Battlefield 3 premium code redeem question
Hello, il try to make this short since this is my first time using origin, i redeemed my Battlefield 3 account * i bought battlefield 3 premium edition so i have battlefield 3 cd key and battlefield 3 premium membership cd key * so my problem is, i redeemed my Battlefield 3 code, and everythings alright, i got battlefield 3 limited edition, so i just redeemed my PE cd key, pressed next, everrything was ok, but nothing appeared in my library, i entered it again, it said its in use, so was that supposed to happen or i did something wrong? P.S im sorry if this is a stupid question but this is my first time using origin

"We could not activate Battlefield 3" PC
Suddenly, whenever I try to launch the game I get a window telling me "We could not activate Batttlefield 3 Limited Edition on this computer using the Origin Account you provided. Please Locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin Account. This is despite the fact I've registered and been playing the game since launch. I've tried all the steps mentioned here: https://help.ea.com/article/unable-to-activate-battlefield-3 I've even reinstalled Origin, and tried re entering my key. No success. Playing on the same account, same computer - though I did upgrade to Windows 8 fairly recently. I can log into Battlelog OK, and BF3 still appears in my Origin games list, is fully updated, and synched to cloud. Any other fixes I can try out?

How do I delete or deactivate my account? I have searched through the forum for a way to do this and every single time it just sends me to another page, then another and back again sending in a loop. This is getting ridiculous, and I am so frustrated with this. I believe my account was hacked as when I try to buy a game through Xbox it gives me a verify email and phone number that I do not know and obviously have no access to. I have made sure that this was not on Xbox's end, and it appears to be through EA. It has only happened when I try to purchase EA games, and I have no other accounts associated through Xbox but found that my EA account has two other usernames that I do not know. Though the Q&A's I understand that I need to create a ticket or case to delete my account but I am not given the option to do so as the pages are just telling me that I need to "speak to an advisor" when I click on the link to do so it sends me to "how do I delete my account" and again to "speak to an advisor" I used the AI Beta chat to try to get a phone number to contact for customer service in America and it gave me 1-866-543-5435 which was a sex hotline. This is beyond frustrating as I do want to continue to play EA games but the fact that I am having so much difficulty with this is beyond crazy. Is there an email that I can use to contact customer service to delete my account as I wish to do so through email rather than over the phone. If anyone knows what email to use, I would greatly appreciate it.

Battlefield 3, BOUGHT via Steam or EA app, Keeps Asking For A Product Key
Recently, i bought BF3 on Steam. Then i entered the Battlelog via EA Play and invite my friend to coop but while it launches the game EA gives me an screen about entering the product key. I tried the look my product's key on Steam or EA-Play but i didn't see an option like that in both platforms. I tried launching game on Steam, EA Play, Directly shortcut but it gives me the same screen. What should i do? Thanks. CM edit: edited title.

Battlefield 3 Co-op game doesn't launch
It was fine a couple of weeks ago when I tried to play co-op mode but recently my game just doesn't launch. The cursor gives me the "something is loading" icon, but then after some seconds nothing happens. THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN IN CAMPAIGN OR MULTIPLAYER, ONLY CO-OP. THE GAME LAUNCHES FINE WHEN I LAUNCH THOSE. IT'S ONLY CO-OP THAT DOESN'T LAUNCH. I checked the task manager and it shows both the BF3webhelper and BF3 processes running in the background, but it doesn't show me a window on my screen or anything. It just says "Waiting for player to join" and nothing happens for hours. I play through Origin. I tried the following: - New directory path - Repairing the game - DDU nvidia drivers and reinstall them - Turning off and on cloud synchronization - Multiple browsers - Running game as administrator Someone please help I really enjoy playing co-op it was so fun. It's a shame that EA left co-op to rot like this.

Problem with BF3 Server-Browser - wrong playercounts on many servers
Hello, there is a major problem going on with the Server-Browser. Multible Servers show wrong Player-counts. So for example this server here shows always >50 players, but its empty: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/servers/show/pc/b8f941dd-3dc1-4d08-abfc-b3d78afe5eb3/JAH-Warriors-09-Conquest-Maps-Votemap-64-Slots/ This error results in people joining and leaving all the time. Because there are multible servers showing the same "wrong-player-count-error" I dont think the cause is from the servers itself. I think the BF3-Masterserver, that manages the serverbrowser has a problem. Could someone from EA please restart the service, or look for the problem? I know BF3 is a old game, but there are still many players. I for myself (as a passionated chopperpilot) waited years and years so finally a BF-Version came back with an attack-chopper again, but got hardly dissapointed from BF2042. The gunner has no TV-rocket any more, and the flight-physics was much better in BF3..... So if is not possible for EA to get a chopper-experience back like we have in BF3, atleast please make the Server-Browser work again. Otherwise me (and the rest of the community) would also be happy with "BF3 remastered" = Same physics, but better grafics 😉

Battlefield 3 only in Russian langauge
Hello all, so after years i wanted to download and play again this goergous game. But there is only Russian language pack to install in this "beautiful" EAapp. Years ago when i pre-ordered the BF3 there were options to choose the language. The copy i ordered was physical disc from local store, not from cheap websites/russian version. My region is post-soviet country - Slovakia but they are not ruling our region anymore. So my question is, how can i change the language? There are some 10 years old videos but they seem out-dated a bit. Thank you

Battlefield 3 Server Issues Since Mar. 6, 2024
Can any dev or community manager provide clarity on what maintenance was performed a couple of weeks ago? Since this maintenance, our BF3 PC server has been crashing. I have been talking to multiple server owners and the same thing is happening to them. So we have decided to start testing different server settings and here's what we have found out so far: Servers that are utilizing 1 single map i.e operation metro, are not crashing. Servers that have a map rotation, whether it's been set up as a vote map or just an automatic 'next map' are not lasting longer than a couple of matches, then they disappear from Battlelog not allowing any new players to search and eventually the server crashes. This has been a massive headache and nightmare for server owners and this has only started since this last maintenance. So I ask, can we get some clarity on what maintenance was performed? Is EA intentionally trying to get rid of Battlefield 3 without officially announcing such? CM edit: edited title for clarity.

BF3 M1911A1 DISAPPEAR
I recently started to play bf3 on steam but my 1911 just disappeared. And I do have previous game bc2 and bf4. I re-download the game on both steam and origin (i got both version) but it's still not there. Anyone got the same problem? How could i fixed it? This is what I meant. I can't equip my 1911 or see the option, even if i still have the veteran status.
