EA TOS Not Following Their Own Customer User Agreement
Hello everyone. I have played battlefield since it first came out as 1942. My origin/ EA app dates back to 2010. On 11/02/2025 I was away with the family but somehow got banned for misconduct. Think it should not be to hard to rectify I went on their website and filled out he appeal. it took them a little over two days to get back to be with a denied. No reason why. I then again appealed it. within about 20 minutes they denied it again with out a reason. This went on for hours. I then decided to go the the online chat with their advisors. I have proof they are not human but indeed AI. Same goes for the TOS team. There seems to be no way to get in contact them other than email of a appeal. They have no supervisor or manager above them and nobody that works at EA seems to know their whereabouts. Per the EA Customer agreement we have the right to request a actual human to look over our account and make a judgment. It states it in chapter 15. It also states on the EA help website that their TOS department is actual humans and their advisors are actual humans. After calling them out on their chat with a fake advisor they then have somehow prevented me from accessing their advisor chat. I will be posting this proof of my findings on this website and every other social media website as well. The will be taken to arbitration since that is what we are allowed to do per the Customer agreement. But if the judge finds they misled and lied then their could possibly be criminal charges allowed against them and class action lawsuit can be filled.247Views1like8CommentsEA App vs Steam Big Picture
When I launch EA Sports FC 26 from Steam, the EA App takes over and often fails to launch for some reason. I switch back to Steam and try again then EA Sports FC loads in the background and I have to minimize Steam to then select the app, or worse, the app takes visual focus but not input so my controller inputs are being sent to steam still - which generally results in me shutting down the machine accidentally. Please tell me there's a better way to do things with this app. I've read that having it load on start-up can help but then it loads its UI and doesn't allow to be minimised on launch. It's a horrible experience.19Views0likes0CommentsHELP account link issue
I got a Nintendo Switch 2 for Christmas. I was invited thru Friends Pass to play It Takes Two, one month later and I still cannot play. Every time I accept the invite and click Play Online, I get an error “Your account settings have changed. Please connect again now. Result Code: 105-80190000” Googling and Reddit seem to indicate there was an issue linking the account. I attempted to unlink the account but it says I have to wait 6 months. For what I don’t know. Does anyone know what the issue is or how do I fix? TIA!96Views0likes5CommentsUnable to access my account
I’ve been trying to get through to somebody or something to sort now and it has been hours. I no longer have access to an old email address. It no longer exists. What can I do? It just says our agents can’t deal with this on any options I type in. Absolutely no way to get in touch. My gamepass is linked to this as well so that’s also affected. The account is 17 years old. I can get into it but can’t make any changes due to the verification. All I want is the Xbox gamepass linking to my current account. I’m not even bothered about the old one but I’m finding it completely impossible to get any help sorting it. Any help would be massively appreciated . Thank you in advance.53Views0likes3CommentsThree Steam Launch Options
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to bring your attention to three specific Steam launch options that may lead to unintended competitive advantages and subsequent account bans: -noforcemaccel, -noforcemspd, and -noforcemparms. While I do not fully understand the exact technical mechanisms behind these parameters, our testing revealed a critical issue: they cause an unusual "sticky" or "magnetic" feeling during in-game aiming—similar to the aim assist feature typically associated with controller input. Notably, 70% of our test group reported experiencing this odd aiming behavior without prior explanation of the parameters being used. Disturbingly, all of the brand-new test accounts used in this experiment were banned within 2–3 days of use, with the official reason cited as "gameplay enhancement." This strongly suggests that these launch options might be misidentified as unfair advantages by your anti-cheat system, despite their intended purpose of aligning in-game mouse settings with operating system configurations. I sincerely urge your team to investigate this matter, review how these specific launch options are flagged by your systems, and clarify their status in your user guidelines to prevent further unjustified bans. Thank you for your prompt attention and assistance in this issue.61Views0likes1Comment
