Deleted all saved games and settings in EA FC 25
Why did all my saved games and settings get deleted out of nowhere?! Are you kidding me? The game has been out for almost a year, and you still haven't been able to fix bugs. Your servers are a big joke. The only thing you're good at is adding pre-orders for EA Sports FC 26 to the splash screen!!! And today I turn on the game and all my progress in the game is deleted? Seriously? Get over it, clowns.
EAFC25 PS4 Can't update
Hello EA Support team , I'm having trouble updating EA SPORTS FC 25 on my PS4 Slim. Every time I try to download the update, I get the error: "Cannot download the update file. (CE-40869-7 / HTTP 504)" I've tried the following steps: 1. Deleting the failed update file from Notifications > Downloads 2. Restarting the PS4 and modem 3. Switching to a mobile hotspot 4. Changing the DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) 5. Checking my storage (still 75 GB remaining) 6. Trying to manually check for updates from the game icon 7. Try rebuilding the database in Safe Mode But the result is still the same: the update fails and I can't access the game. I'm using a PS4 Slim, the game is a digital version (downloaded from the PS Store). Please help me update and play again. Thank you in advance 🙏FIFA 23 PC - still in almost unplayable condition?
Dear players and fans of FIFA and FC games, I recently purchased the boxed version of FIFA 23 on sale, and I feel deeply deceived by EA. Please explain why the final FIFA 23 PC version is so flawed. I'm referring to saving settings in various modes—for example, in FIFA World Cup 2022, it’s impossible to save match length, camera, radar, and other options. In the UEFA Champions League – Men’s mode, the camera cannot be switched at all. Not to mention the game’s performance on a fairly powerful PC. I found a lot of advice online, most of which relates to multiple control devices connected to the PC. Understandably, I’m not able to return the game anymore. I'm very disappointed that I paid for something that will never be fixed and is in an unplayable state.I can’t play div rivals in fifa 23
I can’t play div rivals on fifa 23 I can’t tell if this is only happening to me or if this is the same as everyone else. Hopefully it’s a bug because fifa 23 servers shut down in December and I want to play fifa 23 FUT as much as I want but I just can’t play div rivals for some reason.Missing Wins in Seasons Mode – FC 24
Dear EA Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the Seasons mode in EA Sports FC 24 on PlayStation. I am a professional-level player, and ranking and leaderboard progress are extremely important to me. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced more than 275 matches where my opponents quit (left the match) before the end, and unfortunately, none of these wins have been counted towards my account. This has significantly affected my progress and ranking in the Seasons leaderboard. Unfortunately, I do not have any video evidence or screenshots of these matches, but I assure you this has happened consistently. Given the importance of competitive integrity and fairness, I kindly ask that these missing wins be reviewed and restored to my FC 24 account as soon as possible. I couldn't log in to my account and being online every time i open fifa22 and this below msg always show up. I did the following solutions with no luck till now: 1- clear ps5 cache 2- reinstall fifa22 from the beginning Sorry, it appears the EA Servers are currently down.
