Problems with purchasing a subscription for PS 5
I have a problem. I can't buy an EA Play subscription on PS5. The website and the console itself are showing an error message: "An unknown error has occurred, please try again later." And the website says "something went wrong." There is enough money in my account.

Hi, so I bought EA play on my PS five a couple of days ago and I even have the subscription confirmation receipt. I looked it up and you should be able to access your EA play on all platforms no matter what you bought it on and yes, I am on the correct account. Please don’t say no bull**bleep** like that. I’m asking for answers not excuses defending EA. I have logged on and logged off. It’s still telling me to join now. Even when I access it through my specific PlayStation link it’s working on my PS5 saying I have it.
Can't download game in the EA Play list (PS5)
Hey! I recently subscribed to EA play specifically to play UFC 5, since it was on the list when i checked the games available for download, however when I got around to downloading it, there simply wasn't an option to. After searching the forums I found out that the since it was on a deal, the Playstation store removed it from the games available for download, frustrating, but whatever. Now the deal is over, yet it still only offers me a 10% discount on the price of the game. Can anyone help me with this? I know for a fact that it should be available on the list in my country (Hungary) since it shows up on the EA play website. Thanks in advance

Good afternoon, I'm trying to play the 10-hour trial version of EA Sports FC 25, it tells me to start the evaluation, everything normal, but when I go to the main menu, the message "A problem occurred while validating the status of your EA Play subscription. Please try again" appears and I press advance and the game closes, I've already uninstalled the game, I went to Xbox support, here at EA support and no one was able to solve this problem, I don't know what to do anymore, I want to play EA SPORTS FC 25, I have an active EA Play subscription (Through Xbox Gamepass Ultimate), my 10-hour trial of EA FC 25 hasn't ended, so much so that the message "Enjoy your evaluation" appears as soon as I start the game, and I also tested two other games in the 10-hour trial, NHL 25 and EA College Football 25, and both worked normally, only EA SPORTS FC 25 does not advance to the main menu.Problems with installing the 10-hour trial version of FC 25
Good afternoon, I am a player from Ukraine and wasn’t sure which support team to contact. But I hope you will see this. Recently, I purchased an EA Play subscription on my PS5, and I wanted to download the 10-hour trial version of FC 25. However, the PlayStation Store shows an error when I try to get it and says that I already own the game. I can download all other EA Play games without any issues. I already contacted PlayStation Support, thinking it might be a PS Store issue, but they told me to reach out to you. Looking at this error, I think it might be related to the FC 25 Showcase, which I had previously claimed. I really hope you can help. I’ll attach all the videos showing the error both in the PS App and in the PS Store. So I have Xbox Ultimate Gamepass and Im trying to play NHL 14 with a friend, but when I try to play online it tells me that I need to reset my password and that my login credentials have expired. When I try to login to reset my password it does nothing. Clicking continue on NHL 14 on the Xbox just tells me that an EA account is required to play. So, I then tried to link my Xbox account to my EA play so I could play with the friend, but it proceeds to tell me my account is linked with another email. Im confused as to why Xbox sets a random email to Xbox Ultimate Game pass holders. The email its gives me is 7d*****@disabled.ea.com. I of course cant see the rest. I tried putting a case in, but it wont even give me the option. Im just so confused.
I have xbox game pass but my ea account doesn't let me install any ea game.
I have gamepass. I have my account linked. But whenever i install a game it redirects me to to the game's page and ask me to pay for it even thought I already own gamepass. What do I do now? really don't want to consider this as a waste of money as I can't play any game i want in the ea app.
