BattleField 6 was removed from my account
Good Day. I got on the EA App to redownload BF 6 to start playing it again when I saw that I no longer owned the game. Why is that. I got through the Intel game promotion where I got the game from buying an Intel product. And now I have to rebuy it. Can I get some help EA?SolvedPS5 stuttering, Paket loss and over 100ms lag
Hello EA. I have the game since launch. Until the last update and the one before it was incredible fun and the game was awesome. After the updates the game is incredibly laggy. Its stuttering constantly. Picking up weapons and they disappear. Reloading the weapon and it stays empty. Not being able to cut through corners or even go through a door without constant stutter and sliding. Running stutters like crazy. On the top left corner it jumps constantly from 80ms to 180ms and with a lot of Paket loss. I got in touch with my Internet provider and everything looks perfect. 300mbps download 50 mbps download. No issue in any other online game as well. At this point the game for me is unplayable. Imagine I haven't even be able to enjoy the last two new maps at all. EA please contact me because I dont want to make a refund. I just wanna play the game with my friends and enjoy it. Matchmaking finds a game, and more often than not it fills up to half, then people start quitting. At some point the server stops finding players. If you stay in the lobby, everybody eventually quits and you are left alone. Entered 6 lobbies with my buddy tonight. They never filled up. We guit the game. Great game night. There has to be feedback on what the hell the server is doing. Or maybe just make players enter the lobby when there are enough players??? Playing on PS5 with crossplay off. im getting my max speed getting the update today at 9m/s but it keeps dropping and going up all the time and is taking forever to download! All updates installed except for the main one, it just keeps getting error CE-120706-6. I have tried clearing cache and rebuilding database, I have tried restoring licenses, my last option is to try fully delete and redownload the whole game. PS5. I preordered the Battle Pass Pro package. All installed and working perfectly. The problem is every single time I return to the main menu and click on the Battle Pass tab it reloads telling me the battle pass pro package is now available. Again and again and again, every single time. Getting quite annoying now so please offer a fix / workaround or at least a date as to when it will be fixed. I have an EA Pro membership which I'm about to cancel. Every time there's a BF6 update it takes a minumum of 3 hours to update the game, and I cannot consistently recreate a method of success for getting the game to update either. I've Tried: • Clearing cache through App repair • Deleting EA Folder in %AppData%/Local/Electronic Arts • Deleting everything in %ProgramData%/EA Desktop except the folder iteself • When seeing download icon within game UI (for multiplayer or Redsec) initiating download from there • Repairing App • Reinstalling game EVERY SINGLE TIME I employ any of these methods, a reboot leaves me at EA App screen which either shows a downloding progress zero status which eventually times out, or loads showing that I don't even have BF6 installed. It will clear after I reboot, but often it DOES NOT DOWNLOAD CONTENT. Sometimes it will install one batch (like RedSec) but not the rest queued. So I reboot and try again. Sometimes it works, sometimes not I've been playing BF ever since BF3 and have remained loyal to the brand (even after 2042 debacle, which says a lot). After this absolute GoatF**ked update issue and the epically horrific customer support at EA (these people send emails asking if their tickets have been resolved despite never reaching out to troubleshoot the issue and then auto close the tickets) I'm wondering if I should just delete the game and move on to another franchise. I've enjoyed the content but it seems pretty anemic. Given the dropping player counts and the fact it takes me a day to update 15 gbs worth of content when it would take 3 minutes on steam, maybe I should be back to Arma? Has anyone found a fix for this issue? If so please share, as EA simply asks their tech support to recycle their worthless troubleshooting FAQS. Had any of the solutions ever worked, I wouldn't be complaining here. Thanks in advance for advice.
