I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have attached some pictures about it and I would truly appreciate some help with this matter since it’s truly affecting my progress in the game.

Hello Update August 2026: After a year of being ignored by EA I have followed some advice I seen on other forums and have now managed to finally unlock this achievement legitimately without losing any progress in any EA games. Anyone who wants the detailed steps DM me on Xbox: Danger Days 11 or on PSN: Danger Days 11 Original post: I have unlocked a total of 8 archetypes and I still haven't been awarded the achievement for unlocking three archetypes. Update: The Collect them all achievement/trophy is broken between generations. For example, in my case I unlocked more than 3 archetypes on the Series X, however when I loaded the Xbox One version the achievement didn't unlock. The achievement/trophy requirements are clearly looking for the instance of the 3rd archetype being unlocked and therefore if you unlocked more than 3 before switching generations this becomes unobtainable. This is a very simple fix as there is no patch required. The achievement/trophy requirements just need to be amended to look for when greater than 3 archetypes are unlocked and not just exactly 3. The trophies on PS5 / Achievements on XBOX for completing milestone objectives are not popping at all Completed alex hunters milestones didnt get a trophy, seems a very common thing going on as no one can unlock the trophies, similar reports for xbox. This seems like a known issue for MONTHS, but it slowly started to come to a full stop today. The game is entirely unplayable right now. Upon launch, it gives you "EA PLAY TRIAL. This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress." Game is a complete stoppage. There is no workaround and this has been an issue for over 24 hours for me. EA is worth 50.68 BILLION DOLLARS BTW. I've bought every single EA game for over 20 years, and this is the worst issue I've ever seen. They don't even care about fixing it/plan on fixing it.
"The Egyptian King" objective not completing (Fixed)
I've been constantly scoring with my RW while having another Egyptian player in my team and the formation is 4-3-3 so the winger has a preferred RW position. It's been a week since the Tim Cahill issue and now this. Just great going EA. Apparently you need to use a player who's "BASE POSITION IS RW" while having any other Egyptian player on the team. The RW doesn't need to be Egyptian but the players primary position (written on the card) needs to be RW.
