Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?
EA Play Pro Membership Renewal Problem
Hello, I've been an EA Play Pro user for a long time. I received an email on September 24, 2025, that my membership would be renewed at the old price. Due to an issue today, my credit card wasn't charged, and I received an email canceling my membership. I'm trying to renew my membership with a different credit card before September 24, 2025, but I can't. I want to renew my membership at the same price. This is very urgent and important to me!
EA Play Pro not applying to bf6
I purchased EA Play Pro today to play bf6 multiplayer but it's not applying in-game. I had originally downloaded the game from steam, but subscribed through the ea play app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted files, everything, but nothing seems to work. Please Help!
EA Play Pro canceled without consent, now charging higher than promised.
I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section. My case numbers are "#224926512" and "#225064321". Is there any updates on it? I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. Please fix my issue so I can continue my membership as promised.
EA App Thinks I Don't Have EA Play Pro
When I go onto my account or look on the app it says I have EA Play Pro which I upgraded from EA Play to, but then when I go to download any EA Play Pro games or try access any EA Play Pro content it says this is unavailable and doesn't work for me. It is also still advertising the EA Play Pro subscription to me? Any fixes because this is painful...Проблема с оплатой через PayPal — This card can't be used for this transaction.

Пытаюсь совершить покупку в своём аккаунте EA с помощью PayPal, но появляется сообщение: «Эта карта не может быть использована для этой транзакции».Я нахожусь в Армении, и мой PayPal-аккаунт привязан к карте Visa Gold от IDBank. Эта карта успешно работает в других сервисах, в том числе и с PayPal, но покупка в EA не проходит.Я уже проверил: Аккаунт PayPal подтверждён и активен. На карте достаточно средств и она поддерживает международные транзакции. Адрес в EA и PayPal совпадают. Пробовал и оплату напрямую картой, и через PayPal — результат один и тот же. Подскажите, пожалуйста, в чём может быть причина, и как можно решить эту проблему? Заранее спасибо за помощь! С уважением
