Formal Appeal: Account Compromised by Hacker & Technical Barrier to Support
Dear TOS Team, I am writing to you with a heavy heart to seek a final, fair review of my account . My account was unfortunately compromised by a hacker, and any violations that occurred were not my doing. Since then, I have been attempting to recover my account with a sincere and cooperative attitude. However, instead of help, I have encountered a "dead loop" within your system and dismissive treatment from the support staff. The Technical Barrier (System Bug): The webform strictly requires me to select a record from my "Ban History" to proceed. However, my history does not display the relevant case, making it impossible for me to submit a formal appeal. I have tried repeatedly, only to be blocked by this technical glitch. Failure of Front-line Support: When I sought help for this bug, the support agent provided cold, scripted responses (see attached screenshots). I was told "no one can help you" and "only you can submit," completely ignoring the fact that your own system is preventing me from doing so. This dismissive attitude has been deeply hurtful and feels like a denial of my right to a fair appeal. My Sincere Request: I have always valued this community and followed the rules. This account is important to me, and I am a victim of a security breach. I kindly request: A manual review of my account's login activity to verify the unauthorized access. An alternative channel to submit my evidence, bypassing the broken webform. A fair chance to restore my account standing. I trust the TOS team will see the injustice in this situation and help me remove this "thorn" that has been deeply troubling me. Hello, so I made my EA account in 2019 with my email - six years later I try logging into the account even after I've loss my gmail in 2021. I'm pretty positive the Gmail was deleted and I no longer have access to my EA account, the only slight access I have is linked to my psn - I'd like to talk to someone and see if my old email can be replaced for my new email. I will try to approach everyone so everything i say may happen to you and you don’t get your right, so the past month playstation announced that for 30 days if you don’t enter the game it will be removed from you, so i have a little brother that i shared my account info with in case anything happens to me during my volunteering vacation and their where the problem started my little brother and i each ea fc game cames out we buy it together to split bills and we both have ps5 so my brother has some friends that what ever something good i get in fc 26 he tells them and they get annoyed im 100% sure about that , so when I traveled I gave my brother my email to put it in his phone , so they know that somehow and told my brother to give them my account so they play for me while im in a vacation so they will make me a surprise so my Brother as a kid he will believe them and gave them not only and account no also backup codes so when the get in my account they started transferring coins as told to me for banning me and i get full blame for it and tried multiple times to appeal and i get the same annoying answer that we found evidence of breaking our rules , i know that the rule was broken but not by me but still I'm getting the same answer 5 times and I’m still waiting to unblock my account market because i really spend a-lot of hours that may reach more than 500 in this game and then what happens that i get a banned from kids that are selfish and you keeping approaching the support system but still no help is given i swear its so annoying when its happens to you specially from kids that are selfishSolved28Views0likes3CommentsHow do I link a child account to the family management on my account?

I created a child account for my two sons, but when creating a child account, it never asks for an email address for them. It only asks for the parent/guardian email for permission. I don't know what to do anymore. My EA account was hacked. I am unable to contact an advisor directly, the button is greyed out for me. I had a ticket open, and was told that there were "too many discrepancies" when trying to recover my account. I have recovered an old email to re-open a case but I cannot. I get an AI bot (presumably) EA NextStep that asks if "Compromised EA Account" is my issue, and sends me to the sign-in page. When I try to enter my email, my account under that email does not exist anymore and suggests I create a new account. When I enter my EA ID it shows an email I have never used under a hotmail account, which I have never used hotmail in my life. Again, I have recovered an old email to remove any discrepancies and have screenshots and proof of every single purchase, as well as the email I used to use and the email I updated to. I'm posting here in hope a human reaches out lol.
