I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below. This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5. Screenshots are taken on PC WEB companion APP. On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out. In-game on PS5 I get same error message and pack gets removed from Store until I logout and login again. I decided to create a new Career Mode on EAFC 25. I was about 3–4 weeks into the season when, upon advancing to the next game, the game crashed. I received a “report problem” screen on my PS5 with error code CE-108255-1, and the option to report the incident. No matter what I try, I can’t get past that stage of the Career Mode—it just keeps crashing. So I started over with a brand-new Career Mode. This time, the crash happened again—around 4–6 weeks into the season... Troubleshooting steps I’ve tried: Created a new Career Mode – still crashes randomly after a few in-game weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game – no change. PS5 firmware is fully updated Not sure if this helps - there’s nothing unusual or custom about my Career Mode setup. I know some people create custom faces for managers or players, but I just selected a well-known manager who currently manages a League Two club, and used all basic/default settings. Just to add: I had a previous Career Mode with a different team where which was created around 4–6 months ago and never ran into this issue. It seems to have started happening after a recent update. I’ve also noticed Career Mode feeling a bit buggy since then, so I’m wondering if the latest update may have introduced this problem. Can anyone confirm if this is a known issue? In Career Mode (Manager), every time I resume a match after halftime, the screen goes black and freezes permanently. The audio may continue, but the match never loads. This only happens in Career Mode, not in Quick Play or FUT. I’m playing on a laptop with an Intel i9 CPU and NVIDIA RTX 4060 GPU. I’ve updated all drivers, disabled overlays, set the game to use the dedicated GPU, and tried borderless/windowed mode — the issue still occurs. Since yesterday when I start the game (EA FC25) after a few minutes game freezes/crashes my pc and I have to reset it manually by pressing a button on the pc case, this never happened before, I have played the game since the launch, other games that I have installed on my PC work just fine, the only problem I have is with EA FC 25, the game worked fine until yesterday, I have tried to repair the game, uninstalled, then installed it back again, I have updated my GPU drivers, looked at some workarounds on this and other forums but the game still doesn't work. My issue is that I wanted to upgrade a TOTS evolution player , thus I firstly apply TOTS evolution recolour on him to transform him into TOTS player, in accordance with the description of TOTS evolution Recolor EVO, the player ought to be a TOTS item after EVO, as you may found many 95 Henry is evoluted via this way, so logically it must be a TOTS items. after that, I went to TOTS upgrade EVO, and the preview page shown my evoluted player as eligible, but when I choose to proceed the TOTS upgrade, it shown error of connecting to FUT server and keep showing the same after I tried several times. Eventually I paid again for TOTS + EVO and it works, but I paid twice on one player for one TOTS upgrade due to this Bug causing me double paying loss and wasting of TOTS+ quota. I read the EA forum just now and found many other players got the same issue. Hello, so every time I try and load into FC25 I will get the exact error "failed to load", and when I press retry it just loops it and says the same thing. The second picture is showing the screen I go from when loading and I realized the name isn't there. Plus I haven't been able to play FC25 sense the 28th of January due to this bug. Ive tried reseting cache VIA EA app around a million times, tried changing my download location instead of doing on my C drive. Redownloaded the whole game, and yet im still met with this error.
