Need Help: My 240Hz Monitor Is Stuck at 60Hz on PS5
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on. I recently bought a new gaming monitor that supports up to 240Hz, but whenever I connect my PS5 and try to play FIFA, the refresh rate seems to be capped at 60Hz. I’m not sure if this is normal for FIFA or if I’m missing a setting somewhere. It’s a bit confusing because the monitor itself is definitely capable of 240Hz, so I was expecting a higher refresh rate in-game. If anyone has experience with this or can point me toward the correct settings or a helpful guide, I’d really appreciate it. Any advice or links would mean a lot. So I still dont have my game code from the survey I did , reading all the posts it seams like alot of people are in the same situation as me but then also alot of people have got the codes , I am tired of endless pointless emails to EA help , they are worse than useless and should take the word HELP out of the title , it's really annoying and disappointing that a big company like this can treat its customers this way and dont want to help or seam to care about the problem .
