Missing Games in library
So I have old games missing in my library, are available in purchase history and reported to support two times. All I get from their side it is escalated is that the kind of support you give? is that the terms and conditions we deal with? and the funny thing they don't have a resolution time to solve any issue. I'm writing not looking for here but either to point out if something happened for your from EA don't expect any support so stay away from buying any game from them.
FIFA 15 - MISSING LANGUAGE VERSIONS
I wanted to download FIFA 15 on EA App and I noticed I can only choose two languages (Polish or Russian). I played the game not even a year ago and back then I could choose more languages, including English, which I wanted to play now. Tried contacting EA but as usual they stonewalled themselves and you can't even reach them anymore. Did anyone have the same problem? Changing my region in the app didn't help. It's shameful that EA would just take a part of the game away.
the company support hackers?
I have a question regarding the game "Fc 26 ." Does the company support hackers? I can't find any logical justification for the presence of so many hackers in the game without any action being taken against them. What's the problem with adding an option to report hackers directly within the game? The company could then review the match, and if a hacker is found, they would award the player their rights and the victory. But this doesn't happen. Also, when we submit a report, the response is that no action can be taken at the moment. This is ridiculous, or it indicates that the company actually wants hackers in the game. Secondly, is it true that Americans understand that goalkeepers don't save balls in football? We play as if there are no goalkeepers. I want to tell Americans that football has goalkeepers who do save balls, unlike what you do. Can't you create good gameplay? Don't you help your players protect themselves from hackers? And even when I complain about this, I don't receive any compensation! This is truly strange.Bugs
I noticed the following bugs and please fix them as soon as possible. Sometimes the player goes through the net and stays outside, when hitting the ball when it goes past the goal and from a ricochet in the advertising boards it returns through the net and stays in the field. Players when celebrating go directly through the advertising boards. When taking a high ball with the chest it happens that it goes directly through the body.FC24 Ultimate Team season xp? Fc25 & 26.
Hello there ea creators & whoever else might read this it would be great to know what the new season xp bonuses are as there is nothing to work towards at all so please , can someone enlighten us all on the situation at all? Please can you fix the issues with the players moving up the pitch & make sure peoples tactics actually work properly that they set out in the game that way it would be way easier for all involved in the games perhaps it would feel more like a football game on a , full scale professional format.
