16 weekly solo tokens disappearing
16 weekly solo tokens disappearing I just redeemed a 98-90 collectors series card for 5. When I went to redeemed my flashback cards for 15 they were all gone. Hello everyone, I am posting here in hopes that a community manager can review my situation or point me in the right direction. On April 3, I lost a Josh Allen LTD due to what appeared to be a game issue during a period when many players were experiencing problems. I reported the issue immediately and opened a support case the same day. Since then, I have spent over two months following up with support, providing information, and waiting for updates. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated and was being reviewed. I continued to be patient because I believed the issue was being investigated. However, after more than two months, I was informed that the issue could no longer be verified due to the amount of time that had passed. My concern is that I reported the issue immediately. I did not wait months to contact support. I followed the proper process from the beginning and spent over two months waiting for updates while the case remained under review. I also experienced a separate Draft Night pack issue that I reported to support. I am a Madden VIP player and have spent over $500 on the game this year because I genuinely enjoy playing. This isn’t just about a single card. It’s about spending months trying to get answers and feeling like my case never received a proper resolution despite being reported right away. I am not looking to attack anyone or cause problems. I am simply hoping that someone can review my situation and let me know if there are any remaining options available. I purchased points through Madden and then tried to purchase packs and it did not give me any of my packs. And now I cannot use my points or my training in the store. Every time I try it says “unable to process due to pending purchase”. Unable to buy Redux Fantasy Pack - evvvvvvvvvvery single Saturday there’s this problem, or something like it… I purchase the points for the pack, go to open it and receive and error stating “unable to complete transaction. Please contact customer service if this persists”. Which is funny it says to do that because contacting customer service is about as impossible as fixing this problem myself would be.
