EA Games not launching
I have been having problems where my madden games won't launch. It started with madden 25, and is now continuing with madden 26. I have tried reinstalling both launcher and game, disabling anti-virus, regedit, running as administrator, and nothing works. Then, all of a sudden I get this gray box asking me to sign in. I sign in with my credentials and nothing happens.Update crashes PC
My issue is a little different..I haven't been able to update on my laptop for months. I can only play in Offline Mode using a for rent era update..every time I try to update it it completely crashes my whole computer with an unknown hard error. I've cleared cache, repaired, uninstalled ea, repaired ea. Nothing works. Does the game launch at all? Only in offline mode without update If not, do you get an error message? Unknown Hard Error, start bar disappears if I try to update If yes, does the game endlessly load? No Does the game load, but buildings, lots, worlds, or Sims are missing? No Is this happening to every save, or one specific save? No Does this happen on new saves as well? No Do you use mods? No Does the issue persist after all mods are removed? App Crash
For two weeks now I have had the app crash on me constantly. I have done every troubleshooting thing reddit, google and EA has told me to do. Nothing is working and EA isn't helping. I can open my game and play perfectly fine but I can see the app crashing in the background within ten seconds of it opening. I believe this may be interfering with me being able to save ANYTHING I build in The Sims 4.
Add-ons and game packs unavailable after repairs
My sims game loads up fine but when I try to play on my world it won't let me because all my game packs and add-ons are unavailable and says restart required. Once exiting the game the EA app crashes and needs a restart too. Once restarting I repair all my expansion packs and open the game to find the same problem and the cycle starts again. I have tried to repair them more than five times now and every time the same thing happens
