Does EA Support actually exist?
I set up an account a couple of years back, linked it to PSN to play Sims, but gave up on the game after about five minutes. Fortunately it was a freebie so no issue. Now I'm trying to play another game but am told I can't as my account, apparently, has been hacked. So I follow the instructions to get some help; wait time on "Chat with us" is apparently three minutes but EA clearly have a different idea of what "three minutes" is to everyone else. Tried it several times and not the faintest inkling of a response. So, does EA Support actually exist?Profile Picture Keeps Being Erased
Hello! I have been interacting with EA forums - specifically the Pogo forums - for over five years now. I used to have one of the Pogo icons for my profile picture (specifically the bee from Grant's Garden), but when EA switched to the new forum interface, all of the Pogo options were gone. This wasn't an enormous deal to me and I just chose one of the other options. However, every time I enter the forums, my pfp is gone and I have to reset it. Yes, I am saving & it will show up that singular time I am logged in; for example, right now it is showing cats as my pfp. But next time I log in or even if I log in on another device right now, there is no pfp. Again, this isn't the biggest deal in the world, but I would prefer not to have to re-select one every time I enter the website. Thank you for looking into this issue!
