Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Text looks like if Game is not finished
I've tried restaring the Game mult times on My ps5, unstall and installing the Game ans still texts are showimg like this ID_feedback_Modal_header. Cant read some instructions or menu. Any idea on how to fix this or any way to change the Game language to English
Spots and How to Own Them
I am currently stuck on my account for skate across both Xbox and PlayStation. During one of the first missions, Spots and How to Own Them, the mission played as normal until the end where it fades to black. My screen stays black with full audio of what is happening around me. All sound of other skates and such is on, but my screen remains completely black. I have also waited a few minutes and it stayed the same.
Stuck at level 1
Hello, I’m experiencing a bug that prevents me from progressing in the game. I’m stuck on the mission where you have to reach level 2 by going to the skateshop. Even after completing the objective, the mission doesn’t validate and I remain stuck.Could you please let me know if there’s a solution or if a fix is planned?Thank you in advance for your help, and congratulations on the great work on the game!Not getting my insider rewards
Signed up a while ago and managed to play some of the closed playtest. logged into public early access to find out that i didnt get my insider rewards. I made sure to use the same account and platform for the closed playtest, and i even restarted my game multiple times to no avail.
