FC27 Closed Beta - Wrong Platform Code
Yo, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly at a loss for what to do. I received my first EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta invitation on August 4th, but I immediately noticed that I had been sent a PS4 beta code. The problem is that on the EA Playtesting site, I have PlayStation 5 as my only selected platform. I don’t own a PS4, so the code isn’t useful to me. After that, I opened an EA Help case and made posts on the forums, but I haven’t been able to get any assistance or an explanation. Then, today, I received another Closed Beta invitation. For a moment I thought the issue had been corrected and that I was finally getting the proper PS5 entitlement. Instead, it was another PS4 code. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand what’s happening. My account preferences have only ever been set to PS5, yet I’ve now been sent two separate PS4 beta invitations.Solved833Views1like160Comments
