Battlefield Hardline PS4 "You have lost connection to PSN"
Hello, due to the recent announcement of shutdown I wanted to hop back on Battlefield Hardline on PS4 and clean up some trophies that I still need. Whenever I try to enter multiplayer (or premium or the store) I get the message, "You have lost connection PSN and thus lost your connection to the EA servers". Firstly, I have not lost connection to PSN and reading other threads has me thinking this is related to linking accounts. To be quite honest I don't ever remember making an EA account before this one although I might have. When I started playing on consoles again, I played Skate 3 and had to unlink an account from my gamertag that just said something along the lines of "deactivated". Then I linked it to this EA account which I actually use and remember making (mainly for PC games). I guess this deactivated account held my original Hardline progress (which was probably only a handful of matches). I don't really care about that progress I just want to connect to the game and due to EA deciding to implement an AI chatbot instead of a live chat feature like they used to, I cannot reach an actual human about this issue. Posting here is my last resort and attempt to receive any help from an actual human at EA that could potentially remedy this issue. Like the title says, the anti-cheat keeps detecting my audio interface as a cheat so it keeps causing it to bug out and eventually makes the audio stop working and messes with my microphone settings. I'm using the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th gen. If anyone can update the anti-cheat in any way to stop this from happening. It's been happening since the anti-cheat was updated for Battlefield 1. Hi there y'all! Recently, I got many of the Battlefield saga games for PC through Steam. Since then, have already tried a few, as BFV, 4 and 2042 without issues. On the other hand, for BF Hardline and BF3 I've been experiencing en constant launching error which won't allow me to play the games so far. I've contacted EA support, which sent my request to a "specialist" team. We've tried a lot of things together already, nonetheless, the issue still remains. When I open the game, either through Steam's app directly, or within EA, it tells me to open EA's app. Which, I have installed and open as due. When there, by clicking on "play" campaign, it loads an anti-cheat thing, that no says "completed without error". Then, nothing happens. It simply coses up and back the initial place once again. I've tried cleaning cache, checking the files state within Steam. Uninstalling both the game, EA App and Steam. Re-installing them all. Changing browser. Also been mentioned to go check some compatibility issues. Still, nothing happens so far. I don't fully get why EA support has literally prompted me to post the issue here, according to them I'll be contacted to solve the issue, still a bit odd of a system. That said... anyone might have experienced the same thing? I play on Windows 11. I'd appreciate any help with this.
