I'm banned in previous titles, will I be banned In EA SPORTS FC™ 24?
Hey all, Every year around this time we get a deluge of posts looking for clarification on bans and how they work. Here are some more specific answers to other common questions at this time: What bans carry over from title to title? "Device" Bans - is your PC or Console prohibited from connecting to the game regardless of what account you're using? Then it will not be able to connect to EA SPORTS FC™ 24 either. "Franchise" Bans - was your account banned, and now you can't connect to older titles either? This is a "Franchise" ban, and you will not be able to access any future EA SPORTS FC™ title using this account. What doesn't carry over? Coin Distribution Bans - These bans are specific to the title they were "earned" on. A ban for sending coins/receiving coins illegitimately will not mean you are banned in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Transfer Market Bans - Was your access to the transfer market removed on the Companion App, In-Game or both? This will not affect your EA SPORTS FC™ 24 account. You will potentially need to re-earn access to the transfer market on the Web-/Companion App and will not be eligible for any early web starts. Again, as pointed out earlier in this post if your account is sanctioned by our Terms of Service team at any point you may reach out to them using the steps here for support. Here’s what else you can do: build and manage a squad in Ultimate Team™ play solo matches in Rush and Moments join Co-Op Squad Battles or Rivals with a friend who has the full version of EAS FC 26 use the Transfer Market (after completing Graduated Transfer Market Access) browse and buy from the Store progress on the Standard track of the Season Pass transfer EAS FC Points from last season. Things you need the full version of EAS FC 26 for You’ll need the full version of EAS FC 26 to: play Career Mode or use any Career Mode-related Season Pass rewards create or join a Club, or play in Clubs Leagues or Playoffs progress your Clubs Archetypes past the level cap. These limitations mean you won’t be able to complete some Clubs Objectives or any Career Mode objectives, and any rewards tied to those features won’t be available. Is there cross-play in FC Showcase? Yes, there’s cross-play in FC Showcase. EAS FC 26 Showcase and EAS FC 26 players can play and communicate together in the same ways that EAS FC 26 players currently do in-game through EA connect.If an EA SPORTS FC™ 26 player invites an EAS FC 26 Showcase player to a mode they don’t have access to, the EAS FC 26 Showcase player will be redirected to the EAS FC 26 product page.Learn more about how to cross-play in our article. Is the Season Pass available in FC Showcase? In Columbia: The Season Pass is not available in the EAS FC 26 Showcase experience, except in very limited cases via Clubs. In Mexico: The standard track of the Season Pass is available in EAS FC 26 Showcase, and the Premium Pass track is available for UT Coins or FC Points in FC Showcase. EAS FC 26 Showcase users will earn the rewards for all the tiers they complete. Players won’t be able to use any Career mode rewards in Showcase, and it won’t be possible to complete all Clubs mode objectives or any Career mode objectives. This may create a more challenging Season Track experience. Acquiring the Premium Pass without upgrading to EA SPORTS FC 26 will not grant you additional access to Clubs or Career Mode functionality. In the United Arab Emirates The standard track of the Season Pass is available in EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Showcase and the Premium Pass track is available for UT Coins or FC Points in the United Arab Emirates. EA SPORTS FC 26 Showcase users will earn the rewards for all the tiers they complete. Upgrading from FC Showcase to EAS FC 26 If you choose to upgrade from FC 26 Showcase to EAS FC 26, your progress will carry as long as you continue to use the same EA Account on the same platform.Just follow the prompts in your main menu to upgrade, then restart the game. Is FC Showcase available offline? EAS FC 26 Showcase requires a persistent online connection for all modes. Other important info to know about FC Showcase With its rotating curated list of modes and content, content may not be available at all times and in all territories and is subject to change. FC PRO - Season 1 - Watch it to get rewards!
Hey FC Fans, Welcome to FC PRO Season 1! This is the time of the year when the best players from all over the world face each other in a competition that will follow us until June. During these events, you can earn great rewards by watching the games. As you already have seen, new objectives have been added to the game: You will be able to complete some of them just by playing/winning games in Ultimate Team and the others just by watching the FC PRO Event. Or, follow our steps below: for PC for console If you play EA games on more than one platform, make sure you follow the steps for all platforms that you use. If you can’t access your EA Account Go to this page to contact us. From there, scroll down to Still need help to see the available contact method. Make sure to have the following information ready when you reach out to us. The email address you used to make your EA Account. Any usernames or console IDs (e.g., Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™ Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account. Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games. Make sure to check if you’re missing any content in your game. If you are, follow our steps below. Need to change your email address? If you’ve updated the email address on your EA Account within the last 30 days, our advisors won’t be able to update it to a new one. However, they can change your email address back to an old one that was previously associated with your account. Learn more about updating your EA Account information. If you play on PC Clear your browser cache. This deletes saved web info that can include old passwords. Reset your EA Account password. Choose a strong, unique password that uses a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Reset the password for the email address you use on your EA Account. Turn on EA Login Verification as an extra security step. This will send you a code to confirm your identity when a new device tries to log in to your EA Account. If you play on console Most EA games you play on console require you to log in to your EA Account at least once. Make sure to resecure your EA Account from a PC by following the steps above. You’ll also want to secure your console accounts again. Reset your PlayStation™ Network Online ID, Xbox Live Gamertag, or Nintendo Account password. If you’re missing content If you’re missing content in-game on your console, try our steps to recover missing in-game content. If that doesn’t help, head to this page to get in touch with us. From there, scroll down to Still need help and select the available contact option. If you're missing content after a hack, we may not be able to help you recover your content. Also, if we find that your account has broken any rules, we can’t help recover any lost items.
