Missing 3 months worth of daily/calendar x2 rewards.
Hi team I have spoken to 4 agents now, no help really given at all. I have been playing daily for a years now, spent a fair bit with you lot, eventually buying the ad-free reward multiplier. I purchased the 99 cent pack with no issues. I’ve been charged for the 1.99 pack TWICE and EA support is refusing to re-imburse me for the in-game items even after giving proof of purchase and the double charge. All they’re doing is telling me to get a refund from google play who have already refused to give me one. They’re now saying they’ll get back to me in 72 hours for an event ending in 24. Hi everyone, I am experiencing a major sync issue with my account that has caused my resources to become corrupted. My currency values (coins and gems) have jumped to impossible, massive numbers, while other items like gauntlets are showing as negative values. I have attached screenshots showing these erroneous values. This happened after a sync conflict between my old device and my new one. I have not attempted to abuse or "farm" these glitched resources. As I have made several real-money purchases on this account, I am very concerned about the possibility of an automated ban due to this bug. I would appreciate it if the support team could reset my account or correct the data to a normal state to ensure I can continue playing fairly. The ads you guys add do not work at all,not trying to be rude but they do not work, whenever I try to get a rental plant,it does not show up saying no ads are available or when I do get it to show up,it just shows me black screen with an X that does not play the ad and if I exit out of the not playing ad,I do not get the rental plant or gems(watch they are gonna fix this issue in a day or 2 because they are greedy EA and greedy popcap.) also I do have wifi 5g of wifi and the ads still do not show up,even with the gem free ads,I was lucky to get some ads that actually work and don't just show me a black screen not playing nothing and not giving me my reward. Hello: I have a ton of coins, as I’ve been playing this game since its inception, which are visible in the screenshot below, but when I go to use them to upgrade plants, etc, I am shown the “buy coin packs for $$$” screen. Searching the internet suggests this is a known bug and is remedied only by help from an advisor. I’ve tried to chat w support and open a case but they keep telling me to reach the dedicated PvZ2 team via the in-game settings and help menu. Which I have done several times but it brings me right back to the same AI-powered general chat window, and same circular and unhelpful messaging. My coins have been frozen for over 6 months now, ever since a game update erased my account, which was successfully restored by an advisor. The coins, however, still seem to be affected.
