EA are unable to verify my debit card
I want to get EA play pro so I can play the games in it but he app and the website keeps giving me the message that they cannot verify my debit card. I tried with four different cards and that is the only message i get. Tried with pay pal too and still cannot get the membership. So, I bought EA Play Pro as it advertised getting EA FC27 a day early - I play a lot of EA games and enjoy them, so I thought upgrading would be good. Assumed it would connect to XBox account (much like regular EA play through Xbox GamePass ultimate) and I'd be able to play early. Obviously, that's not the case as its a PC-only service. The EA help process has been rather infuriating. I can't ask for a refund as its not the policy to issue them - understandable response from the AI chat bot. But when I ask to speak to a human customer service agent, I am told there is no live service available, and I have to keep asking the AI to retry connecting me through to a live service, only to keep repeating that process over and over. I just want a refund man, it was a mistake to buy and I immediately cancelled the membership. Hoping I can get some help!
