Not able to claim Valenbrainz & February 1st day claim
I'm frustrated that I only got the valenbrainz & February so late (usually at 8am GMT+8, but today 2as like around 1 to 2 pm) & yet I can't claim both at all, I strongly believe this bug should be fixed ASAP too. Updated: till now I've been getting a days earlier item/plant for daily log in & the valenbrainz, unable to get what I currently should have. If this bug keeps continuing I might as well not play, as I'm not being compensated for what I lost on a daily basis. Have to wait a month to be able to buy one kind of mint. Then if it is one that is not already a ten for me it does not show up. This month the enchantment actually showed up but I already had it at ten. Last one otherwise to show up in my store was the enlightenment. As a result I have over 6100 mints waiting to be used . It would be nice if they would cycle back to the electricity mint or cycle to the concealment. In two years have not seen that one. Then to actually have them in the store. The last time the spearmint came up I was not able to go from 8 to 10 because it did not show in the store though I had thousands of mints. It would be better if they would just allow us to purchase them via the mints we earn when we want to. I saved back some mints way back when I could have spent them if I knew it would be 6 months or more with no ability to use them.2Views0likes0CommentsNo way to upgrade mints
I started replaying PvZ 2 after a long hiatus and I’ve noticed that there is no longer any way for me to upgrade my plant mints. I have over 100 mints to spend on them, but there are no mint upgrades in any of the tabs in the store, be that through purchases, gems, coins or watching ads, let alone by using the mints I have earned playing Arena tournaments. In fact the “PLANTS” tab is completely empty of anything (see screenshot below). I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. i have been experiencing this blocking issue for many months now. When opening the two weekly feature - like Valentines now or Feastivus over Christmas, the application opens a popup window. This window cannot be closed. Therefore I have to close the game in order to resolve this issue. Also it prevents the playing of the feature game - as this popup automatically opens when trying to play the feature. I have latest game version, latest IOS version and using an IPad Pro M4. See video of exactly the issue. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Why haven’t the Development team addressed this issue by now? It’s a blocking issue and it is still unfixed for many months. It happens again, for a "n"-th time: my final daily reward cannot be claimed (I bought 30 days no ads with double rewards, that's why I have to receive 2x10 gems). Who gives me back what I deserve for accomplishing all day missions?!47Views0likes2Comments
