500 Error when attempting to Download ME3
Hi, I attempted to download ME3 on the EA app after not having played in many years. I used to play through the Origin app but that has since been taken down. The EA app shows ME3 in my library and shows my history of the time played and achievements. Unfortunately every time I attempt to download it the EA app goes into meltdown and returns a 500 Error and crashes the EA app, having to force shutdown through task manager. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling the EA app, nothing seems to work... I can load other games through the app so it isn't a connection issue. I have weird red lines over everything(this only happened on mass effect, I played alan wake 2, cyberpunk 2077, dead space and digimon cybersleuth with no issues). Hi, I’ve just started getting an error code of INST-21-25005 when I’ve attempted to play Mass Effect Andromeda through Steam on my Steam Deck. I didn’t have this issue previously, and it’s only just started happening as of right now. Long term issue, that I and others have posted on previously. But thought I'd take one last crack at it ... Whenever the host drops (from either in-match or in-lobby), my player is dropped from the match/lobby with the message "your connection to the game has been lost". See attached pic. Every time (AFAIK). Very frustrating, especially when wave 10 or 11. As opposed to having a chance to wait for a new host to be assigned, I'm dropped. Is there any known solution for this? More relevant detail: I have multiple PC accounts. My main (this profile) is old (pre-2018). This older account works fine (no drops). All the rest are post-2018 created. ALL these newer accounts suffer from the drop bug. I've tried on my desktop and laptop PC's. No difference in behavior. The old account works on all of them. To me, this says it is not a PC issue. It is a newer account issue. All bought through Origin/EA, none are Steam. I will note that some friends bought the game recently (same time as some of my newer accounts) and some have the problem, some don't. Any help from our resident guru or CM very much appreciated, thanks!
