Mass Effect 3 crashes at "checking for downloads"
Mass Effect 3 crashes at "checking for downloads" I have been playing multiplayer for years. I played not that long ago, maybe four or five months ago. No problems since 2012 until now. EA Artificial Unintelligence is beyond unhelpful. The EA site pretends I don't even own ME3 (owned since launch) yet the game was installed with their app! I have tried everything. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared caches, cleared histories, followed every bit of advice I could find. Same problem, same crash, EA unhelpful so... any ideaS? Thanks!!!
[PC] only none of my mass effect games (1, 2 or 3) will launch
I have a similar issue, only none of my mass effect games (1, 2 or 3) will launch. They worked fine on my Wondows 10 (64) computer for years. I recently had to change the size of my hard drive where I keep my games (not C:) and had to reinstall these games. Now when I click the play button, I get a brief black screen followed by minimizing of the game screen in the task bar and a small box of the EA screen. If I hover the mouse over the game icon box from the task bar, the actual game appears in a small window on the upper left of the computer screen, but I can't interact with it. No amount of clicking the game icon to try to get the program to continue and load works. I have performed a clean install of my video drivers for my NVIDIA RTX3080 ti, to no avail. I have tried different compatibility settings, to no avail. Not sure what copying the folder to the desktop and running test on it does, or how to even run test, so I do not know if that will work for me. My computer had the latest downloads from Microsoft and latest driver from NVIDIA. I have tried running the games as administrator. Nothing works. Please help!
ME Andromeda Multiplayer Issues
Hello. I'm having trouble to start multiplayer because when I tap on it in mane menu nothing happens. I just hear sound of the button tapped and that's all. In single player when I what to start missions from the table my game just crashes. I'm playing on Xbox series X via game pass. I tried all troubleshooting methods and nothing works. Need help. Mass Effect 2 begins to launch but then just shuts down
Good evening, I have tried to open my ME2 but cannot get the game to continue. once i "press any key to continue" it just shuts done and gave me the following message in the EA App, "an error on our end caused the lauch to fail. try again a little later". i have clear cache, repaired, uninstalled and re installed, try to open it in steam. nothing works please advise.CORRUPT SAVE BROKE ME3 ENTIRELY
Is this seriously the only way to get help? Come the EFF on EA! HOW DO I SUBMIT A HELP TICKET? I HAVE A CORRUPTED SAVE FILE AND YOUR JANKY FORCED CLOUD SAVE SYNC KEEPS forcing a re-sync and breaking my freaking game. Save file got corrupted or something on ME3 during the Omega mission. Now ME3 Crashes on startup. DELETED ENTIRE GAME. STILL CRASHES. DELETED ALL SAVE FILES. STARTED GAME WITH WIFI DISABLED, STILL CRASHES. So you've bricked my $80 game and ruined hundreds of hours of save time. A FREAKING PLUS YOU NUMBSKULLS.
Mass Effect 3 (2012) Won't Launch "Error on our end. Try again later."
Since ~May 13th, I have been unable to open Mass Effect 3 on my PC. Whenever I try, the game crashes during the opening Bioware cinematic. The App then displays an error message "Failed to Launch Game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, and I just spent three hours navigating the live help, without a solution. I have the In-game Overlay turned off; I have repaired the EA App; I have repaired the game; I have restarted my computer and opened the EA App before opening Steam. The last person I spoke to told me to create a forum post in the hopes management sees it and can fix it.
