features: “Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. Result Code: 103-3f0001” I’m not aware of any reason for this restriction, and I haven’t received any email explaining the issue. I kindly ask for clarification regarding the reason for this restriction and whether it is temporary or permanent. I checked ban status and I dont have any. I only played Sims 4 for 2 years now I tried to play It Takes Two with friend's pass and I got this message. I tried another EA account but got the same message. Is my hardware banned or smt? Hi there 🙌🏻 I just got an email welcoming me to EA Creator Network but once I click ‘Get started’ from the email.. it redirects to https://creatornetwork.ea.com/ I log in with my EA account (this account) It still show my old data (my old gamer tag ppaint540 which i change to itspaintofficial about 3 months ago) It still show that my case is ‘Closed’ and i need to review & resubmit (although i just got an email saying that i got accepted) Note: I once apply for Creator Network back in April but got rejected, so I wait for 3 months and re-apply again. I'm trying to contact EA support to resolve this, but whenever I select the "Chat with us" option and fill out the form, it loads for a moment and then redirects me back to the homepage. You can use a hyphen and underscore in your EA ID, but these symbols are not counted as different unique characters (for example: If I create an EA ID " asd123 " and someone else wants that EA ID too, they won't be able to create different variations of that EA ID, for example " asd_123 " or " asd_123- ", or any other possible variations with those symbols, and I think it works the other way around too, if I create an EA ID " asd_123- ", another person won't be able to take just " asd123 "). I want to use a specific EA ID, but I can't... Please make a hyphen and an underscore count as completely different characters. In most other gaming platforms these symbols are counted as completely different characters. So I have all my games and codes redeemed to an old yahoo email that has been deactivated since the longest. Ive tried to chat to a ea support person and they INSIST that the original email is necessary. Ive tried to recover the email but unfortunately it has been deactivated for too long.
