The Season Pass Service is Currently Unavailable
Yesterday I upgraded from the Xbox series S to the Series X and loaded up EA FC 25 Ultimate team and went to check my progress on the season pass and I got the message The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass. this is highly frustrating as I paid for the premium pass Thursday and now I haven’t been able to use it for the past 24 hours. ive tried contacting ea but I’m not getting any clear help and the last contact I made directed me here. if anyone could help or shed some light on my situation it would be much appreciatedSolved5.7KViews24likes112CommentsFestival of football kit
On the 13th of March I had purchased the Festival of Football Away kit for 40,000 Coins. Upon reading the objective it stated “ Equip the Festival of Football Kit and complete the objectives to earn additional SP. “ Upon doing so, With the away kit equipped, I noticed no progress to the objective had been added and as a result no SP gained. I Created a ticket and reported this bug to an agent through the chat who assured me the Game team had been notified about this issue and it would be rectified soon. This description had then changed to “Equip the Festival of Football Home Kit and complete the objectives to earn additional SP.” Within the recent update to the game, This slight change meant that the away kit could not be used and as a result I had wasted not only my coins but my time acquiring said coins. As I scroll through the forum I see there are other players affected by this and so I ask will there be any compensation for said affected players or a refund of coins for a clear mistake made by EA. I am unable to enter Ultimate Team from last night 9pm AEST and keep getting the attached error. Also, the game is completely slow and take ages to load and get navigated between options. After completing an SBC and then trying to go sell any item, the price stays locked at 99 coins… this literally happens every single time. Have to log out of UT and then log back in… sometimes even closing the game completely if the R2/FC Network issue glitch happens when logging back in… Honestly, I used to love this series… despite all the random glitches. Because the menu grind was worth it. This year is sucks… glitch after glitch… menu pack weight is at the all time worse… I mean two Future Stars after opening like 400+ menu packs.. last year I would have had nearly the entire team by now. 2000 packs open during TOTY and one single Musiala HM… the lack of the exchanges makes the grind even more unbearable. I’ve been playing this game since FIFA 14, and honestly I don’t think I will buy the next iteration. Your focus on forcing store packs for the better cards is appalling. The constant glitches and lack of menu grind.. along with the gameplay that is “like a box of chocolates”… you never know what you’re going to get.. Hi there, Referring to the forum post; https://www.ea.com/en/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-25/news/fc-25-future-stars It states the following: You must complete all Evo consumables to be eligible for the final upgrade step that upgrades your Future Stars Academy player to an Icon. If you do not complete the 8 Playstyles and 2 Playstyle+ Evo consumables your player will not be able to progress through the final Evolution. When following these rules, it suggests that you must have completed all evo consumables to proceed with the final upgrade, however, this does not apply to Skill Move or Weak Foot upgrade. In my case, I was allowed to proceed with the third evolution, without realising I had not applied 5* Weak Foot to the evolution. I assumed that after I completed the evo, I would be able to complete this after. However, since my evolution has now reached the 91 rating, I cannot add the 5* Weak Foot to my player. Could we have the ability to add the Weak Foot and Skill Move evolution consumables to the final evo rarity type (Future Starts Academy ICON)? I have redeemed the 8 playstyles objective and they have not been added to my player is this because I haven’t put him through an Evo yet? If so how do I get these play styles?
