Account Hack and Ban
It is since 6 month I am unable to access my Apex Account beacuse of a hacker. The hacker hack my account but after getting back my account it was ban . I am mail in EA several time but they didn't response anything about this . Please Help me in this problem i am using this account very long time and spend money .EA App - All Games Shows 'Not Currently Playable"
Hi everyone, I'm having issues with the EA app where all my games show as "Not currently playable." No matter which game I try, I can't launch anything. Hi, since this past Friday (March 21st), I can't play Sims 4 at all. I had an update to install, but my download was stuck at 1% then a window telling me the app won't be able to connect to Internet opened, although I am connected. I tried everything (updated my mac to most recent version, trying switching to online, disconnect/reconnect, uninstall EA Games/install, delete cache, changing the DNS code with EA Help, etc). I even uninstalled the game (Sims 4). But then, when I try to reinstall it on the EA Games app, it goes to 2% then stop and the same window appears (telling me I'm offline). Here's a photo, but in French (I'm from Quebec, Canada). Did you have the same issue and how did you solve it? Can someone help?
Unable to Receive Invites In app or in Overlay
I'm trying to play Split Fiction with my friend. I do not own the game but my friend does. I don't receive any notifications in the app or in the overlay. But I can invite other people to my demo... yay. I have notifications enabled for in-game and in-app. The fire wall is allowing all EA app traffic to come through. I restarted the device after installing. I am connected to the internet when I play. I've checked my privacy settings. Made sure that the person I'm trying to play with isn't blocked. Checked the forums and reddit for this kind of issue. The app is updated. My app cannot send out error reports via the reporting tool.
When I start a game on the EA app, the app crashes.
It's a bit of an old game. I tried to play FIFA22 but I can't play the game through the EA app. I looked into solutions and found out that origin was the problem. However, origin is not running in the task manager. Also, origin is not installed on my PC. "This game has been disabled because another application from EA is attempting to play it." The above message will appear for a moment, and then the EA app will return to the opening screen. What can I do to play the game? I apologize for my poor English.
EA app needs to restart
I have problems to access and play Sims 4 on the EA app. Whenever I open the app I get a following message: “The EA app needs to restart.” When I click to restart, the app os being downloaded and when it’s done it’s closed. I reopen the app and have THE SAME MESSAGE AGAIN. Can anyone help me how to resolve this please!? I am so frustrated, this lasts for says!
