PGA Tour not recording shots.
Hey! I’m new here and don’t know if this has been addressed. If so, please link me to the answer. Thanks! I have been doing tournaments, trying to get three stars on everything so I can get the most rewards out of it. I just did this one (link below), and it didn’t record it! It’s one of those one in a million shots for me, and I want it recorded, dag nabbit!! lol Also, I’m on a PS5 Pro using a controller. Is there some way, some how, something I can do to get this fixed? My 2024 pga golf Xbox game has started having slow backswing and slow ball flight. This happens on drives, iron shots and putts. It is like super slow motion. The rest of the game works in regular speed. I tried the fox from previous posts but couldn’t find quick resume. I’m rather new to Xbox play. I would appreciate any help

Attempt to contact someone, somewhere that may have an ability to fix anything. Daily Tournements are not generating a rank after completion and rewards are not generating. There is no need for tokens if no more seasons will be realesed. if there is no more support, can we get a final update to disavle seasons and do whatever else. Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR Platform:Xbox X/S Summarize your bug: When I try to start the 4th round of the Pacific Championship, it ask me to lock my settings for the round and then freezes completely. How often does the bug occur? Every time I try to play career and start the round or skip it Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know because it just happened to me out of nowhere. What happens when the bug occurs? The game will freeze and the audio will stop until it forces me to exit the game. What do you expect to see? I was told by one of you EA employees that if there were any changes to the game, that the gamers would be updated with any change. For several months now there is no rankings. This first started several months ago. That is a huge "change" that has occurred to the game. Endless amounts of gamers have questioned on this forum and support as to WHY the rankings were deleted and are not working now? Huge change to the game, but no correspondence to the gamers why. So, if its policy to update gamers of any changes to the game, why hasn't there been any updates about this at all? It's only been several months its going on, so its not like it news to you.
