EA App only shows FC24 Trial with Game Pass Ultimate
Hello, I have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and my Xbox account (gamertag: adamaha#5813) is properly linked to my EA account. However, EA SPORTS FC 24 only appears as a trial version in the EA App, even though the full version should be included via EA Play. I also cannot unlink my account before September 26, 2025, due to EA’s 6-month policy. Could someone from EA Help please assist in syncing my account and unlocking full access to the game? I reported a user for using a cheat program, but it’s been days with no response or visible action. It’s disappointing to see clear cheating go unaddressed, especially when fair play should be a priority. I hope EA can take these reports more seriously and show more transparency in handling them. Ignoring such issues affects the entire community. To put it simply, while I was playing the season, I met a user named '[Name Removed]' who forced me to change to manual operation through a bug or cheat program, making it impossible to play the game. I still see that user in the rankings and meet him occasionally. I feel disillusioned every time I meet him. CM EDIT: Removed name, please do not name and shame. Career Mode - Can't Pause/ Stuck at Half-Time

Playing through career mode, the bug occurs randomly during games. The longer the career save has been played seems to increase the likelihood of the bug occurring. (This save has roughly 5 hours playtime) What happens when the bug occurs? Pressing the pause button during match gameplay does nothing, all other buttons seem to function normally. The match will continue, unable to pause until half-time where the game will get stuck in an endless cutscene. No normal halftime menu UI is displayed and it is impossible to progress to the second half. What should be happening instead? The game should pause and show the pause menu, the halftime menu UI should show at half time and allow progression to the second half. Despite what other posts here indicate, this bug has been occurring regularly since release and was not fixed by title update 3.Eafc crash and always need to validate 3 files on steam

When I try to play the last game of the season in my career in FC24 and move on to look at available contracts for me to accept, there’s an issue where I can’t pick anything and I can’t back out of that screen. I’ve tried resetting the game and playing the last game of the season through and getting to the contract options screen about a dozen times. Each time I finish the last game it freezes for about 20 seconds before I get back to the my career home screen, then it shows wrong placement of my team in competitions on the “End the Season” tab. When I click the “End of Season” tab, I am unable to pick any contracts to sign but I can see what teams are interested and how much they’ll pay.Assist title stripped
I was playing a player career with AC Milan in Serie A. I thought I would be able to get the top scorer and assist leader, but after the match against Monza, I saw the news saying "assist leader" and when I looked at it, the assist leader was a different player (Gonçalo Ramos). Just to be sure, I also checked the player data, and it was Gonçalo Ramos. This is a really bad bug. The same thing happened with FIFA23 in the past. Please fix this bug. Thank you. DirectX error, FC24 won't start or blue screen
Hello, I can't play FC24 on my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 with an Nvidia 4070. Either a DirectX error occurs (see attached screenshot) or the computer crashes with a blue screen. I just did a clean install of Windows 11 a few days ago, and all graphics drivers are up to date. I've also attached dxdiag. Does anyone have a solution for this? I've tried all the usual suggestions from the internet, unfortunately without success. Thanks
