FIFA 22 not launching on Windows 11 PC – Error Alert Popup
Hello EA Community, I’m facing an issue with FIFA 22 on my Windows 11 PC. Whenever I try to launch the game through the EA App, it fails to start and instead shows an error alert popup. Here are the details: Platform: Windows 11 (latest updates installed) Game: FIFA 22 (via EA App) Issue: Game does not launch, only displays an error popup (Screenshot attached below) Steps tried: Restarting PC, reinstalling EA App, checking for updates, clearing EA app cache. Hi, I had a 90-rated, fully upgraded Future Stars Academy player with full Academy chemistry. I applied a red cosmetic evolution (20–25k coins), which changed the card and made the chemistry regular (expected). After that, I used the Future Stars skin evolution to change it back to Future Stars rarity. The card now shows as Future Stars again, but the full Academy chemistry was not restored — it only has regular chemistry. To clarify: I am not applying this rarity to a random card and expecting full chemistry (like with other cosmetic evos). This was originally a genuine Future Stars Academy player that already had full Academy chemistry before the cosmetic change. This has happened with multiple Academy players. Is this intended behavior (Academy chemistry permanently lost after another evo), or is this a bug where the chemistry is not restored when the Future Stars rarity is reapplied)? I'm specifically talking about an ACADEMY PLAYER whose rarity was changed back and forth back to regular future stars. Thanks.
Missing Games in library
So I have old games missing in my library, are available in purchase history and reported to support two times. All I get from their side it is escalated is that the kind of support you give? is that the terms and conditions we deal with? and the funny thing they don't have a resolution time to solve any issue. I'm writing not looking for here but either to point out if something happened for your from EA don't expect any support so stay away from buying any game from them.
FIFA 15 - MISSING LANGUAGE VERSIONS
I wanted to download FIFA 15 on EA App and I noticed I can only choose two languages (Polish or Russian). I played the game not even a year ago and back then I could choose more languages, including English, which I wanted to play now. Tried contacting EA but as usual they stonewalled themselves and you can't even reach them anymore. Did anyone have the same problem? Changing my region in the app didn't help. It's shameful that EA would just take a part of the game away.
