Game freezes when I try to start round 4 in career mode
Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR Platform:Xbox X/S Summarize your bug: When I try to start the 4th round of the Pacific Championship, it ask me to lock my settings for the round and then freezes completely. How often does the bug occur? Every time I try to play career and start the round or skip it Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know because it just happened to me out of nowhere. What happens when the bug occurs? The game will freeze and the audio will stop until it forces me to exit the game. What do you expect to see? I was told by one of you EA employees that if there were any changes to the game, that the gamers would be updated with any change. For several months now there is no rankings. This first started several months ago. That is a huge "change" that has occurred to the game. Endless amounts of gamers have questioned on this forum and support as to WHY the rankings were deleted and are not working now? Huge change to the game, but no correspondence to the gamers why. So, if its policy to update gamers of any changes to the game, why hasn't there been any updates about this at all? It's only been several months its going on, so its not like it news to you.

Attempt to contact someone, somewhere that may have an ability to fix anything. Daily Tournements are not generating a rank after completion and rewards are not generating. There is no need for tokens if no more seasons will be realesed. if there is no more support, can we get a final update to disavle seasons and do whatever else. Thanks KK
Unable to launch PGA Tour on PC
I've recently not been able to launch PGA Tour on my Windows 11 PC. When attempting to launch via the EA Play app the game briefly attempts to run, but after a few seconds the EA Play app just reappears. I've worked through all the following troubleshooting options offered by the EA Support chat, but still no luck: 1. Clear EA App Cache Action: In the EA App, click the menu (three lines) at the top left. Go to: Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache. Restart: Close and reopen the EA App. 2. Repair the Game Action: In the EA App, go to My Collection. Find PGA Tour: Click the three dots (…) on the game tile. Select: Repair. Restart: After repair, try launching the game again. 3. Run EA App as Administrator Action: Right-click the EA App shortcut. Select: Run as administrator. Try launching the game. 4. Update Windows and GPU Drivers Action: Check for Windows updates. Update: Install the latest graphics card drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel). Restart: Restart your PC and try launching the game. 5. Disable Antivirus/Firewall Temporarily Action: Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall. Try launching the game. Re-enable security software after testing. 6. Perform a Clean Boot Action: Type msconfig in the Windows search bar and press Enter. Go to: Services tab > Check "Hide all Microsoft services" > Disable all. Go to: Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all startup items. Restart: Reboot your PC and try launching the game. 7. Change EA Account Avatar (Community Workaround) Action: In the EA App, click your profile (top right). Select: Edit Profile > Edit Avatar. Change: Select a different avatar and save. Restart: Close and reopen the EA App. Try launching the game. 8. Delete Game Cache or Settings Files Action: Navigate to the PGA Tour folder in Documents. Delete: Any cache or settings files (e.g., hardware settings). Restart: Try launching the game again. 9. Use Advanced Launch Options (DirectX) Action: In the EA App, find PGA Tour and click the three dots (…). Select: View Properties > Advanced Launch Options. Add: -dx11 or -dx12 in the command line. I need help sometimes when I am in the menu or in configuration in the game it gets buggy and the controller does not react and no button works. (PS5) I usually have to restart the game and that's it, but it's annoying even though it only happens once in a while.My PS5 is new a couple of months old and the controller works perfectly in the PS5 menu and in other games.... I think it's a server problem with EA.... Does it happen to anyone else?
PC issues?
Can't get the game to load whatsoever. It'll pop up black screen and then immediately close and go back to EA. I've uninstalled both the game and EA and reinstalled both to no avail. Tried running as administrator. Updated every possible driver. Restarted the PC, literally just about everything. Anyone have a any suggestions?
