EA Play Deployment Pack - BF6, not available for the Epic store subs of EA Play
I am having this exact same issue. I replied under this person's post which seems to have not gathered any official response or feedback. As said in my reply under this post. I am unable to also access the in game rewards, specifically the deployment pack which is stated to be available to both EA Play and EA Play Pro subscribers. I will link to the website where this is stated with no disclaimer that says it is only available if you sub through the EA App. Since EA Play is available on multiple platforms I would then be somewhat justified in assuming it is available to all EA Play members since no official disclaimer has been posted or can be found. It is neither present in the EA Play terms and conditions on the page but in fact states that EA Play once again is available on several platforms.
Paid for EA Play via Epic Games 3 Days Ago - Still No Service!
It has been exactly 3 days since I paid for an EA Play subscription via Epic Games, and I still have absolutely zero access to the service. I have already contacted Epic Games support, and they explicitly stated that the activation process is managed entirely by EA, effectively pointing the finger at you. As a paying customer, I am sick and tired of being stuck in the middle of your failed technical integration with Epic. There is no option to link accounts on the Epic side, and your EA App just throws meaningless error messages whenever I try to launch a game I paid for. Do NOT reply with standard troubleshooting articles or generic "we are looking into it" responses; I have already tried everything. I have paid for a service I am not receiving, which is unacceptable. I demand that you manually activate my subscription or fix your backend issues immediately. They refuse to give me a refund for Ea play
I bought EA play not knowing that I don't have access to all the games. So I installed EA fc 26 just to have it there. When the application finished installing, it automatically put me in the game. So I left the game to give a refund for Ea play. at the refund I spoke with a lady who told me that I had already entered the game and that she could not do anything. I tried explaining her that it put me in automaticlly and i could not do anything she did not believe me. When I said I was going to make a complaint, she closed the chat and didn't say anything to me.
Accidental EA Play Pro 1-Year Purchase Instead of 1-Month
I accidentally purchased the 1-year EA Play Pro subscription instead of the 1-month plan. It has not been 14 days yet, so I kindly ask for your help with canceling my subscription and refunding the remaining months. This is a very significant amount of money for me.
Ea play Geforce Now auto login
Would you add the option to automatically log in to EA play via Geforce Now? It's very annoying that I have to enter my pass every now and then after a few hours of break. Please add automatic login to EA play like Steam, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Xbox have it. It would be very helpful.
