Negative Point Balance
I tried early access to College Football 27 on EA Play and I had 9000 points to use. I used those points in game. When game officially launched after a few days I tried to purchase some points, well I couldn't because I had a negative balance. Contacted EA help and was told Steam needs to refund the points. When i tried steam support, they say they cannot help with games made by other companies. How can I get my account back to zero, so that I can purchase points? It seems like im getting the run around and no definite answer to my problem.
MVP Bundle Preorder
I'm so confused. I bought the MVP bundle on Steam that gave me early access to CFB and Madden, but I can't launch or play CFB even though the bundle advertised 3 days of early access. Is this a temporary thing or should I refund my purchase and buy the deluxe versions of each game separately (which I don't want to do because it's 30 dollars more)?
