Hi everyone, A couple of days ago I decided to do a clean install of Windows 11 and installed all the necessary drivers. When I install and play Battlefield 6, after about 5 minutes the game kicks me out of the session with the error code “Unknown Error 0:85009S.” This is getting really frustrating because I’ve tried pretty much every suggestion I’ve found from other users, and nothing has worked so far. Here’s a list of what I’ve already tried: Clean install of Windows 11 Clean install of Windows 10 Clean install of Windows 11 LTSC Restarting my internet router Using my phone’s internet connection Clean boot via MSCONFIG Reinstalling Javelin Running both BF6 and Javelin as administrator Flushing DNS Changing DNS servers Disconnecting peripherals Allowing BF6 and Javelin through the firewall Opening ports on my router I’d really appreciate any help. I used to play without any issues, but since around Saturday, the 28th I haven’t been able to stay in-game for more than 5 minutes before getting kicked (cm edit - updated title for vis)Solved11KViews24likes240Comments[BUG] Unable to join second match – black screen after first game
Platform: PC Region: China Connection: Using game booster (Confirmed, no problem) Description: After launching the game, I can only play one match successfully. After the match ends (or if I leave mid-game), I am unable to join another match. When I try to enter a new match, the screen goes black and the game eventually exits or returns to menu. Workaround: The only way to play again is to completely restart the game. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the game 2. Join and complete (or leave) a match 3. Try to join another match 4. Black screen occurs Expected result: Able to join multiple matches continuously without restarting the game. Actual result: Game gets stuck on black screen and fails to enter next match. Additional info: - This happens every time - Game restart temporarily fixes the issue - Network accelerator has been checked and is working fine4Views0likes0CommentsMissing in game purchased content with Battle Coins
Yesterday, on Playstation 5, I purchased two items from the store with Battlecoins, specifically, "Toxic Patrol" and "Poised Strike" and it's been over 24 hours and the items and skins are still not in my inventory. I did all the steps such as restarting the game, restoring licenses, etc. Spoke with a rep on the chat and they said the techs would fix it ASAP citing it as a bug but that's not reassuring. There was no case number provided and I was told just be on the lookout and i couldn't be directly contacted about this matter. The content is expensive. Can I get help, insight, or has anyone else experienced this? This has never happened and past purchases have been very consistent.Labs missing from EA Library
Discord and EA accounts are linked. Can't log into discord because it's overwhelmed. NDA has been signed for 4 months. Nothing in my Steam or EA account. Old workshop emails just bring me to Workshop dashboard where I see all my info still up to date. And then you don't reply to emails so we need to discuss on a public forum.Scamed with BF Pro Bonus rewards!
11 days have passed and all we got instead of fixing this shameful bug are just empty promises that the developers are aware of the problem. How much longer do we have to wait? But you know what? They don't really care. And if you stop for a minute and just think about it, you will definitely agree with me. I don't think it's technically impossible or even difficult to give a reward to all players who have bought Battlefield PRO ? Of course not. But the developer doesn't care about us, because he has already received our money . And is that really fair? Doesn't that look like cheating customers? That's the way it is, and I sincerely want to help other people and open their eyes so that they don't do the same as we did by spending a large enough amount of money into the void. And I need your help with that. For us who bought the game here in Steam and also have problem of missing rewards for BF PRO Bonus Path you can leave a negative review about this problem. The fact that people who bought the most expensive edition of the game were simply deceived. Maybe when people find out the truth and stop buying the game, it will force the developer to give us the content for which we paid EXTRA money and which is rightfully ours. But I can't do it alone. One review won't change anything. But if there are many of us, we will be noticed. It always happens that way. I know for sure that there are a lot of people with this problem on the EA forums, here on Steam, among our friends and etc. So if you are among the same lucky people who were simply deceived leave a nefative review and don't forget to mention that the reward issue has not been solved. Please don't stay away. Help me and yourself, and help those people who may be deceived like us in the future ! P.S. For those who don't understand what I'm talking about - check the EA forums or simply search online for "BF Pro Bonus path" to see how dozens of players who purchased the Pro Season pass were left without the rewards they deserved, and the developer simply turned a blind eye to it. #RageAgainstTheEA2.4KViews69likes75CommentsYou can cancel the stun animation from stun grenades...
Only found this out by mistake but apparently you can immediately cancel the stun grenade animation and ADS restriction, simply by double tapping switch weapon to put you back in your original state. Haven't tested it since and maybe people already knew? Seems like gameplay flaw so I thought I'd report it... not sure if it's actually worth reporting. Unfortunately, I don't have the clip ( sorry), I'll try to get one if I can or maybe someone else could test this? Regards,60Views0likes1CommentBF6 - battlefield 6 warning your save files are corrupt
I'm going to be very honest here because at this point I'm completely out of patience. EA support on this issue has been extremely frustrating, and I want to clearly explain why this is not a single-PC error or user error problem. I have 3 gaming desktops and 1 gaming laptop in my household. I travel frequently for work and I use my laptop to play games during my downtime. The first issue I encountered was when I first purchased Battlefield 6. Upon installing the game onto my gaming laptop I immediately ran into a driver compatibility issue between the integrated and dedicated GPU's on the laptop. I tried for a while to find a working fix and nothing worked, It was annoying but fine. I moved on and accepted that one. I then installed Battlefield 6 on my primary desktop and immediately hit a secure boot issue, I found a resolution, and the game worked perfectly for months. Installed the game on every desktop in my house no issues for months. Then the real problem started, One desktop randomly started showing the Battlefield 6 Error message "Warning: Your save files are corrupt" I tried every solution available online that I could find. Nothing worked. Eventually, I got annoyed and completely removed the game and gave up on that machine. I then switched to my older desktop ( Gaming PC now a guest PC) Again, the game worked fine for about a month or two. Then, out of nowhere the game crashed the entire computer mid-match. After rebooting, the same issue appeared "Warning: Your save files are corrupt" And once again I tried every available fix I could find online. And nothing worked. I did a full uninstall of the game, full removal and reinstall of the EA App, Full removal and reinstall of EA anti cheat, Disabled all overlays, I even tried adjusting the Window Windows exploit protection settings, Tried verifying files and repairing files in Steam, Cleaned shader caches and did clean installs. NOTHING WORKED. Absolutely nothing has fixed this issue at this point, my laptop can't run the game due to GPU driver conflicts that EA doesn't have support for. I also now have two desktops that can't run the game either because of the same error. While I genuinely want to enjoy this game. I have been patient. I accepted some of the issues on my end. I accepted reinstalling and troubleshooting. But when a game becomes completely unplayable across three separate machines with no fix insight, That's beyond frustrating. Is it too much to ask for. 1 A clear explanation of what the cause of this error is 2. Confirmation whether this is tied to cloud save or an anti cheat error or account data error and 3. An actual resolution path not generic reinstall steps. Because right now, Battlefield 6 is ineffectively unplayable in my household and I have run out of patience and things to try.1.3KViews3likes7Comments
