Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to purchase the Episode Pass in the game. Every time I attempt the purchase, an error message appears (see attached screenshot), regardless of the payment method used. This issue is preventing me from taking advantage of the best start for the new era, which is particularly frustrating given the limited duration of this offer. I am unable to purchase a certain product.
I’ve run into an issue where I can't purchase the First Order "Speed of Light" bundle. When I access the other bundles, the purchase pop-up window loads correctly. However, when I go to this specific product and select the payment option, it just keeps loading, and the payment method pop-up never appears. Me he encontrado con el problema de no poder comprar el Lote de velocidad de la luz de la primera orden. Entro en los demas lotes y si carga la ventana emergente para realizar la compra. En cambio, al ir a este producto y seleccionar pagar, se queda cargando y no salta la ventana emergente de los métodos. I cannot enter my web store account. After entering email getting code it transfers me back the initial page with Retry button appearing instead of log in button. After trying unbind my account in game i am recieving 9.0 error eith game crash and saying contact the support. After contacting support they cannot do anything with this error. 5 days passed. I was making videos of this and explanations and screen shots. All useless. Support team is not professionals completely. After buying a era pass i am still loosing rewards in webstore due to the fact i cannot enter there.
