FC 27 crashing/freezing mid-match on Xbox Series X/S — same issue as FC 26
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing the exact same crashing/freezing issue in FC 27 that I had throughout FC 26, and at this point it’s becoming extremely frustrating. I’m playing on an Xbox Series S. During a match, the game will suddenly freeze completely for around 3 seconds, then crash and quit straight back to the Xbox home screen. This usually happens around the second or third match, and when I restart the game, the match is counted as a loss because of the disconnection. What makes this even more frustrating is that I already reported this exact issue during FC 26. I contacted EA Support multiple times and went through the suggested troubleshooting, but the problem was never actually resolved. Now I’ve moved to FC 27 and the same problem is happening again. How is this still happening across two games? I’m not talking about an occasional crash — this has been a recurring issue that can completely ruin a match and give me a loss for something that is clearly caused by the game crashing. EA, I really need an actual explanation and solution this time. Please don’t just send the usual generic troubleshooting steps. I’ve already gone through those with support before. Is anyone else on Xbox Series S experiencing the same freezing → crash → Xbox home screen issue in FC 27? If EA staff are reading this, please acknowledge the issue and explain whether it is being investigated. I’d also appreciate any actual fix or workaround that has worked specifically for this problem. Thanks.
Stuttering
This is going to sound weird, but whenever myself, or my opponent pushes the button to “rush GK” the game stutters. This can be replicated in every single match. Anytime my opponent rushes, it stutters. This makes the game unplayable online as the stutters happen for only me it seems. And if I rush my GK, same thing. I have tried playing on the lowest graphic settings and playing on ultra but this stuttering happens either way. This happens in online AND offline matches vs CPU. I tried reinstalling anti cheat, removing and re adding it. Also repaired game files, and fresh installed after uninstalling. No other game stutters, everything runs smooth like butter. I have a 4070, things a confusing bug, the stuttering makes zero sense. None of my other three friends who have played the game experience this issue at all. Options? Playing against certain groups of PC players due to cross play being enabled leads to them exploiting glitches in the game where they quit at the beginning of the match, when it’s 0-0 and it counts as a loss for our team that doesn’t back out of the game. It effects the club record and ranks. Especially when in a promotion match where they exploit the glitch and it causes us to lose all progress when trying to move up divisions in the last promotion game.EA Javelin moved to Temporary File?
I've been trying to access FC 27 from the EA App and Xbox game hub app several times, every single time I'm on the splash screen with all the loading things at the bottom, and then right when it reaches "Launching game..." it crashes last second and takes me back to the EA App overview of FC 27, with the play button. Every single time. Everytime i try to open ultimateteam, it crashes. sometimes before i can start, others when i do things in it. Even when playing normal modes it crashes, but that is after 30 mins +. Every year when i buy FC i get the same problem. It's like Fc pre order is made to crash my comupter every year. i have tried different drivers and alot of error searching but nothing works. I spend more money on buying the preorder because i want to play, not troubleshoot my pc for a weekI can’t even finish one draft please fix your game ea.
Just yesterday I was winning 6-5 in the 92nd minute of my third draft game in my first draft, other guys kicks the ball out and I’m booted from the game even though it was the 93rd minute. Now in my second draft I won 3 games just for the 4th game to be like this. The game loaded and just left me on this screen where the fan animations like flag waving in the back are still working but all the players are frozen and it shows I’m in the 90th minute when the game hasn’t even started yet. Idk if it’s a game bug or I’m just playing against hackers but there’s no point even playing draft if I’m just gonna get kicked out when I’m about to win
