Servers in north India
Dear EA Sports Team, I am writing to you on behalf of a large and passionate segment of the Indian EA FC community — particularly from North India — to urgently request the addition of dedicated EA FC servers in Delhi or surrounding regions. As loyal players of EA FC, we have deep appreciation for the efforts you’ve made in expanding the server network globally. The addition of a server in Mumbai was a step in the right direction. However, millions of players across North India (Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, etc.) continue to face high latency, inconsistent gameplay, and a frustrating online experience, even with high-speed internet and proper setups. 30–60 ms ping, even on 600 Mbps fiber connections with LAN. Gameplay feels delayed, sluggish, and unresponsive, especially in competitive modes like FUT Champions and Division Rivals. Players often face opponents with far better server access (e.g. from Mumbai, Singapore, or UAE), giving them an unfair advantage. North India has over 400 million+ population, and a massive base of FIFA/FC players — many of whom are active in FUT and purchase FC Points regularly. Many of us are willing to promote EA FC more actively if our gameplay experience improves. We’re ready to support EA FC 26 and beyond with stronger community participation, spending, and content creation. Thank you for your time and commitment to your community. whenever i try to launch any game on the ea app it gets stuck on the “launching game”. i’ve tried everything; restarting computer, ea app, uninstalling both the game and the app, repairing the game, clearing cache, driver update, firewall, nothings worked. When I try to enter the Ultimate Team, this message appears: A Title update for ea sports fc 25 is available and required to enter ultimate team to get the lastest title update you can re-lunch the game and accept the tu download when prompted I tried changing the language, changing the DNS, deleting the game, deleting the EA app, and changing the account, but it didn't work. My game just doesnt starting. I mean i got into the splash screen part, and its start loading, but like its drops me back into my ea app. Somehow its works in my C: Driver if i download it right there, but i dont have any storage there, and I want to download any game related stuff into my D: disc. To start, I never encountered this issue on any EA game prior to this most recent FC25 update. I am on Xbox X, version 2.1.119.18738 of the game. After the update and server maintenance that took place early the week of 2-10, every time my friends and I tried to join a pro-clubs lobby, rush lobby, or UT lobby, we would all get kicked to the main menu with the message "New online roster updates are available, please re-enter the mode to update." We have all tried restarting the app, checking we are all on the latest update, resetting all squads, and downloading the latest squad updates. Any help would be great; I submitted a ticket through the EA app and got a ticket number but haven't gotten any response or fix from them yet (surprise, surprise!). Hey EA, I understand that the current PSN issues are out of EA’s control, but since EA FC 25 is sold on the PlayStation Store, many players are unable to access Ultimate Team right now. This means we are missing out on completing Evolutions and objectives due to circumstances beyond our control. I kindly request that EA consider extending the expiration and unlocking time for Evolutions, as they are a core part of the Ultimate Team experience. It wouldn’t be fair for players to lose progress on Evolutions they’ve invested in simply because the platform is inaccessible. A 30-day extension would be a reasonable solution to ensure fairness. We invest a lot in this game each year, and a gesture like this would show that EA values its community. Please take this into consideration, as we dont know how long the PSN issues will last.
