Hello everyone, i have a problem. When i try to launch FC 24 and error drops on my computer. The FC 24 launcher says that " This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC.: Rewasd". What should I do?
Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections. Thank you.

I have to search for about 15-25 mins sometimes 30+ mins to finally get an opponent to play against which is very stressful(Imagine playing the game once every 30+ mins). It is so difficult finding an opponent to play against that when you finally do, you keep getting that person like 4 times straight and go back to another long minutes of search before finding someone else and even sometimes you don't and I have to quit the game and comeback later on to try again. With online objectives like evolution lounge and other online objectives and friendlies, its a no no. I never get to play anyone so I struggle getting objective XP. It is always no opponents found all the time The funny aspect is I don't struggle much with Weekend league. I get to play all the games smoothly so I don't understand why I struggle with other online games. Why? I have to change my time zones frequently to get some games to play and even with that after a game or two it reverts back to long search so I have to set to different time zone and it very stressful (I'm suppose to enjoy myself not burden myself for a game I paid for) What should be happening instead? Find opponents to play with under 2-5 minutes Regardless of the time zone I'm on I play weekend league soo smoothly but struggle with every other online game(rivals, draft, online friendlies). etc. Tested my internet connection and Its fine enough to play so its definitely not from my internet It was never like this in FIFA 19-21 but from FIFA 22 upwards it's been awfully stressful playing. Tried like 10 names,names like my nickname which is Zlow xd,then tried Zlowy Akayuri,then tried Jonas Almeida,then even Itoshi Sae which is a anime character and all of them got censured,even random letters,it says it can be offensive and doesn’t let me play ClubsThere are no tournaments for the national team in the career for the player
Hello! I play a career for a player in FC 24. I faced such a problem that there are only friendly matches in games for the national team, for some reason there are no tournaments like the World Cup and the European Championship, how can this problem be solved?
12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. Can someone from EA step in and fix this? I expect better, especially after being loyal to the company for so long.
