I am trying to change my ID back to Konflixx, which it was in the past, now whenever I try to use that name it tells me it's not a valid ID. However, if I change the spelling to KonflixX it will work no issue. I then try to correct the spelling, and it tells me the name is already in use. My younger brother and I currently use the same EA account setup. My Sims 4 profile (“Favour25”) has been active since 2015, and I have purchased over 17 packs on this account. My brother also uses the same account environment for his PlayStation (PSN: CoolZion_123), and we both currently access the same EA account system. The account is currently linked to my mum’s email address, and over time she plans to give the account fully to my brother. This means I will eventually lose access to my Sims 4 packs and my “Favour25” progress if nothing is changed. I would like to ask if there is any safe or official solution that would allow me to: * secure my Sims 4 purchases permanently under my own EA account or email, or * separate our access so that I do not lose my content in the future when the account ownership changes. Hi, I've been getting back into playing the sims 3 again after a while. I own most of the expansion packs with all their codes redeemed and I can't bother to rebuy every single one of them again. The account on which the codes were redeemed can no longer be accessed, since well the email the old account was made on was deleted. I'm also pretty sure the account was deleted from EA's side after years of inactivity, but I'm not sure if that's still a thing. I still own all of the discs with their codes so I was wondering if it's possible to merge that account with my current one. All that's left of that account is it being on my friends list. When I set up my account, I had an extremely hard time being able to choose anything. The only thing it allowed me to choose was the one I have now. Whenever I try to change it, it does not allow me to me to change it to anything at all. Ive tired dozens upon dozens of combination of letters and numbers, yet i get told to "chose a valid user ID". Customer support does not know even after multiple months of me bothering them about it. They tell me a communuity memeber might know. Im not so hopful that a community member can solve this. Ive been frurstraed for months, everytime i see this username.
