Week 3 quest
I have played the world game events week 1 and week 2 but by week 3 I have a problem. For me to be able to complete week 3 I need to claim an icon in the chronicles chapter but I already did that before week 3 now I can't complete the chapter and don't know what to do. Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a severe bug on my FC Mobile account. Every time I enter the "My Team" menu, the screen becomes slightly dimmed (greyed out) and completely unresponsive. The background animations and music still work fine, and I can hear the button click sound effects, but I cannot press anything and the top-right navigation buttons (Settings, Home, Inbox) are missing. This has been happening since yesterday. I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling the game, but the bug persists as soon as I log back into my account. It seems my account is stuck in an invisible tutorial overlay loop. Please help reset my active squad or tutorial status. Thank you.10Views0likes1Comment
