Account Banned after compromised Appeals Denied Despite Proof Of Hack
Hello Hopefully EA Community Managers, I'm writing here honestly as my last resort to request a manual person and not a computer or AI to re-review of my case. My EA account was recently compromised, and although I successfully secured it with the help of an EA support agent, my account remains permanently banned due to the actions of the hacker. Here is the precise timeline of events: 3-13-2026 My account was unauthorizedly accessed into and for the next few months I had no Idea. the account received a Warning around that time and was uneventful up until last month. Within that time they were able to link a Twitch account and a PlayStation account within my EA account which I stated on the original case I do not use or even have accounts registered for. The hacker most likely used a different Ip address or region from where I usually log into. 5-21-2026 I contacted EA Help after trying to log into Battlefield after a week of not playing but come to find out my account was banned, so I did some research and found out my account had multiple warnings, suspensions, and finally a ban. so I filled out a case appeal, proved my identity, and the support advisor helped me secure my account and update my security credentials, However, they were not able to help me with the case of the banned account 5-21-2026 The account was banned due to Terms of Service ToS violations committed while the hacker had control. there was nothing I could do at this point. 5-26-2026 The second appeal decision about the ban was denied so instead of filling out a final appeal because after three appeal decisions the case is closed for good I left it where it was 5-21-2026 & 5-223-2026 I have submitted two formal appeals providing evidence of the security breach. Both appeals were denied, seemingly by an automated system or AI, stating the ban will stick. I only play Battlefield on this account and have a long history of fair play all the way back to 2018. I can prove my legitimate location, previous purchase invoices, and the date the security breach occurred as long as backed up data from steam confirming my playtimes and such. if possible, could a Community Manager please help flag my case number #249318403 for a senior ToS advisor to manually review the login IP history? I just want to play Battlefield on my rightful account again. Please and thank you for your time. I also have screenshots and evidence to help explain I just do not want to post them on this public forum post but I will show to whoever can help!How BAD is this game really.

Die tyd wat dit neem om iemand dood te maak... dis belaglik lank. Probleme met die laai van die spel – dit gaan na 'n AFK-status (weg van die sleutelbord) wanneer dit wil, nie in werklike tyd nie. Die spel bied geen verbeterings teenoor vorige weergawes nie. Dieselfde kaart oor en oor – dag na dag, selfs nadat hulle 'n nuwe seisoen vrystel. Niks is werklik nuut nie; dit is alles reeds by verstek in die spel. Jy kan nie jou eie lobby kies nie (wel, jy kan, maar hallo, dit werk nie). Jy kies kaarte, maar kry niks van wat jy gekies het nie – dieselfde met die spelmodus. Dis 'n grap. Ek gaan dit by 'n hoër instansie aanmeld sodat hulle daarvoor op die vingers getik word. Die swak poging met "camos" of tenks – die pantser is so swak soos dié van 'n Smart-kar. Die hele spel het soveel probleme dat EA nie kan byhou nie. Die kode is so deurmekaar dat dit onspeelbaar is. Om nie eens te praat van die vorige forum waar EA om menings oor Seisoen 3 gevra het nie – dis 'n grap. Ek gaan dit beslis by iemand hoër op aanmeld in plaas daarvan om net op EA se forums te kla. Die spel is gemik op kinders... eendag sal EA verantwoordelikheid daarvoor moet neem. Ek gaan beslis my geld terugkry en dit nooit weer koop nie. Daar sal nooit weer 'n ordentlike Battlefield-spel wees nie. Die winkel in die spel is 'n grap, en enigiemand wat dit goedgekeur het, weet dit... so wat gaan aan? Ek gee nie regtig om nie. Dit lyk nie of die spel wat ek op die agtergrond laat loop, afgeskop word weens onaktiwiteit nie, want die hele spel – van 6 vm. tot 6 vm. – bestaan net uit bots. Kry 'n lewe, EA. Ban asseblief my pragtige rekening; dan kan ek julle ook vir bedrog aanmeld. UR HORRIBLE PROFANITY CAN STILL BE SMELT.Don't know what's wrong but I am permainvisible to my friends etc.
Hi, I've been not able to be seen online, nor can I do party joins, etc or join my friends, either. I don't know what to try next. I've done EA App re-installation, game repairs, etc, nothing is working for me? Is anyone else experiencing this? It really is another disapointment in the game to me as now I can't even get on same game let alone get paired up with him on party to even get to play. He's ready to quit this game. I'm not, if I can get this problem figured out. Any advice is welcomed. Ty. 😁Dice!!! separate 128 and 64 player mode !!!! (Like this for EA attention)
Please consider separating the 64-player and 128-player Conquest playlists again in Battlefield 2042. Ever since the playlists were merged, many players have lost the ability to consistently play the experience they actually enjoy. Some players prefer the large-scale chaos and epic battles of 128 players, while others prefer the more tactical and focused gameplay of 64 players. Both experiences have their own unique identity, and forcing them into a single playlist reduces player choice and overall enjoyment. Battlefield has always been about offering different ways to play, and giving players the freedom to choose between 64 and 128-player modes would greatly improve the experience. With Battlefield 6 on the horizon, please don't forget the dedicated Battlefield 2042 community that still actively plays and supports the game. Bringing back separate playlists for 64 and 128 players would be a highly appreciated quality-of-life change. Hi Everybody, After the latest update, Battlefield 2042 resets completely every time I close and reopen it. I am facing two main issues: Every launch forces me to watch the introduction and play the prologue match against AI. None of my main settings save. When joining customized Portal servers, I have to re-configure everything (like mouse binding / graphic settings and so on) from scratch every single time. It seems the game is unable to save or write any configuration files to my Documents folderSolvedNice!
A new error!! So exciting. social tab won’t show pc friends names but will show modes playing. ea app won’t show anyone’s names period. Game chats don’t send but no error either. Just nothing received by chat grouping. Got $20 this lasts 7 days. Enough time for Infantry Conquest to further kill the game.Random EA Friends not showing
Random EA friends not showing in social tab despite playing in game with them. In match squad and players doesnt show friend icon by their names. Looking up friend in game player search or recent players shows "add friend". They still show on EA app but offline despite being online and they've confirmed to me over discord the EA app has them as not only Online (green dot) but also in game (blue dot). Effecting 4-5 friends as far as I can tell right now and still waiting to see if they can see me as friend in game and social tab to join game/party on.Black Screen After Matchmaking - Returned to Main Menu
Hello everyone, came here from the russian-speaking forum because there’s almost no activity there about this issue. after matchmaking in breakthrough or conquest the screen goes black like the server is loading, then after a few seconds it throws me back to the main menu. Already tried enabling crossplay, verifying files, clearing cache, restarting router, ea app and the game itself but still the same. Did anyone actually find a real fix or is matchmaking just broken right now?I can't get connected to Hazard zone match(never played )
I am playing from Asia (GMT+5.30) on PC via Steam / EA App and cannot get into any Hazard Zone matches. Whenever I try to queue, I end up completely alone in an empty lobby. Occasionally, 1 or 2 players will connect, wait a few minutes, and then disconnect out of frustration. I have tried queuing during multiple different sessions throughout the week, but the same thing always happens. I am trying to grind out the achievements for this mode, but the matchmaking system completely prevents it. Lately, I have also noticed that I am unable to connect to standard Conquest matches from the Asia region as well. If anyone has any ideas or workarounds to fix this regional matchmaking block—other than using a third-party VPN—please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
