EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Bring Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play EA, please consider bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PlayStation 5 and adding it to EA Play. Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. Bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 would preserve an important part of EA’s gaming history while introducing the game to a new audience. EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I have screenshots showing it was redeemed and as an add-on (add-on: doesn't need to be installed). I've rebooted, power cycled, etc... nothing has appeared in my HUT profile yet. It has been over a week since I've redeemed this benefit. Please help!!!!They refuse to give me a refund for Ea play
I bought EA play not knowing that I don't have access to all the games. So I installed EA fc 26 just to have it there. When the application finished installing, it automatically put me in the game. So I left the game to give a refund for Ea play. at the refund I spoke with a lady who told me that I had already entered the game and that she could not do anything. I tried explaining her that it put me in automaticlly and i could not do anything she did not believe me. When I said I was going to make a complaint, she closed the chat and didn't say anything to me.Ea Help Message: "This issue isn't supported by advisors"
Currently attempting to open a case using EA Help to verify my identity but keep getting this reloaded page stating: "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I had a previous case opened roughly 2 weeks ago that was unable to verify. Is this the reason that message keeps showing up? I want to try again due to unsatisfactory effort on behalf of support team member Alternatively, is there an EA support email address available to assist me in verifying account? Ultimately, I want to join EA Play Pro, currently Game Pass Ultimate with access to EA Play on EA app for PC. Unbeknownst to me at the time of joining Ultimate 1 month ago, these two accounts were linked YEARS ago and I no longer have access to the email address I used when creating my EA account. I don't want to lose the progress I've made in the EA games I've play thus far Any help would be appreciated
