Unable to validate account
I have my child’s account that shows the parental account email address is incorrect. It is misspelled and wasn’t even a valid email address when the ea account was created. I’ve since identified the invalid email address name but cannot log in because the account needs to be verified. The original verification email address failed to send because it wasn’t a valid email address. Now that I’ve created the misspelled email address and set the password. I’m unable to login because it hasn’t been initially validated. I need the initial validation email resent so I can request the parent email address updated to an email account I monitor. This account I’m logged into is my personal ea account and is the only way I can post for support. The support on the chat feature is unwilling to help me and said this is the only other option besides my son having to create a new psn and start all of his games over from scratch.

Hello, I woke up this morning to an email informing me that my EA account has been banned. After checking further, I noticed that my Hotmail account was also temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. 7 january 2026, indonesian time, my email got hacked. inside is steam account, ea account, epic account. i play apex legends via steam, linked to ea account. suddenly 9 jan 2026, apex need to register again. when i check the account, doesnt exist anymore. 5000hours gameplay is gone like that. what am i supposed to do? is there any chance? or no? notes : i got my email back. when i login to ea, said no id or account bind to this email ( maybe the hacker already change the email on the id ).Linking account mishap BF6
So I don’t know if I’ve done it wrong or what but I’ve played Battlefield 6 on Xbox originally and had some buddies that play PC and I was wanting to play with them so got BF6 on PC and was hoping I could just transfer my progress over from Xbox but when I linked my account it wiped my Xbox progression. I don’t know if I just didn’t sign into my account when loading up battlefield or what but I’m wondering if there is a way to unlink the accounts so I could at the very least keep my Xbox progress and just start new on PC.
