FC 25 Doesn't launch (EA App Version)
I've been trying to launch the game for like 2 days, I lost hope, nothing worked, I tried every workaround, every troubleshooting, contacted the support did everything he said till he told me that he can't do anything more and he will contact the developing team and tell them the problem. I reinstalled EA APP multiple times, every time I reinstall I remove everything from the roots using a paid uninstaller, I reinstalled the game 5 times, moved it to another drive, did a fresh windows multiple times (10 and 11 3 times each), What am experiencing is Anti-Cheat splash art shows, loading then disappears, the game appears in task manager, reaches 587mb usage of RAM then boom everything stops, it keeps still at 587 but CPU usage goes down to 0% and nothing happens till I'm sent back to EA App games library. I need help please, there's nothing else I can do from my side, I verified the game files on steam and tried another account but on FC 25 Steam version, and it worked like magic, can it be a problem in the account itself? I even deleted appdata and program data multiple times nothing happens, I did everything that can be done to Ea App too, nothing.Solved12KViews1like7CommentsEA - Ban appeal process is broken
It seems that the TOS team has no accountability. Look at case #200839587. The original ban provided provided no justification on why a newly created account with a newly purchased game (FC25) from a customer that hasn't even played 20 games in total (XBOX only) was given a full ban. When a ban appealed case was submitted as directed by the KB articles, the request was simply "Declined" in less than 24 hours with no explanation on which term in the Terms of Service was violated nor why the review concluded that the ban was justified. According to EA's own KB article, account bans are reserved for egregious violations of the TOS. This means the EA agents should easily be able to justify the ban. However, the obvious customer to company (EA) service expectation ( to receive clear communication) is not what is being experienced. The designed review process provides no way for a customers escalate the escalation, no live agent to provide any level of detail of the review, and no phone number to call. From this end, it seems that agents can blatantly auto close their assigned ticket without a thorough review, which is what they are being paid to do. This process also creates a customer perspective that no accountability exists to these agents. Knowing how traditional help-desk jobs work, if agents "Decline" customer requests it will create an illusion that they are good workers with an amazing ticket closure rates. This is typically a metric that is rewarded and therefore highly incentivized by the workforce. This is why it seems that the currently implemented system is fundamentally flawed and should be reviewed by leadership within EA. This business model is NOT the way new customers should be treated. The system seems to be broken and should be reviewed so greater guardrails can be put into place to create a fair and balanced set of processes and to require clear and concise communication standards.6.4KViews2likes3CommentsFC25 Anticheat detecting ‘AutoHotKey’
Hi, I’ve been playing EA games on my pc for 5 years with no issues at all with Anticheat. However yesterday for the first ever time, the game could not launch as Anticheat was detecting ‘AutoHotKey’. I have never once installed this app, I have also never installed any kind of mods or modding software to my pc for any games. I just use my pc for gaming and video editing. If I repair the anticheat file, I am able to open the game but if i close the game, I am met with the same autohotkey message again when trying to reopen. Is there a known fix for this? As its just happened out of the blue I’m quite confused.4.9KViews9likes22CommentsAMD Settings FC 25
FC 25 has some serious issues with either optimization in general, or has a problem with strictly AMD graphic cards. So, I've tried almost every single setting in the game, radeon software, locking the framerate with radeon chill/afterburner and nothing really helped. One of my conclusion is that this game was meant to be played with v-sync on. I know, you are probably thinking about a lot of latency + ping, servers etc. And it is true, it is not really playable with 30+ms and v-sync on. I refuse to believe that 70$ price range game wasn't even tested with a wide range of hardware. The game feels like it has some screen tearing/de-sync issue while having FPS locked to refresh rate. Now, I'm trying to play this at 60hz, and whenever I lock the frames either with in game limiter, amd chill or afterburner it always lags. Framerate is 100% stable, frame times are also very stable, my cpu is at 50 celsius at max while gpu is at 70 celsius with full load. The game works smooth for about 2 seconds and it starts to skip frames, animations start to feel like I'm playing on a 30hz monitor with really low fps. General usage is also a big mystery to me cause it's seems that cutscenes are made either in a different engine or developers added much more FX processing there. My gpu usage in cutscenes is much better. (almost at 100%) While the gameplay is much more cpu intensive. (sometimes my cpu goes up to 100%). I've seen so many guides where people with NVIDIA cards fixed 90% of the issues in the Nvidia control panel. I have nothing more to test, tweak or improve cause I'm really out of ideas. This is the only game that has this kind of issue. Hopefully I'm not the only one, and hopefully someone will see this thread.2.7KViews1like8CommentsEA FC 25 - "You're Offline" Error Despite Being Connected to Internet
Hi EA Team, I recently purchased EA FC 25 (on Steam) and installed it on my PC. However, whenever I try to launch the game, I only get a splash screen followed by this error message: "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet." The problem is — I am connected to the internet. I've tried everything I could find online to fix this issue: Flushed DNS. Reset network settings. Reinstalled the game. Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat. Cleared EA App cache. Logged in and out of the EA App. Despite all this, the issue persists. It's frustrating to purchase a game and be unable to play it due to a connection error that doesn't reflect my actual network status. Please look into this and suggest a solution that works.1.5KViews0likes9CommentsWrongful ban on ea fc25 EC:10901
I played pro clubs for only 5 hours with the 10 hour trial version of EA FC 25 on game pass and the next day the game came to game pass and when I logged in I realized I was banned. When I looked at the forum it is not just a problem with me it is a problem with many people despite this they said there was nothing wrong with the e-mail I received. I do not have any software related to EA FC 25 on my computer. If there is a technology that can watch my game replays you can understand that I am not cheating. I only logged in to the game once how could I have cheated.1.4KViews0likes24Commentsyour new Javelin Anti cheat literally turns PC into slow motion
