Purchased item not received after 4 days despite contacting customer support
I had purchased Rare Piniata Pack on 6 May, i have been contacting customer support almost daily since then. They either redirect or transfer me or end the conversation saying ill have to start a new chat again for some reason. Im so tired of this.Missing Progress: 59 Achievements in Game Center but only Level 1 in-Game
Hello everyone, I am reaching out because I have lost my long-term progress in PvZ 2 and the standart support was unable to help me. My game started from scratch (level 1).When I log in via Email of Game Center, I am only offered two Level 1 accounts(one with 7 plants and one with 0 plants). My original high-level account is missing from the list. My IPad Game Center clearly shows 59 out of 75 achievements for PvZ 2. This proves that I played the game extensively and reached a high level. What I have Trier so fair: 1. reinstalled the game, 2. completed the tutorial, 3. logged in and out of EA EMail and Game Center, 4. restored Purchases, 5. Contacted EA support( they modified my Game but nothing changed) My goal is to have my progress restored. So I just had a debate with someone who argued that Tiger Grass was designed base on the tiger grass aka thysanolaena - a thin, bamboo-like tree while when looking at it we can easily tell that was made based on the snake plant (dracaena trifasciata) also called 虎尾兰 (hǔwěilán) in Chinese, which translates to "Tiger Tail Orchid". I argued that the name Tiger Grass wasn't direct to the actual tiger grass but just to tell that the plant is in fact a grass tiger. Can anyone confirm that the plant have nothing to do with the tiger grass...?Reasons why this game is EXTREMELY BORING!
There's a lack of variety in the levels in PvZ3. After 10 stages, there's no reason to play, in addition to other reported problems like balancing and seeds, which are getting tiresome to repeat. The Suburban Zombies appear in all grasslands, and their mechanics like barren ground and graves also appear. It would be better if each grassland had its own 100% unique resources. We could also have mini-keys halfway through chapters, which would make each grassland more unique. In some cases, I even think some suburban zombies like the Chicken Caretaker Zombie and Duck Tub should go to camp. More Minigames: One positive aspect of Welcome to Zumburbia is that you brought back the special levels and minigames, Vasebreaker, Solar Storm, etc. And we know that in the files there's a zombie that summons the cardboard plants from I Zombie, so why not bring that back? As I've already said, these and other problems make the game boring and very repetitive, and don't make you want to come back.Bought premium plants but they do not show up across accounts
Last night I bought 4 premium plants, (parsnip, strawburst, jack o lantern, missile toe, witch hazel) and they have not appeared on my second profile and are only on my main profile I have tried to restore purchase, restart my device and uninstall and redownload the game. The payment went through and I did not buy seed packets but the plants themselves
Garden Warfare 2 is completely bricked
Every time I've tried to start the game the it has shown this message. Once the marigold in the corner disappears the fades to black as if the game is loading normally, but it cuts back to the loading screen and the message shows up. My account might have been tinkered with, keeping me from playing this game all together. All I request is my account to be fixed.Please fix the app crashing when you leave it.
Ever since an OS update late last year, the bottom of the screen has started to bring up OS apps. That makes it so if I go near the bottom of the screen to do things like buy a power up, use a leaf, dig up a plant, I run the risk of switching apps. If I am in the middle of a game when that happens, I have a 50% chance to come back and continue the game. The other half of the time, the app crashes and restarts, losing my progress, losing the game and blocking progress in Penny's pursuit or Arena competitions. Please make the app remember where it was when you allow it to swap to another app users never intended to come up.
SUGGESTION: Adjustment of Donation Limits in Communities
I recently joined a more active community ingame in order to guarantee getting all of the Neighborhood Watch rewards. However, while donating resources, I ran into an error where I couldn't donate ANYTHING to ANYONE in my community. I talked with someone else in a forum about it, and apparently it's because there's a hard limit on how many Zen Garden resources you can receive from other players: 3, one of each type. As a result of communities having 15 members, that means that only 45 resource total can be gifted across a single community, meaning not every player will be able to donate the maximum of 5 resources. THIS IS A MECHANIC THAT PUNISHES PLAYERS FOR BEING IN ACTIVE COMMUNITIES, AS IT ARBITRARILY LIMITS THE AMOUNT OF INTERACTION PLAYERS CAN HAVE BETWEEN EACH OTHER. My suggestion would be to limit the amount of resources you can receive to 6, up to two of each resource, such that all 15 players in a community can donate up to 5 resources for a potential of up to 75 net donations. Granted there would still be a limit with each player only able donate so many of a single resource, but this would make resource distribution more equitable among the 3 current resources. Please like and/or respond to this post if you feel like this should be implemented into the final game. I feel like it would foster more interaction between players in communities, as opposed to hinder it.Alive and Planting 40 Flag Endless Achievement
Under Survival I have five Survival Endless Games: Survival Day Endless, Survival Night Endless, Survival Pool Endless, Survival Fog Endless and Survival Roof Endless. Which one of these five games are you supposed to get 40 Flags to win the Alive and Planting Achievement Challenge? Or could it be any one of them?
