Device Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Android 16 One UI 8.0 Refresh rate tested: 60 Hz and 120 Hz (issue occurs on both) Issue Summary During gameplay, the game starts with normal performance, but after several minutes: FPS drops significantly, severe input lag appears (delayed or unresponsive taps) overall responsiveness progressively degrades over time The issue becomes worse the longer the game session lasts. Critical Behavior / Key Clue The issue can be temporarily fixed by: minimizing the app and reopening it switching fullscreen/window state After doing this, performance immediately returns to normal for a short time, but then gradually degrades again. I've noticed the characters that carryover from the previous day's Coliseum do not update with the tokens I get from my inbox. You can see in the attached screenshot the borrowed toons I want to use are at era level 64, when the pool of toons to the left are level 65. It's easy enough to fix in game currently but would be nice not to have to fix it every few days. Could even be just a visual bug for all I know. But if you remove them from the right hand side (the squad) so they enter the pool or toons on the left, you can bring them right back in at the correct era level and do the battle and it will re-save the proper era level going forward until the next upgrade tokens are collected from my inbox and I need to rinse and repeat. Perhaps it's already on your radar of things to do, and it's not all that urgent given the in-game work around, and the ability to try new squads regularly which to an extent self corrects this issue, but I didn't see a ticket. On my main, I tapped away from the popup to get the new borrowed unit leveling calendar and now it won't pop up anymore - I am at a disadvantage compared to everyone else in Coliseum. While we're at it, on my alt, I got to claim it twice already, once when I first collected it, then again about an hour ago, so now I am at an advantage on that account compared to many others (see screenshot below). While we're at it, why on god's green earth did you change a perfectly working system where we just got the levels in the mailbox? Now we need to wait until daily reset (or whenever this mystery calendar resets) before doing coliseum or be at a disadvantage? It makes no sense. Like every day or every other day the galaxy of hero's website store asks for a verification code via email and this is so annoying especially when you press remember me but it just doesn't. Please fix this or have a don't send verification codes to this device again I'm getting tired of having to wait and type them in all the time. Also I reported this via the in game help but that was completely pointless as the "advisors" just use AI and don't actually help. They literally left in the part of the ai's reply as shown in screenshot. Simple.... I get the ZTG to 94% - and no matter what I do, no more damage registers. It just stops taking damage. I honestly don't care if it's me missing something that causes this - THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. In Territorial War I'm unable to display a character (Mara Jade) that meets all the requirements needed to be displayed. When trying to display her, the text shown claims that there's no characters available under the description given -see screenshot-.
