EA App PC Mass Effect 3 "Redeem/Purchase Online Pass"
I bought the game 2 or so years ago and played the multiplatyer and everything was fine, now i reinstall the game and it tells me i need to purchase an online pass, I can't find that dlc in the EA Store and i have the other dlc. I have tried deleting my temp files and deleting the files in the liscenses folder but no joy. Also when i click on downloadable content i get told it is under maintenance?achievements are not unlocked
I just finished Mass Effect 2 via Steam, and I got a romance with Miranda and completed it on Insanity. When I did this, the respective achievements were not unlocked. I clarify that I never touched anything about the difficulty. I spent 42 hours playing to get the Platinum, and this is happening to me.😢😢25Views0likes0CommentsMass Effect LE takes 5-10 minutes to start
Every time I start the game, it shows up the "preparing" screen for a while and then it disappears. But after 5-10 minutes the game actually starts. After start the game runs fine with no issue. What I'm trying to say is that this "delay" of starting the game is "unnatural" and no reason for it to be this delayed thinking there is some issue with the game. I fully uninstalled and reinstalled EA app but it still delays the launch of the game.Solved101Views0likes7Comments[PC] - Mass Effect LE won't launch any of the 3 games
To clear up what the title says, the LE launcher runs fine!, but when I click start on any of the three games, none of them launch. It shows the splash screen for any of the three (as shown in the images), but the games themselves won't run. To give some background info, I already had Mass Effect 2, I added it to my library a few years back on origin and it has been running fine since and even after updating to the EA App. Just yesterday, I bought ME:LE (on the EA App), and after installation I encountered this issue. So far, I've tried repairing the install files, doing all the compatibility mode and administrator things for the launcher and the game EXEs, and also reinstallation. I've restarted my PC after each install, and still nothing works. Please send help. Where's Donnelly and Daniels when you need them. :(Controller Not Working - Mass Effect Legendary Edition Steam
System: PC Windows 10 Purchased on Steam Latest EA App Version 13.482.0.5995 I recently reinstalled Legendary Edition to replay the trilogy and no matter what I try I cannot get my controller to connect (I have PS5 and a generic xbox controller). I remember playing with controller just fine back in 2021 and the best I can find online is that this seems to be an ongoing issue with the EA App itself. I bought the game on steam, I have adjusted every possible controller setting on there. I have tried adding EADesktop as a non-steam game, and that does show the controller in the Legendary menu, but once I boot up ME1 it no longer shows any controller options. If anyone has any other work arounds to try that would be great!Mass effect legendary Edition wont launch on GFN
I previously had Xbox Game Pass and played Mass Effect Legendary Edition via GeForce Now. After my Game Pass subscription ended, I bought the game through Epic Games and linked it to my EA account. However, whenever I try to launch the game through GeForce Now, the EA app gives me this error: Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. I already tried deleting all my trusted devices from my EA account, but the issue still persists. What’s going on here? BF 2042 works fine.Apex companion app not showing up in app store
I was curious if the app has been pulled from the IOS store, I just got back into playing the game and when trying to look up and download the app it doesn’t show up, is there a work around for this if you didn’t originally download the app when the game first came out?Unable to play in offline mode
I had an internet outage today during the middle of a game, so I saved it to be safe, which worked fine. I then exited and tried restarting in offline mode through Steam, as the local files let me do this with most of my downloaded games. Because the game needs to run the EA app before starting, I got an error message saying it couldn't find the servers. It said to select "Keep me signed in" the next time I logged in as well as select offline mode. When my internet came back on, I started the EA app, made sure to select "Keep me signed in", changed to offline mode, and as an experiment, switched off my internet to test the setup. I was rewarded with a message saying it couldn't connect to the servers and to try again later. Anyone out there had a similar issue, or is there a step I'm missing?
