DA2 dlcs problems on Steam
I have recently bought DA origins and DA 2 from Steam. With Origins, I had no problem with the DLCs, however with DA 2 I just reached Act 2 and noticed that the DLC statues did not appear in my estate. I then went and checked and saw that my dlcs are unauthorized, Also, the game is not letting me log in with my EA account. Is there a solution for this, or do I just have to accept that you can't play DA2 dlcs from Steam?

unable to play DA:2 and DA:I
i bought dragon age 2 and dragon age inquisition secondhand from a bookstore. i tried to play dragon age 2, and i was stopped by the securom setup thing. i tried to install dragon age inquisition and it wanted me to install origin, but origin was discontinued. i entered my product code for dragon age inquisition on the ea app and it told me it was already in use. i tried to get a ticket or something from the ea help thing but that didn't work and i'm not sure anymore if i can get an actual human person to help me with this issue. maybe i can keep hacking away at the account support until i get somewhere it shouldn't be this hard to install and play a decade old game.

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but I've been playing DA 2 for 20 hours total so far and the game was running pretty well, then all of a sudden during a cutscene the game crashes on me. I've tried to boot the game back up but it gives me the same response of "the game won't launch, there's an issue on our end that won't let the game launch". I've tried nearly everything, from uninstalling and reinstalling the game, to restarting the EA app, to repairing the files itself and I'm getting no luck. I've contacted support and they've said they'll report this to the team but I want to know if there's anyone else who's suffering the same issues and if they managed to find a way to fix this.
