Order history completely gone
I´ve been using my account for several months and on 6 June 2026 I upgraded my EA Play monthly to EA Pla Pro yearly. Been playing EA FC 26 and EA F1 25/26 for a month and suddenly the EA Play Pro subscription is gone. Both my complete order history and preferred payment method is missing. I have permanently deleted the mail with the order details, but I can see the transaction on my credit card statement. Customer support is unwilling to help due to the lack of order number. Any ideas?Solved89Views0likes5CommentsRequest for a goodwill refund review – EA Play Pro Annual Subscription
Hello everyone, I am writing here because I have exhausted the support options available to me, and I am hoping someone from EA can review my situation. On July 7, I purchased an EA Play Pro annual subscription (€120). Unfortunately, I made a mistake when purchasing it, and I later realized that I should not have bought the annual subscription. I understand that EA has refund policies, and I respect them. I also understand that support has informed me that my subscription is not eligible for a refund. However, I would like to ask if someone from EA could please review my case as a one-time goodwill exception. I am currently unemployed and experiencing financial difficulties. The €120 charged for this subscription has had a significant impact on my finances, and receiving a refund would make a real difference to me. I am not trying to argue with EA's policies or demand special treatment. I am simply asking if my case could be reviewed one final time with consideration for my circumstances. I would sincerely appreciate any help or guidance that can be provided. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.Solved44Views0likes1CommentCFB 27 & EA Play Pro
Greetings, I've used EA Play Pro for a couple of years (it usually ends up paying for itself yearly since I roughly play enough of games on my PC to justify the price tag - it ends up coming out to about 2 games in pricetag, and Madden + something else can suffice). The upcoming release shows it drops on July 6th, which is fine, but the regular version of EA Play is able to access the trial starting on July 2nd. So, despite paying more for EA Play Pro, I'm just screwed out of the holiday weekend? At least if I paid less for regular EA Play I'd be able to access the game and then upgrade to pro on Monday.54Views0likes0CommentsBring Medal of Honor: Airborne to EA Play and PS5
Bring Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play EA, please consider bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PlayStation 5 and adding it to EA Play. Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. Bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 would preserve an important part of EA’s gaming history while introducing the game to a new audience. Whether through backward compatibility, a digital re-release, a remaster, or inclusion in EA Play, any effort to make Airborne accessible again would be greatly appreciated by the community. Adding the game to EA Play would also strengthen the service’s catalog of classic EA titles. The Medal of Honor franchise played a major role in shaping the military shooter genre, and Airborne deserves to be preserved alongside EA’s other iconic games. There is a passionate community of fans who still talk about Airborne nearly two decades after its release. The continued interest in classic shooters shows that there is a market for preserving and celebrating great games from previous generations. If you support bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play, please leave a comment, share your memories of the game, and vote in the poll below. The more support this discussion receives, the better chance EA will recognize the demand for bringing back this beloved classic. Thank you for considering this request. #BringBackMOHAirborne #MedalOfHonorAirborne #EAPlay #PS55 Would you like to see Medal of Honor: Airborne come to PS5 and EA Play? A) Yes, I’d play it on day one. B) Yes, especially if it’s included with EA Play. C) Yes, and I’d support a remaster. D) Maybe, depending on features and pricing. E) Vote by replying with A, B, C, D, or E and share your favorite memory from the game.220Views0likes3CommentsDisappointed with decreasing value of EA Play Pro
I have spent the past few hours trying to talk to someone about the new Battlefield 6 Season Pass for Season 2, and I have to say I am pretty frustrated with this service. I pay the annual subscription for Pro, but the fact that I am expected to pay for additional content for games feels like a slap in the face, especially when compared to rival services like Ubisoft+. I understand having a lower tier offering that doesn't give every piece of content, but the "premium" membership should offer all content. Every DLC, every content pack, every premium feature. There should be absolutely nothing in the EA app that I do not have access to if I'm paying this much per year.366Views2likes2CommentsEA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?2.7KViews8likes16CommentsWrongful charges from EA.
Hi, While looking for something else in my bank statements, I noticed that every two months, I'm getting a ~35$ charge. I used to have a paid annual subscription, but that was in 2022 and I didn't renew it. It ended in April 2023. It would be difficult for me to believe that the charges I am seeing to be related to that subscription as those charges started Jan 21 2025, more than 2 years after the subscription ended. Then, I was charged on March 23rd 2025, May 22nd 2025, July 21th 2025, Sept. 19th 2025, Nov 18th 2025 and Jan 17th 2026. Those are all the same amount; $34.47. In all, that's almost $300 CAD with taxes and everything. These charges are all linked to the merchant "EA ELECTR" so, if there are others linked to a different name, I do not know. My EA account information shows the items charged. As it should, my account information do state that I am not subscribing to anything. In short, there should not be any charge to my account. Example of the charges attached below. I also attached the proof that my membership had expired too. I tried to contact support, but I hit a wall with the chat bot. It can't understand that I want an explanation on a charge that isn't linked to a game. Even asking to talk to a human, all it does it loop back to the start. This need to be fixed ASAP. If more info is needed, please ask and I'll try to answer as fast as possible. Thanks.122Views1like0Comments
