Game keeps crashing. CAS also freezes game.
Ever since the last update, my game just closes unexpectedly since August 10th. Before that, the game would freeze if I had a sim that wasn't originally part of the family go into CAS. If CAS did work, it would change any other sims name to the main sims name.

Reaper's Rewards: Planting Flowers/Trees not checking off
No matter how many times I plant flowers and which sim I do it with, it doesn't count towards my challenge. I deleted everything from the mod folder - that doesn't change anything. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ

Endless loading when travelling to community lots
I did the most recent update on 9/18/2024 and my game is so broken. I am so upset with Ea right now. I did the 50/50 option, I removed the mod folder and generated a new mods folder, I removed all mods and CC and I still cannot load into non residential lots. With and without CC/Mods - am able to go into cas , I am able to load into my sims home but traveling with them, or trying to build from the map it’s an infinite loading screen. I don’t know want to do and I am trying to gamble and accept the fact of starting over or never playing again. please please keep it so simple like you’re explaining steps to a toddler because all the options about dx files etc makes my cry even more , I really don’t know what y'all are talking about. I really am a very basic PC player. My PC is windows 10 and is updated. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title to better reflect the issue

CAS Not Working
Ever Since the new update and upcoming patches I still haven't been able to use CAS for inputting new sims, editing pre-existing ones etc... This is starting to become extremely annoying as I constantly have to use task manager to close out the game. After viewing over mods and past postings about the issue along with repairing my game I've come to the realization it's not the mods but the game itself! Please fix this with your next "PATCH"!

Sims will not wash dishes (Patch 1.63)
I am playing on the new penthouse lot that came with the lovestruck expansion pack. I just finished the build, and now my sims won't use the kitchen sink or the dishwasher to clean the dishes. They automatically go to the sinks in the bathrooms, but when I set their sink type to bathroom an leave only the kitchen sink as "all", they will not clean the dishes. The sim picks up the dishes and then puts it back down again. I have tried to delete the whole kitchen, use different counters, bulldoze the lot and redownload the build, delete oven and microwave, and it still does not work. The only this that seem to work is if I move the counter to stand alone in the middle of the room, then the sim will use both the sink and the dishwasher. CAS (Create a Sim) problem
I play with CC and mods. Whenever I load into a game and try go into CAS (using MCC) it’s stuck on a loading screen. I have tried starting a new game with CC and Mods enabled and whenever I create 2 Sims (I will be using Sim 1 and Sim 2 as an example) and give them a different name Sim 1 and Sim 2 somehow manage to have the same name whenever I select the other sim out of those two. Same thing happens when I load a sim out of my library. This situation only stops when I completely remove any mods and cc from my game. This problem is also affecting previous saved games prior to update. For now I will play without CC and mods.

Sims 4 traits gone!
This has been happening for a few weeks now. Every time I go into "new game" to make a new sim my traits are completely GONE!!!! I have updated my game and got all of my old mods and cc out. still nothing. I have done everything and I can and I have even went on Facebook and went into my sim groups to get help. after I did EXACTLY what they told me. I soon knew it was a bug. Please fix this!!! i love the sims 4 and I have been really really patient with this bug but it's starting to get really annoying. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps. this is my screenshot from last night.

It has almost be a week and CAS is broken still.
I've been trying to play the sims for almost the past week trying to use CAS, but I still can't use it. I've tried to do everything I can and nothing seems to work. I've tried to remove all my mods and update all of them (which has taken me two whole days) and put them back in till I found the problem mods. But even having all my broken mods removed I can't go into CAS with most if not all pre-existing sims. I've made a lot of back-ups just so I don't ruin my current saves. But yet the issue of CAS still not opening is occurring. Someone please help I can't keep doing this, they need to fix this NOW!!!!!

HELP
So a week before Lovestruck was released I brought a new cyber power pc 32GB 2TB because I wanted to upgrade from a gaming laptop so I can play the sims like I always wanted with all the great mods I was too scared to get. Anywho I make this purchase for my favorite game to get even better for me because I felt the need to help enjoy life a little by doing what I love most and not stay stuck in this depressed state of mind. The game drops I download and load a few mods broke. So I spend literally 10 plus hours organizing and spending more money on some mods and cc as I’m doing it I’m booting up the game back and fourth making sure it works and making sure I want to keep these certain mods. July 25th come I’m finally done checking and I know I have ALL updated mods/cc. I begin to play but I forgot one last touch for my builds I forgot a few doors. So I find the ones I would love to have in my game. I exist out drop them to my mods folder label build and buy. I go to restart the game and boom an UPDATE. So I updated and after 2mins tops, it’s ready. I press play and it’s loading. I get stuck with the pop up. I finally get it off after restarting 20xs. I go back to play BOOM and it’s stuck on the loading into household screen. So I uninstalled the game and do everything all over again. Finally the gane works. I start playing dang forgot to turn scripts on. Go out come back some thing pop up blah blah. I go crazy and call Best Buy because it’s the computer fault at this point. I gave 2500 of my money to you guys. They have Greek walk me through a few steps. It’s not the computer it’s the software. So I uninstalled again 3 more times, repair 5-6 times. I finally get to where I wanna be. I had to work so I shut my computer leave work for 10hrs come home shower and grab snacks because while at work I’ve watching all these EA game changer play. So I’m excited about my future lol when I get home. I’m about to play all night. Boot up my system double click EA to be surprised by the same exact update I just did. So I’m like 3 updates ?! Okay cool hit update. What happens? STUCK ON THE LOADING SCREEN SINCE 6pm it’s 2:40am. I hate the fact I spent more money for a gaming pc mods cc and the new game just to not be able to play. With or without mods btw. So the say the least I’m even more depressed than before. Spent more 24hrs combined trying to fix the problem and probably won’t ever be able to play again. PLEAS LE FIX THE ISSUE PLEASE

Parenthood Character Values Glitch
My game is updated to the most recent version which i thought was supposed to fix this? Maybe I misunderstood the patch notes. I do have mods and CC but they are all updated
