FC26 Ultimate Edition Steam
I ordered the FC 26 Ultimate edition since mid august and yet i cant download it through steam and it says that i will be able to play it 26th of September please help

Season Pass and EA points not on account
I have the ultimate edition and I'm able to play the game and level up in the pass, but it says I don't have any of the FC points or access to the premium pass. I'm on PC.

EA Play Early access is bugged - confirmed in EA Web chat. Compensation?
It has been confirmed in my EA support chat that there is a bug preventing players from accessing FC26 at 13:00pm UK time. As confirmed by EA, if signed up to EA Play we should be able to. How do I raise a complaint? How do I claim compensation? I signed up to EA Play literally just for this.
