Fix this unfairness pleass
I’m playing rivals and in the game I get a red card from Eusebio ( 93 rated icon ) and I didn’t see it so idk if it was a fair red card and after the opponent is literally tackling me recklessly and they get a warning. then after that near the 70th minute I get a red card from normal card Ruben Dias and I just barged him but apparently it was really hard. Got a ref card from him but then he tackles me again recklessly and he still gets warnings? He got like 2 yellow cards for obviously doing smth wrong but I just think this game was really unfair and fc 25 needs to fix this issue since there may be other players also having these kind of issues. it makes no sense and needs to fixed for everyone in the fc community to have a fair and fun experience playing the game to be competitively better or not competitively better but just to have fun playing the game. and also recently I’ve been experiencing lagging and Ik it’s not my internet because even people I vs lag and even my friends I play with at the same exact time so it’s definitely not internet but is probably the game. In the manager mode, I coached a team from league 2 and after several seasons I managed to get into the premier league. However, after I finished that season's pre-season matches, I found that there's no matches in my calendar,the whole season is empty.By the way, I cannot switch my menu by lb&rb,so I have no choice but to simulate the whole empty season.In the next season, I then found that Im back in champions' league again! Since yesterday when I start the game (EA FC25) after a few minutes game freezes/crashes my pc and I have to reset it manually by pressing a button on the pc case, this never happened before, I have played the game since the launch, other games that I have installed on my PC work just fine, the only problem I have is with EA FC 25, the game worked fine until yesterday, I have tried to repair the game, uninstalled, then installed it back again, I have updated my GPU drivers, looked at some workarounds on this and other forums but the game still doesn't work. I’m experiencing two major bugs that are ruining FC Clubs. First, in Clubs Rush, I keep losing connection to controlling my player in around 2 out of every 3 matches. The strange thing is that I can still watch the rest of the match and interact with the menus, so it doesn’t seem like a normal internet disconnection. I’m just locked out of actually playing. Second, in FC Clubs league matches, we keep winning games but then receive a message saying the other team forfeited. After that, the match doesn’t count as a win for us. This is extremely frustrating, especially when it happens after we’ve already played the match properly and earned the result. At this point, the game feels broken and unfair to players who are putting time into Clubs. These issues have been happening far too often, and it’s becoming ridiculous. I've recently completed the last seasonal objectives and got my last sp points however when i went to the season pass to claim my last rewards it said "maximum hourly sp cap reached". Since i did much more objectives in one day and never experienced a cap this was weird. I went back to the objectives tab maybe i could claim the points again but no, they were already claimed. So what happened. I went on forums to see if anyone had the same issues and turns out that yes, and it's happening for months and customers service keeps telling to all of the people that this will be solved soon but they don't know a specific time and this is going on for months as I've seen over the internet. This happened to me last night. I also wrote a ticked in the first ticket they said the same i have to wait bla bla they don't know until when. The next ticket i specifically said i paid for those rewards i used real money to play the game. I was playing the demo and i like it so i used real money to play the full game and season pass is a part of the full game so i would like to receive my rewards i paid for. The second ticket i sent them i actually talked on the chat with the support and they said they can't help me i have to wait and then he closed my case saying "no fix available" . This scam from ea is going on forever i can see and they don't willing to help us until we take legal actions. I even talked to a third guy and said the second guy closed my case saying he doesn't have a solution and the third guy also said he is closing my case there is no fixing. I attached the proof of how corrupt EA is and their Indian scammer customer service Mr. Kunj and Mr.AkshayK .
