Wrong platform subscription
Hello EA Support Team, I accidentally purchased a 1-month EA Play subscription for the wrong platform. I actually intended to buy it for PlayStation but forgot to select it, and ended up purchasing it for the wrong platform. I have not used the subscription and canceled it immediately. Could you please help me get a refund or transfer it to the correct platform? Thank you very much.
EA Play PC Subscription Issue
In April i bought and paid for the EA Play annual subscription through STEAM. Everything was working perfectly and I was happily playing Madden 25 up until tonight when I got a message after playing a match, that my subscription was expired. I assumed it was a glitch or something and paid it no mind. To be clear, i can still play Madden just fine. My issue is that i cannot get and play any other games under the EA Play sub. I wish to play the PGA game that is offered. When I try it wants me to pay for it or start a subscription. My STEAM Account is connected to the EA Play app, but I cannot figure out how to determine that. I'm at a loss to what to do and am requesting some assistance please.
Achievements are not available on EA Play
I want to start off by stating I am not referring to XBOX Achievements via the PC Game pass, I am aware that you cannot earn Xbox achievements playing an EA title on Gamepass. I am referring to the EA app itself, not a single game available on EA Play has achievements even the ones that obviously do such as The Battlefield and Need for Speed series of games. The only games that I am able to earn achievements in are the two that I own, not associated with my subscription. Is this working as intended? To not allow users to earn EA achievements through EA Play games?
Cannot Renew EA Play Pro via PayPal (Payment Fails - Region Issue)
Hello EA Team, I have been trying to renew my EA Play Pro subscription for several weeks now using PayPal. Despite trying different cards linked to my PayPal account, all attempts have failed. I contacted PayPal support and confirmed that there are no issues with my account or cards. They also confirmed that the same card successfully processed an EA Play payment in December 2024. In my country (Azerbaijan), PayPal is the only available payment method for EA Play. Direct card payments and other payment methods are not available. This situation prevents me from renewing my subscription. I would also like to mention that I have been an EA account holder since 2010 and have been a long-time player and loyal customer of EA games, especially series like Battlefield and FIFA (now FC series). I have also noticed that many users from different countries are facing similar issues, which suggests this could be a broader problem. I kindly request the EA team to investigate this and provide a solution or alternative for affected users. Thank you very much for your attention and support!
