Unban from Save Corruption (Ban Exploit) in PvZ: Garden Warfare 1
Hello everyone, If you’ve encountered the "ban exploit" issue in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 1, you’re not alone. This problem has been known since at least 2021 and is caused by malicious players corrupting your cloud save data on EA servers. What does the ban exploit look like? For EA: Hackers inject corrupted data into the cloud save of a player. When the game client tries to read that corrupted save, it crashes due to an invalid response from the EA server. For players in GW1: When launching the game, it freezes at the "Connecting to EA servers" screen and never loads. You can only close it through Task Manager. You can post your EA ID here on the forum, but there’s a risk it might be overlooked due to the volume of posts. Last night (Central European time) in mid game the GW2 app broke off the connection to the US East Coast server and requested that I sent in the accompanying error code. This happened again just now while playing on the European server. As before, the App requested that I sent in the accompanying error code. Is it possible for someone to look into into? Hello Support Team, I would like to report a bug affecting the in-game store. The store appears to be malfunctioning. As shown in the attached screenshot, several purchase options and prices are overlapping and displaying incorrectly, making the store interface look bugged and difficult to use. In addition to this visual issue, I purchased the Triassic Triumph bundle for 1,000 gems. The game deducted the 1,000 gems from my account, but I did not receive any of the packs that were supposed to come with the purchase. Issue details: Game: Plants vs. Zombies Heroes Store appears visually bugged (overlapping prices and UI elements) Purchase: Triassic Triumph Bundle Cost: 1,000 gems Result: 1,000 gems were removed from my account, but no packs were awarded Please investigate this issue and either provide the missing packs or refund the 1,000 gems that were deducted.
