[PC] ME 2 LE version mouse not disappearing while playing.
Hey guys! This is the first time I’m actually playing the series (finished ME 1 yesterday, and sheeesh, what a game!). Anyway, I just started playing ME 2 on LE version, and there is a glitch with my mouse cursor. Basically, when I’m playing it, the cursor just moves around when I move the camera, and it won’t disappear. It stays moving around when I move the camera and it affects the immersion of the game. Some things that might be important: I play through XBOX Game Pass Ultimate (which includes an EA Play membership). I started the game with my Shepard from ME 1. I have an XBOX One controller, but I don’t play with it. I did disconnect it before playing, but no luck. It doesn’t matter if I change the game resolution or switching between fullscreen, borderless fullscreen or windowed mode. Alt-tabbing doesn't work. What I did till now: Verified game files in the EA App. Didn't find any error. I do know that mouse issues are common in this game, since I have found a lot of topics of some random mouse glitches the OT version (not only here in the EA Forums, but many others websites). Can someone help me? I sent a video in the attachments so you can see what I'm talking about (sorry for the quality, I recorded with my phone), and the Dxdiag.Mass Effect: LE refuses to install
Hi there! So, here's the story! A while ago, I felt like playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition, which I had on Steam. So I installed it, tried to load it, which brought up the EA app obviously and... nothing. The game constantly refused to launch!! After trying a bunch of tricks I found online which didn't work, I just gave up. Until, that is, the game turned out to be on sale. At this point, I made the choice to completely remove the game from my Steam library and re-buy it on the EA app. Unfortunately, even that doesn't work: Now, every time I try to just install the game, well, what happens is it stays in "preparing" mode for a couple of minutes, then I get an error message... Again, I tried a few stuff I found online; clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app... it changes nothing. Also, it's the only game that has that problem: If, for example, I try to install Mass Effect Andromeda, it goes straight to it, no issue! I guess, if that helps: When I do try to install the game, it does create a "Mass Effect Legendary Edition" folder in my Program Files. The folder is empty, but it exists. So, yeah, that's my problem, and it's annoying. Sorry for the long text but I wanted to give as much details as I could. Anyone has a solution?Unable to Launch Mass Effect 3
Hello. I am unable to launch ME3 as it states I do not own the game, but I definitely do. I have never had this issue before. I do not have another EA account, and I have 100+ hours in the game. The message below is what I get when attempting to launch the game. Help would be appreciated. I just wanna play some ME3 multiplayer. Thank you!Solved165Views1like14Comments[PC] Mass Effect LE: Can't start ME2 or ME3
Trying to play through the Legendary edition, and played through ME1 without any issues. Went to start ME2, I get the launching ME2 splash screen, quick black screen, then back to the launcher. I've tried everything I can think of...uninstalled and reinstalled, updated drivers, tried running the MassEffect2.exe file instead, but it seems to just open the launcher. I tried starting ME3 out of curiousity, and got the same thing, splash screen, then back to the launcher. Anyone else run into this? Found a solution? Was really looking forward to playing through the trilogy again! Attached DxDiag file.Andromeda multi "You have been disconnected from session"
Playing to Andromeda in multi since a long time. But I have now often difficulties to connect on saloons. When I connect, the game expels me after a few seconds with the message : "You have been disconnected from session". Really annoying, it's already more and more difficult to play in multi because of less and less people on the game, and now in addition I almost can't connect to multi sessions anymore. If someone can help pleaseMass Effect Legendary edition error on launch
This has been an issue i have been facing since EA app replaced the origin app. I have checked every EA Forums, Steam Forums and Reddit and tried every solution I could find. I have mass effect legendary edition on Steam, whenever I try to launch it from steam or the EA App, I get a generic error: "Failed to launch game" "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" I looked through the EA Desktop logs in AppData, and went through every error, but nothing in the logs pointed to what the error on your end is. I have tried the following suggested solutions: Clean boot Uninstalling and reinstalling everything (all recommended installation orders) Disabling the key from steam Moving the game folder I made sure the EA app files, Steam files and MELE files are on the same drive (D in my case) I checked the registry entries and confirmed that they match the expected Keys and values I formatted my PC and clean installed everything Using the ME MOD manager as a launcher I might have missed other solutions I have tried because there were so many I used to play the game on the exact same PC as before, the only difference is the change from origin to EA App. So I followed some guides to install origin and bypass the requirement to launch through the EA App, but that didn't help either (why did I do this? because the posts I have seen go back 5 years and I still see posts as of a week ago with this issue that has yet to be resolved by EA, so if EA doesn't care about its EA App game launcher, I wont either) I am extremely disappointed by the lengths that I need to go to in order to play a game that I already used to play, I have almost a 100 hours in the game and I cannot play it again because it refuses to launch. I have attached the DxDiag file preemptively since that is the one constant across all these discussions. I want a permanent solution for this. I want EA to have proper customer service and actually resolve this 5 year long issue that many players are facing. If you force something on people, at least make sure it works, or allow users to roll back to a software that used to work. Excuse the frustration above, but im in no mood to filter myself when ive seen so many posts on so many forums about the same issue that seems to have not been addressed in any way and constantly requires additional efforts from your customers. well bioware's customers, now unfortunately, yours. Awaiting your input. If it will be a link to the EA FAQ or another forum post, I will be rude in my reply, dont bother sending that, I have tried it already. Frustratingly yours, Alexy
