Urgent Refund request still unsolved.
Dear EA Support Team. I am writing once again regarding my refund request for Battlefield 6, which was accidentally charged three times due to a system error. On the purchase day, the payment process repeatedly showed an error message instructing me to 'try again', which caused multiple charges within the same time frame. I have already submitted mutiple refund requests over the past few weeks, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or refund confirmation so far. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially since the issue was caused by a system malfunction on EA's side. Please review my case urgently and process the refund for the two duplicated payments without further delay. If needed, i can provide payment receipts, timestamps, or transaction IDs once again. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.2Views0likes0CommentsMy account was hacked
Subject: Request for Assistance – Hacked Account and Unauthorized Access (Account: Sherdders) Hello EA Support Team, My name is Napatsakorn, and I am the owner of the EA account "Sherdders". My account was accessed by an unknown third party without my permission. This person changed both the email address and password associated with my account, and I am not sure when these changes occurred. Previously, I had already reported that my account had been hacked. The unauthorized user then played Apex Legends using cheats, which resulted in my account being banned. I contacted EA Support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, there has been no update or progress since then. As of now, I can no longer access my account through any method. I used to be able to log in through my linked Google account, but today I found that even that option no longer works. My original Email : ([edit: email address removed]) I kindly request your assistance in reviewing and investigating this issue once again. I am the rightful owner of this account, and I would really appreciate your help in restoring access or providing an update on the case. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. Best regards, Napatsakorn (Account: Sherdders)17Views0likes1CommentHacked Account Recovery

My account was hacked, and I submitted a ticket with the relevant questions. I can't reach live support; live support isn't working for this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this? I also tried emailing them, but it's been two weeks and I haven't received a response. Are they overwhelmed, or are they genuinely uninterested?24Views1like1CommentUnable to access old EA account and can't link new one to Xbox account
So basically, a long time ago I had an EA account, that account was linked to both my Xbox account and an old yahoo email. However I can't login to that old account, I can't delete that old account, and I can't unlink that old account from my Xbox account. I can very easily prove ownership of the Xbox/Microsoft account but I just have this dead link to nothing that I can't remove. To preface again with emphasis, I cannot access this old EA account, no way to recover it as both the recovery email and recovery phone number are over a decade old and no longer in use/deleted. How can I unlink this dead account from my Xbox account? Do I have to ask Microsoft to do it or do I have to go through EA? It's really annoying trying to play EA games and not having access to things because an old dead account is linked with nothing for me to do about it. Edit: Some additional info, I have already tried to link this new EA account I am posting with to my Xbox account and it won't let me as it says the Xbox account is already linked.Solved1.2KViews3likes27Comments- 67Views1like5Comments
Can't cancel my EA Play membership
After I try to cancel my EA Play membership by clicking on the cancel membership button my browser starts to load the http://www.ea.com/manage-membership/cancel website but before that website finishes loading the browser is redirected to the ea.com/play website where there are no options for cancelling my membership. I have installed the EA Play app and tried to cancel my membership there but it directs me to the website. Please help.Solved387Views1like7CommentsChanging Email.
Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm trying to update the email address associated with my EA account, but I keep receiving the following error: "We can't complete your request. Your email address could be invalid or you may have recently updated it." I've double-checked the format of the new email and confirmed that it's valid and not already linked to another EA account. I also haven't changed my email recently. Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can successfully update my account email?11Views0likes0CommentsGetting unbanned after an incorrect BF6 ban?
Anybody have any luck at all...? If they look at my account history I have zero history of cheating... I played in bot-backfilled portal lobbies in my off-time when I didnt want to commit to full games which I kinda figured was the sensible thing to do. I'm seeing a million forum posts about bans right now, just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a ban overturned?16Views0likes1Comment
