Disconnecting from EA Servers
Trying to play a game but getting constantly and randomly disconnected from EA Servers. I am even getting disconnected while I'm still on the Ultimate Team Lobby! My internet/WiFi is not the problem I have been doing internet speed tests constantly and everything else seems to be working just fine. Is there an issue on the EA servers? Constantly getting the DNF coin hit is unfair if the servers are not properly working.
Delay
Hello, I am experiencing severe input delay in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5. The gameplay feels extremely slow and unresponsive. There is a noticeable delay between pressing a button on my controller and the player performing the action. Passing, shooting, player switching, turning and skill moves all feel delayed. I have already tested my internet connection and the results are very good: Platform: PS5 Connection: Ethernet cable directly to PS5 NAT Type: 2 Download speed: 592.1 Mbps Upload speed: 28.3 Mbps Cloudflare latency: 5.78 ms Jitter: 2.8 ms Packet loss: 0% My LG TV also has Game Optimizer enabled. The problem is specifically noticeable during online FC matches. My internet connection appears stable, but the gameplay still feels delayed and heavy. I have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, including using a wired connection and checking my network settings. Could you please check whether there is an issue with my EA account, matchmaking/server routing, EA data center connection, or online gameplay synchronization? I have tried every common fix, new drivers, dns flush, new pc profile, literally everything and I am so lost. Is this a server sided thing? Im from NA East which were having MAJOR issues last year during the last couple of months especially with clubs servers. Please fix this as I want to play without having to worry about the game not counting because it freezes and crashes.
Stuttering
This is going to sound weird, but whenever myself, or my opponent pushes the button to “rush GK” the game stutters. This can be replicated in every single match. Anytime my opponent rushes, it stutters. This makes the game unplayable online as the stutters happen for only me it seems. And if I rush my GK, same thing. I have tried playing on the lowest graphic settings and playing on ultra but this stuttering happens either way. This happens in online AND offline matches vs CPU. I tried reinstalling anti cheat, removing and re adding it. Also repaired game files, and fresh installed after uninstalling. No other game stutters, everything runs smooth like butter. I have a 4070, things a confusing bug, the stuttering makes zero sense. None of my other three friends who have played the game experience this issue at all. Options? More than half of my ultimate team games in EAFC27 have kicked me out and given me losses when I was winning the game. This is very disappointing since I’ve paid so much for the ultimate plus edition. Also is very difficult to get in contact with someone from EA. You need to do better. I’m trying to qualify to the pro open and this issue is really affecting me. Hi everyone, I’m experiencing the exact same crashing/freezing issue in FC 27 that I had throughout FC 26, and at this point it’s becoming extremely frustrating. I’m playing on an Xbox Series S. During a match, the game will suddenly freeze completely for around 3 seconds, then crash and quit straight back to the Xbox home screen. This usually happens around the second or third match, and when I restart the game, the match is counted as a loss because of the disconnection. What makes this even more frustrating is that I already reported this exact issue during FC 26. I contacted EA Support multiple times and went through the suggested troubleshooting, but the problem was never actually resolved. Now I’ve moved to FC 27 and the same problem is happening again. How is this still happening across two games? I’m not talking about an occasional crash — this has been a recurring issue that can completely ruin a match and give me a loss for something that is clearly caused by the game crashing. EA, I really need an actual explanation and solution this time. Please don’t just send the usual generic troubleshooting steps. I’ve already gone through those with support before. Is anyone else on Xbox Series S experiencing the same freezing → crash → Xbox home screen issue in FC 27? If EA staff are reading this, please acknowledge the issue and explain whether it is being investigated. I am experiencing a connection issue between ETB Colombia and the EA SPORTS FC 27 servers on PS5. My console is connected via Ethernet and has NAT Type 2. I can access the game and play matches, but I intermittently lose connection to the EA servers, especially after finishing matches or when returning to Ultimate Team. When I use the same PS5 with a mobile hotspot, the issue disappears. EA SPORTS FC 26 also worked normally using the same ETB connection, so the problem only started with FC 27. I have already tested alternative DNS servers, MTU settings, UPnP, firewall settings, DMZ, router restarts, a public IP change, and a new PPPoE session, but the issue persists. EA’s connection report shows approximately 38–63 ms ping, ~0.1 ms jitter, and 0.04–0.07% packet loss. I would appreciate it if you could investigate a possible routing, peering, or TCP/UDP session issue between ETB Colombia and the EA FC 27 services.
