Game causing PC to blue screen when trying to start
I've tried starting the game from my desktop, through Steam, and through the EA App. Almost every time it causes my PC to blue screen and reboot. I've cleared my cache, reinstalled EA App, reinstalled the game and nothing seems to help it. It comes up with the "preparing game" window and then the crash occurs. I tried installing Madden 24 as well and it does the same thing. Star Wars Jedi:Survivor doesn't do this, so it's not an EA issue in general, just Madden it seems. From the couple of times it's been able to generate a dump file, it looks like the issue is occurring when loading the anti-cheat. I've tried disabling AV as well and that did not help.I got wrongfully banned
This is my first ever forum post. I'm only posting because this situation is so crazy to me and I am looking for any help or advice if possible. I was banned for "coin distribution" a week and a half ago. Over 7 million in coins were taken from me and my access to the auction house has been removed. Whatever coin distribution is, I didn't do it. I play all the normal game modes within MUT. I regularly use the auction house to buy and sell cards that I get within normal gameplay. I've spent over 2,200$ in the past month alone to build my team and get the newest card and pack releases. This is not a flex, its only to show that I would rather spend real money than to try and cheat the game. Upon receiving the ban, I immediately submitted an appeal. 3 days later I received a reply email stating that my matter was investigated and the allegations were founded. No actions would follow from EA. I thought to myself, Impossible. I sent another appeal. Same response 2 days after that. Both responses seemed electronically created, automatic and not genuine. I wrote to a live agent yesterday and he seemed very helpful. He stated that he would forward my case to another department along with some notes stating my long standing tenure with EA (almost 15 years) having zero issues or previous bans. He advised me that there could be more favorable actions taken considering my good standing once they review my case. This was such great news in the moment that I forgot to ask him what he could see within my profile and verify what exactly it is that I am getting banned for. What exactly did I supposedly do wrong? I firmly believe that if an actual human reviewed my profile, the ban would have been lifted after my first appeal. I just received another (seemingly automated) email stating EA will not reverse any decisions and basically that its the end of this matter. I already know that people will take issue to how much money I spend in the game. Even though it is not needed, I will share briefly as to why. I am a disabled veteran. I can not work anymore due to my severe injuries sustained in combat. Video games is one of my few remaining past times. Not looking for any pity, just providing back story. Has anyone experienced this same issue and got it resolved? If so, what process do I need to take now....who do I need to contact? My next step is writing a formal letter and mailing it off today to EA. Any advice or even just confirmation that I am not crazy is welcomed. Hello Folks, I have been playing Madden 2025 on my PC for about 6 months with no issus. Yesterday when I went to play, I got this exact error: EAAntiCheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC. C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (3) I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps, minus rebuilding my whole PC, with no effect. I have complete wiped anythin EA or Electronics Arts on my PC. I have no game cheat software (I wouldn't even know where to get that stuff). Has anyone else experinced this recently? I though maybe aWindows update screwed things up.
Air plane, QB sneek, running backs, RP losses on desyncs.
Besides the title the cornerbacks are still glitched at least both of mine are unusable One doesn't have any SP so he can't level up so he's a level 60 maxed out cornerback with only 65 overall and no abilities no strength no nothing still has not been fixed. The glitches turn cheats in the title turn people who have no skill in this game running around the field like stupid little children and you can't catch them because they can go from not moving at all to right into the airplane immediately going faster than you can run at full speed. Have time to make everybody even at level 60 and give us two extra options on our online status but can't fix these other things that mess up the game completely and this is Justin showdown. I'm supposed to be in this VIP program that they called me to let to bring me in on but I haven't heard anything from them on any of my issues One has been voted in but net nothing has happened I paid money to get that one character to level 60 and now he has no SP and I had to not get my money back. if EA sends a message saying that there is a desync or you have been disconnected from the EA servers or it goes straight to the freaking dashboard with a sign from EA then we should not get a loss or minus RP because its EA's fault. Command & conquer back in the '90s ran much better on dial-up internet than ea servers are running these days. Comp matching is a joke you running the same team over and over and over and over again, when searching for a player random if you're looking for a quarterback they don't give you one but if you have a quarterback then they give you one or two same with running backs or wide receivers they never seem to give you what you need but yet they can somehow give you comp not really. It should be a minimum cap on RP as well as a Max it's not our fault who you matches up with so he matches up with low level players for 10 games in a row and we get one two or negative 15 on a win it's BS but you guys can still figure out how to give us two extra options on our online status and then give us more bugs with that I mean a VIP program and you ain't done nothing for me so I ain't no VIP you can have it back I will not be buying Madden 26 and I'll be telling everybody I know to not get it unless y'all fix something. My quarterback on this account is broken and my cornerback on vector viper is broken also not that you will do anything about it. I wrote the book because they ain't going to do nothing about any of this anyway they let it continue on because they're too lazy to do anything at all except give us more stuff that gives more bugs and makes the game even worse thanks EA. Forgot one more thing actually there's more but this one cross play if you get a PlayStation one PlayStation and two Xbox nobody gets their abilities unless you set it up certain way and vice versa with one Xbox and two PlayStation still not gotten fixed but you gave us two more options for our online status appreciate it
MUT 25 H2H WINS NOT BEING RECORDED. PS4 ISSUE? EA SAID SCREE PS4 USERS?
Has anyone else had this problem? Whenever I am playing head-to-head game modes such as seasons and championed and I win the game several times I have one and it has not recorded it to my overall record. This has happened probably going on for several months now. Also when I go to substitute a player in my lineup at the lineup screen it will give me a message saying server error and not allow me to substitute the player. This is happened to me and cost me several player and coin packs multiple times and when I was able to speak to EA I was basically told there was nothing they could do to post a problem on here and hope for the best. They have no problem charging full price for the game and charging for extra content yet I can't even get the content that I earned through winning games. If anyone has any suggestions advice or helpful thoughts please let me know!
MADDEN NOT LAUNCHING
I just cant open my madden, i tried everything, unistall and delete ea files, madden 25 files, reinstall, reinstall the anticheat, update the anticheat, i tried everything, but the game load the anticheat and then close and go back to the ea app, if anyone knows how to fix it, PLEASE HELP ME!
