Unable to download DLC for Mass Effect 3 in the EA app
After purchasing and launching Mass Effect 3 (2012) on EA, it was discovered that there was no DLC download for both single and multiplayer games. When I tried to find them in "add-ons management", they were not displayed. They weren't in the store either. Restarting the game, reinstalling the game, and clearing the cache did not help. There is no way to play with DLC. Please explain how to solve this problem. If there is a problem on the part of the launcher, are they going to solve it or at least provide the opportunity to manually install DLC.Solved612Views0likes15CommentsMass Effect 3 (2012) Won't Launch "Error on our end. Try again later."
Since ~May 13th, I have been unable to open Mass Effect 3 on my PC. Whenever I try, the game crashes during the opening Bioware cinematic. The App then displays an error message "Failed to Launch Game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, and I just spent three hours navigating the live help, without a solution. I have the In-game Overlay turned off; I have repaired the EA App; I have repaired the game; I have restarted my computer and opened the EA App before opening Steam. The last person I spoke to told me to create a forum post in the hopes management sees it and can fix it.Mass Effect 3 Online Pass Error
Hey, can't seem to get multiplayer to work, I'm using the EA app on PC. I see all these threads about the online pass and I've tried to follow the advice in them but I'm having no luck. Not sure if it's something on my end or not. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. (cm edit - updated thread title for vis)Solved2.3KViews1like118CommentsMass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.456Views2likes11Comments500 Error when attempting to Download ME3
Hi, I attempted to download ME3 on the EA app after not having played in many years. I used to play through the Origin app but that has since been taken down. The EA app shows ME3 in my library and shows my history of the time played and achievements. Unfortunately every time I attempt to download it the EA app goes into meltdown and returns a 500 Error and crashes the EA app, having to force shutdown through task manager. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling the EA app, nothing seems to work... I can load other games through the app so it isn't a connection issue. Help needed!52Views0likes0Commentshalf of a product

Commander, you've received a new message at your private terminal! Ready to jump back in the game and save the galaxy? Are you running into an error that matches the following: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC"? Below are the steps to help resolve this error when launching both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Checking your account First things first. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. With older titles, we may often end up with multiple EA accounts without realizing it. Use the following steps to verify you are in the correct account. Head on over to EA.com and log in with your EA credentials. Under the About Me section, make sure you see a Mass Effect ID. If you play on Epic/Steam/Switch, check the Connections tab at the bottom of the page to verify the accounts are linked. Click on Order History, change the drop-down to match All, and scroll through the content, as there should be logs here with each DLC name. Note: If the EA account previously had an EA Play subscription, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to any additional content the subscription provides. You can read more about what content is included in the Learn about EA Play article. Once you verify you are in the correct account, perform the following steps below as these should help reinstall the DLC content and resolve these errors. Troubleshooting Steps Locate the following folder on their PC Default Path: C:\Program Files\EA Games. This path may vary depending on where the player installs the game. C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 2\BioGame C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame Delete ALL DLC content within the DLC folder Delete EA License Files Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER. No online pass on my game, can't play MP, the dlcs don't seem to be active. Been in chat with support for over 4 hours, speaking to like a dozen diffrent agents. They all seem clueless. Case #242969621 First I started with the steam digital deluxe edition, but clearly when you buy it, the EA server actually gives you the standard edition. Okay, so i've seen four or five threads with the same issue, just contact support and they'll fix it, right? Well actually getting in touch with support seems nigh impossible, the ai chatbot that masquerdes as support won't let you. But eventually I got though. The first support agent lied and said it was steam's fault and I needed to talk to them to 'prove that i'd bought the dlc' (it's a one item bundle, you HAVE to buy the dlc) Anyway, i got in touch with another support agent who passed me off to another one, who got the Online Pass required to actually play MP. GREAT! But not the dlc. The agent then says "reinstall the game and it'll all be fixed k thx bye" and closed the chat on me. I reinstall, and wouldn't you know it, not fixed. I get back in chat with a new agent, then my tab closes itself and I can't reopen it no matter what I do. While i'm 'afk' the new support agent 'fixes' my problem by doing something, which completely removes my permissions and ownership of the game entirely. So I've got from 'has the game but no dlc or online' to 'has the game with online but no dlc' to 'can't even boot the game because EA app is saying that I don't own it' After two more agents and like another hour of this, I eventually get one who just completely removes the steam version from my account at all, presumably writing it off as irrecoverably screwed up by the previous guy, and he gives me the EA version of the game. Great! But no dlc or online. So i'm right back where I started. I eventually get another new agent, who makes me reinstall the game again (for the fourth time total so far) claiming 'you definitely have all of the permissions, you just need to reinstall and it will work' I reinstall. No dice, doesn't work. They say "We've logged this issue and will get back to you, when we find a solution, we'll send you a message in-game." in-game? You're going to send me a message through Mass Effect 3? Somehow I seriously doubt that. Also, why would I even boot the game up unless I know the issue is fixed? It's not like i'm going to be playing it. Also, the solution is simple. You just give me the online pass and the dlcs that come with the version of the game that I originally purchased. One of you literally already did that before another one of you screwed it up and took it back away from me again. Jesus, how is this so complicated? It's been five hours. Just give me what I paid for!156Views1like4Comments
