walking off the field
Has anyone else experienced the glitch or bug where your players immediately leaves the field when match started in pro clubs? i cant control my player so he just stay outside the field and do nothing while the match is still running. but if the ball go out, goal kick, corner etc. the player will comeback to the field and walking again leaves the field. the only button that works when this happen is "SELECT" (changing the camera to the player). any suggestion to fix this glitch or bug?

I am unable to launch EA SPORTS FC 24 due to the anticheat error "EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart the game. (94)". This issue started after a system crash (blue screen) that occurred when I attempted to open the game while another game using Easy Anti-Cheat (Fortnite) was active. The crash appears to have corrupted the anticheat system. Troubleshooting Steps Performed: Restarted the PC and launched the game as an administrator. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game through the Steam. Verified game file integrity (Steam) Manually uninstalled and reinstalled the anticheat (EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe) from the game's installation folder. Manually deleted the anticheat service from the command line (sc delete EAAntiCheatService) and then reinstalled it. This process returned "Error 87: The parameter is incorrect," indicating a corrupted registry entry. Checked Windows system files using sfc /scannow. No integrity violations were found. Repaired the system image using DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth. The operation completed successfully, but the issue persists. Cleared the temporary files folder (%temp%) and disabled all background programs and overlays.
EA Anti-Cheat false detection DiscSoftTD Daemon Tools in FC24
Hello EA Support, I cannot launch EA SPORTS FC 24 because EA Anti-Cheat blocks it with this message: "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game: DiscSoftTD (Daemon Tools)." But I have never installed Daemon Tools. I checked installed programs, services, processes, and registry — nothing exists. I already tried reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat, clearing EA cache, and restarting the PC. This looks like a false detection. Please check and provide a fix. Thanks.I can't open FC 24
I bought FC 24 on my PC a few months after it came out, and everything was fine with it for a while. One day, after an update had completed, I tried to open the game, but whatever I tried, it didn't open- on epic games (where I bought it), whenever I tried to launch it, it would show that it was launching, but revert back and show an error page. When i tried to open it on the EA app, it showed 'update complete' and it used to show up in my library, but would again say there was an error. Eventually, it stopped even showing up in my EA library and start asking me to re-purchase whenever I tried to open it. I need help to move on with this and either get the game back, or a full refund for the game. How can I contact someone from EA to figure this out?
