Mass Effect 3 productkey (and insanly bad customerservice)
Hello fellow people, As like some other people I also have the productkey problem, however I have tried everything I could find here but it did not work. I contacted costumer service and even with the bad translated stuff suprise suprise they didn't help and send me back to the Forums. So I am sorry for another post about this but for me I still can't start ME3 because of the productkey missing. It is still there however. I also have the thing that it says it cannot connect online eventhough I am online. Maybe important; I have 140+ hours in the game before it broke and bough it around 2012/2013, I think I bought it on Origin, but am not 100 procent sure but otherwise it would have been a disk. Things I've tried; %ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services This didn't work even when I had it show hidden folders, it just cannot find it. I unistalled the game and installed it tried again did not work, same problem. Unistalled EA launcher and Installed it, didn't work same problem. ProgramData>Electronic arts>EA Services>license Tried deleting this, didn't work either. I did uninstall and reinstall the game after because I was bit scared I broke the game. - Cleared the cache, repair game, reinstall Unfourtunatly same problem keeps happening. Revo unistaller Still same problem, i did this in combination with the clear cache and after I had reinstall the game I am kinda at my end, I am not sure how to fix it at this point and getting tired. On top of the fact that customer service was just downright bad and rude. They now blame the makers, but as I said I have played this game for a long time and it had worked just fine. I've seen the same problems online so. Last time I played it before started having problems was I believe around 2020. Anyway have any tips or tricks? Thanks in advance!Rendering issue
so I recently purchased mass effect and this seems to be a graphics rendering issue. All of the white highlights are red.I do not believe It’s my system as I played this game and have 144 hours and I’ve never had this issue utilizing the Xbox app previously . I’ve sent done away with the Xbox app and have gone directly through EA. Since going directly through, I’ve had nothing but problems with games . I repaired the game as well as uninstalled it and reinstalled it it does not fix the issue. Please help me rectify the situation thank youMass Effect 3 (2012) crash as soon as menu shows.
Since yesterday I have the problem again that after I launch the game it crashes as soon as the main menu starts showing. Afterwards the EA app reports 'Failed to launch the game. An Error on our end caused the launch to fail.' Is there a problem with the EA servers again or something to do with my account? Hello, if I buy and redeem region free code in EAapp for ME:LE what languages will be available for me? The keys traders pages say its only english, but I dont understand why it would be only english if the games page in ea store says it have many languages including mine? Maybe anyone bought it by code and can tell will it have language according to your account or only english?Achievments not unlocked
Hallo After years I decided to complete the last achievements of ME on Steam. After my great effort, the achievement Insanity 3 did not unlock. Although I finished the game on the highest difficulty. The previous two unlocked normally. The same with ME1 majority of the game. Also everything is completed. Please, what about this? How can I request a fix? Hello, I bought Mass Effect games on Epic games and now that im finished with 3 cant uninstal it on EA app and i dont have uninstal option on Epic games. When i click uninstal on EA app it only opens a black little window and then it turns to even smaller black window and then it disappers. Hey, I can't really get any help from EA help, so this is kind of just a question for someone who knows what they're doing. I cannot launch Mass Effect 3 (purchased from Steam) at all. The main reason why I want to continue playing Mass Effect 3 (instead of LE) is for the multiplayer. I owned it already on Origin/EA app, but I went ahead and bought a Steam copy for achievements and collection sake, but when I try to launch from steam, the EA app just flickers and closes, followed by a "Failed to launch game" error, with a description saying that "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I have tried many things to try and resolve this, like uninstalling EA app, Steam, and Mass Effect 3 with revo uninstaller and doing clean installs, trying to run everything in administrator, and deleting the 71183.dlf file in the License folder in programdata. One thing that I have discovered is that if I install my old Origin-purchased copy of Mass Effect 3, then I am able to launch that from the EA app just fine. For whatever reason, it seems to be the Steam copy that has this issue. I suppose I could try to refund the Steam copy and just keep using the EA app, but I'd rather have the Steam-related stuff available like the guides and community tab and achievements and such. Could my issue be something to do with EA app getting confused about how I have two Mass Effect 3s? If so, how do I fix it?
