You can use a hyphen and underscore in your EA ID, but these symbols are not counted as different unique characters (for example: If I create an EA ID " asd123 " and someone else wants that EA ID too, they won't be able to create different variations of that EA ID, for example " asd_123 " or " asd_123- ", or any other possible variations with those symbols, and I think it works the other way around too, if I create an EA ID " asd_123- ", another person won't be able to take just " asd123 "). I want to use a specific EA ID, but I can't... Please make a hyphen and an underscore count as completely different characters. In most other gaming platforms these symbols are counted as completely different characters. I chatted with a EA Help advisor about this and he said to submit my claim here in the forum.59Views0likes3CommentsWe want our language
You know, most games are made in English, French, or other foreign languages because earlier, the biggest gaming markets were in those regions. But things have changed now. Countries like India and Pakistan have become huge in the gaming scene, with millions of people playing every day. The problem is, many people here don’t understand English well, because it’s not their mother tongue. That makes it really hard for them to truly feel or connect with the story in a game. Games aren’t just about playing – they’re about emotions, storytelling, and connection. And when a game speaks your language, it hits different. That’s why we feel it’s time we start getting games in our own languages too – like Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, and more. So that everyone, regardless of their English skills, can enjoy the full experience. The gaming audience has gone global – it’s only fair the content becomes more inclusive too. Gaming should be for everyone, not just for those who speak English." 🎮❤️16Views0likes1CommentHelp disconnecting an old EA account from my steam account.
Can I please get some help in disconnecting an EA account from my steam account? I have proof of purchase for all of the EA games I am trying to play, but I can’t play them. A different account is connected. I just want to be able to send screenshots so I can sort this problem out. When I boot up the game, it tells me I have an unknown error and to either change my password or restart the game/app.Solved21Views0likes2CommentsWhat EA mobile games support 144hz/fps and 4K resolution?
Just got a new OnePlus Pad 3 with a 144hz refresh rate and 4K resolution display, and was wondering if which of the EA mobile games support this resolution and 144, or even just 120 fps gameplay? And when will all the EA mobile games support this?8Views0likes0CommentsI don't like this app.
I bought ME:LE on Steam. I want to play it but I heard the EA app was buggy, ate money, and had privacy concerns. I thought to myself: "That sounds right about in line with EA." So I used the Origin workaround for a while until you guys dropped Origin. Now I can't play Mass Effect without being taxed somehow. Even though I already bought the game. I just won't then. You took away Mass Effect just like you took away the studio that made it. I miss EA from the 90's. I wish you guys cared about people and not just money. You won't get any more from me. -Disappointed gamer48Views1like2CommentsDisable EA Overlay through Config File or Windows Registry
I have added an EA Game to Steam as a Non-Steam-Game to play it with the Steam Overlay but I noticed that some games freeze on start when both the EA and Steam Overlay are active. Example for one game: STAR WARS Galaxy of Heroes. I can manually disable the EA Overlay through the app but this option is a global setting and not an individual game setting like it was in Origin. Is it possible that I can disable the EA Overlay through a certain config file or a certain entry in the Windows Registry(if available)? In that case I would run a batch script that disables the EA Overlay through that file or registry entry when I run an EA Game from Steam as a Non-Steam Game to avoid issues with the EA Overlay and reactivate it once the Non-Steam-Game is closed. If someone could help me with this, it would be much appreciated.16Views0likes0Comments
