Missing Content from dlc, bug?
I recently brought the adventures await pack which downloaded great and had no problems. i then brought the 'outdoors retreat' add on and the 'get to work' pack. i downloaded these and have had problems since. it says its downloaded and on my game however it keeps coming up with 'repair' which i have tried several times aswell as clearing the cache and restarting everything. none of the content is appearing in the game except some clothing items. no new worlds or anything. since this, my game keeps glitching and has closed on me a couple times now. its getting rid of all my progress before i can save! i dont want to be saving every 5 seconds as you know what that'd be like! so at the moment ive lost money, my games progress and the ACTUAL packs ive only just brought! can anyone help with this please.25Views0likes3Comments[INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. I have been a loyal player of The Sims for over 10 years. For over 2 months now, I have been unable to play because the EA App crashes every time I launch it. When the app opens, it crashes and says "unexpected crash". I have contacted EA support multiple times and have tried all of the steps they have suggested. None of them have worked. I've un-installed and re-installed the game, done a factory reset on my PC, and deleted certain files etc. I am frustrated as nothing is working and I don't know when I will be able to play The Sims again. I have been trying to get help from EA to restore my account for months, even years, and I always give up because I can't get any help. I have tried the chat, and it just endlessly cycles a circle on my screen. I have tried X, facebook, no where can I find anyone from actually EA that has ever responded to my issue, and I can't even "Open a case". Whenever I press play on a game from the EA app, the game never open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, clearing EA app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the games, running the EA app as administrator, running the game as administrator. Nothing has worked. One work around I have found for Star Wars Battlefront 2 is opening it from a mod manager instead which works but for other games like Dragon Age Inquisition I don't know of any other ways to open the game so I can't play them.Unable to download game
I have had a lot of issues with the Sims 4 on the EA app on my Mac. The first issue being that the error code 10005 comes up and says that the EA app cannot connect to the servers. When I restart my mac, I am able to open the app. But if I close the app, I cannot open it again until I restart my mac. When I first got back onto the app, I was unable to download the latest update on the Sims 4 game and couldn’t access it. I tried everything and then thought that deleting my game and reinstalling it would work. However, I am now unable to download the game again as it stops every time I try. I have tried using an Ethernet cable, using my phone data (which seems to work but I don’t have enough data for) as well as my WiFi, but nothing is working. Does anybody know what else I can try as I’ve run out of options!Error Code HELP!
Hi, I keep getting error code EC: 10005, despite uninstalling and reinstalling app as well as rebooting computer multiple times. I've had this problem since April and have spent hours upon hours trying to fix it. It's not a modem problem it's not a display problem as some people have said to change my refresh rate, which I can't even change because I'm on an IMac. I'm DYING to be able to play again but nothing is working! Someone PLEASE HELP! Thank you.
