Problems with the game on iPhone SE (2nd generation).
Throughout the year (possibly more) I'm facing the same problem in the game: graphical artifacts and the absence of all sounds. Because of these problems, it is simply impossible to play. I'm telling you right away, I've tried restarting many times, going through the settings, but nothing helped. With each installation of PvZ 2, I always hoped that the developers would fix these errors, but time after time I was disappointed. About the device: iPhone SE (2th generation), IOS 18.5 I would really like the developers to pay attention to this.Doubled
Good day everyone I recently found out that my pvz 2 currencies have double for no reason at all during this recent update. I had about 80k something-ish coins, 149 gems, and like 60 mints or something, 36 gauntlets, and 500 crowns. When I played this morning all of these doubled in number. It frustrates me because since my crowns are now 1000+, I don't even get the seed packet rewards for the new Cornfetti plant. I wanted to ask if anybody here has experienced the same issue or if it's just me. If possible please help me and guide me on what to do or should I seek help from EA Support. I am new here and I don't know what to do. Thank you in advanced. (I don't have screenshots of my 80k coins or something, because it was just really unexpected.)Daily Calendar not giving rewards some days
I've been noticing this problem for the past few months, in that at the end of every month I still haven't accrued enough to get the last one-or-two days worth of rewards even though I've played every day. This month the problem is more evident, as seen in the first screenshot taken today. Last night after I got a daily calendar reward, it showed a 3-hour timer icon on Blastberry Vine, but today there was no reward and instead it shows a 12-hour timer icon on Blastberry Vine still. I have two players on this device, and the other player got all the daily rewards for this month so far, as seen in the second screenshot. You can also see the difference of 3 days worth of rewards between the two players even though we've both played every single day. But note that the other player has also seen the one-or-two days worth of rewards missing the last few months, though not this month (yet). iPad 5th gen running iPadOS 16.7.11 (20H360)Music and Sound effects
Hello hello, I've been wondering if anyone also has an issue of where some of seedium/premium plant sound effects were just too loud especially on the most recent additions like cornfetti, ice shroom etc. These issues really want to make me turn down the sfx volume. But even if I did so some plant sfx were still too loud. I also noticed some music is missing like the pinata party soundsProgress lost.
The newest update last week or so wiped everything out. EA needs to fix this. I lose twelve years of progress and it’s not my fault. Someone in the support chat said that they are aware of the problem and the next update should fix it and accounts should be able to be restored. Also they need to stop hiding the chat. It used to be easy to connect and work through a problem. The email system is broken and with every email you bounce from person to person that has no idea what’s going on with you and you start back at square one with very email. Answering the same questions and getting the same responses over and over. Also support needs to be updated with new information every time something has changed. I kept getting he advice to select a profile and that ability was removed a while ago.
