Trouble installing Need for Speed Undercover from key, please help!!
I just bought NFS Undercover from a key site. When I put the code in on the EA app, it accepts it, shows me this screen, and this is as far as I can get. I can select the languages shown but I cant scroll or anything. I can see that there is more under and its probably where the select button is, but I can't get to it. Please help me. I've tried three times with the same outcome, weirdly I've been able to put the code in three times and it never says code expired or already redeemed.Ban for using ps4 controller?
I WANT MY MONEY BACK I USED REWASD TO UTILIZE A CONTROLLER AND I WAS PERM BANNED. i do not have a history of cheating ive played battlefield since bad company 2 and this just breaks my mf heart my favorite franchise is so soft that i cant use a controller on my favorite game. please unban me or return my money i dont think ill be playing much after this very discouraging dice.No Proper 2FA link and My cases not showing

Hey guys, my F1 25 won't launch on Steam after the December update. It didn't show any error. After the EA anti-cheat was showing, it just stopped running the game. I tried to verify the game, update gpu driver and more. It won't work. Does anybody know the fix to this?EA Refund Tool & Contact Us Option Not Working
Yesterday, 12/4/2025, my sister wanted to get almost all the Sims 4 expansion packs/content packs/etc. We bought them (totaling almost $500) but they unfortunately aren't compatible with her laptop. I've tried every single route recommended to try and get a refund for these, but the refund tool won't work now, and when I go to the "Contact Us" form, it says "this issue isn't supported by our advisors". I'm refusing to let this go for purchases that are unusable and totaling over $500!!! Someone please help me here.Ea pls make your anticheat a little less. buggy
I just got xbox gamepass and i wanted to play battlefront and battlefield. so i downloaded it and went to play it. i waited for a bit before the javelin anti cheat error popped up. ive done everything ive deleted the anticheat and reinstalled ive made sure secure boot was on i deleted ea app and battlefield, and battlefront if anyone has any fixes pls help me
