Missing 6+ Event Tokens – Multiple Events Not Awarding Tokens – Madden NFL 26
Hello EA Help Team, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed because I am missing multiple event tokens in Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team. I have completed events where you are supposed to earn at least 3 tokens per event, yet I’m still missing 6+ tokens total — and I’ve honestly lost count at this point. The events this has happened in include Zero Chill, Super Bowl, and Playoffs (and potentially others). I completed the required wins and legitimately met the conditions that should grant tokens, but the tokens were never added to my account. I have already spoken to multiple EA Help representatives, and none of them have fixed the issue or resolved my case. This ongoing problem feels like a bug, and from what I’ve seen other players reporting, it’s clearly affecting many users where event tokens aren’t being given even after successful event completions. This is unacceptable. I want these missing tokens added to my account immediately or a clear explanation with a timeline on when this will be properly fixed. DIDNT THINK I WOULD HAVE TO SCREENSHOT PROOF THAT THIS IS HAPPENINGSQUADS DOES NOT WORK
For the last 3 weeks or so, when my buddy and I try to play squads, it instantly joins matchmaking, then kicks us both to the main menu, saying that there is a "server error". We've played UT Squads together since madden 18/19 and have never had this issue. Both on next gen consoles, with high speed internet, both in the same time zone. I can play solo ranked as well, but no teams. We've tried everything. Different host, keeping open the third player option, resetting games, closing games.... PLEASE HELP. If anyone has had this issue and has a resolution. Getting pretty fed up with how many glitches and issues are in this game. Feels like its crashing 10x more than any previous madden. I beat tier 1 of the event going 10-1 never received my token I did get my snow but wondering where my token is. I’ve heard to restart the app or check the season 4 events field pass neither of those worked for me unfortunately would love to get the token to get Parham considering multiple people received a second token a few days ago but I haven’t even gotten one, also so many times when exciting the game it just doesn’t count the win I don’t think it should be this hard to figure out [CM - updated thread title for visibility]Ultimate team connection is horrible
how can you ever expect someone to get through an event with the **bleep** level of server connections this game has pressing anything is a 50/50 you get disconnected from the servers AND EVEN THOUGH THE GAME KNOWS YOU DIDNT EVEN LOAD IN YOU STILL GET A LOSS IVE LOST 3 SEASONS IN A ROW FROM GAMES I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN INTOYour game sucks
Don’t even want an issue resolved, but just wanna tell you how bad your game is. Wasn’t lagging all night AT ALL, and all of a sudden when I’m in my divisional round game in squads your garage game wants to desync me out. This happens every day with this dog 💩 game. Fix your servers man, this happens way too frequently. Also, if I have a desync why should that count as a loss when it tells me NO STATS OR “quit” WILL BE RECORDED. You wonder why nobody wants to play dis piece of 💩 game cuz you can’t fix simple 💩 just like this.No care
I have been talking to support for 24 hours. They can't help me with my missing co tent . Then they yell at me to come here . And nothing happens. I am missing out on 6 Ltd presents which everyone in this forum knows is so valuable. Like can I please get help. I will pay money to get my stuff back at this point
